Abstract
Description
a)試験エレメントを提供する工程、および
b)少なくとも1つの成形工程によってハウジングの少なくとも1つのハウジング部分を製造する工程であって、そのあいだに試験エレメントがハウジング部材へと連結される工程

Y=NH、S、O、CH2、
Z=直鎖状または環状有機残基、
ただし、Zおよびピリジン残基は、グリコシル結合により連結されない
またはその塩、もしくは適切な場合還元型
から選択される。
R4=それぞれ独立してH、F、Cl、CH3、
R5=CR4 2、
R5'およびR5''との間が単結合である場合、R5'=O、S、NH、NC1〜C2−アルキル、CR4 2、CHOH、CHOCH3、および、R5''=CR4 2、CHOH、CHOCH3、ならびに
R5'およびR5''との間が二重結合である場合、R5'=R5''=CR4、ならびに
R6、R6'=それぞれ独立してCHまたはCCH3
が好ましい。

Claims (17)
- サンプル中、より具体的には体液中の少なくとも1つの分析物の検出のための分析用補助器具(112)を製造するための方法であって、前記分析用補助器具(112)が、少なくとも1つのハウジング(120)と、少なくとも1つの試験化学(134)を備える少なくとも1つの試験エレメント(122)とを備え、前記方法が、以下の工程:
a)試験エレメント(122)を提供する工程、および
b)ハウジング(120)の少なくとも1つのハウジング部材(114)を、少なくとも1つの成形プロセスによって製造する工程であって、そのあいだに試験エレメント(122)がハウジング部材(114)へと連結される工程
を含む方法。 - 前記成形プロセスが少なくとも1つの鋳造プロセスを含む請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記成形プロセスが少なくとも1つのプラスティック鋳造プロセスを含み、前記プラスティック鋳造プロセスが、インモールドコーティングおよびオーバーモールディングから選択される請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記工程段階b)において、前記試験エレメント(122)の少なくとも一部が成形モールド中へ挿入され、および、成形モールド中で前記ハウジング部材(114)の少なくとも1つのハウジング材料(158)と少なくとも部分的に接触し、
前記成形モールド中に挿入された前記少なくとも1つの試験エレメント(122)部分が、少なくとも1つのセクション(136)を介して、前記成形モールドの少なくとも1つの壁上に設置され、
工程段階b)が行われているあいだに、前記成形モールドの壁が、少なくとも前記試験エレメント(122)の前記セクション(136)が壁上に設置されている領域において、130℃以内、好ましくは120℃以内、および、特に好ましくは110℃以内の温度であるように、工程段階b)が行われる請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 壁上に設置される前記試験エレメント(122)の前記セクション(136)が、試験化学(134)の、より具体的には試験化学(134)の試験フィールド領域(136)の少なくとも一部を含む請求項4記載の方法。
- 前記工程段階b)において、サンプル導入のための試験フィールド領域(136)としての試験化学(134)の少なくとも1つの表面がハウジング部材(114)のハウジング材料(158)によって覆われずに残るように、試験エレメント(122)がハウジング部材(114)へと連結され、少なくとも1つの観測ウィンドウ(146)がハウジング(120)内に作製されるように前記ハウジング(120)が構成され、前記試験フィールド領域(136)が前記ハウジング(120)の前記観測ウィンドウ(146)を通じて光学的にモニター可能である請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記ハウジング(120)が少なくとも1つのチャンバ(138)を形成するように前記方法が実行され、前記試験フィールド領域(136)が前記チャンバ(138)の内部空間に対向している請求項6記載の方法。
- 前記試験化学(134)が、安定性の観点から、100℃の温度において、より具体的には110℃の温度において、および、特に好ましくは120℃の温度において、少なくとも短期間、安定であるように選択される請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記試験エレメント(122)が、少なくとも1つの支持エレメント(130)を備え、前記試験化学(134)が前記支持エレメント(130)に、より具体的には試験化学(134)の少なくとも1つの層を前記支持エレメント(130)へと適用することによって連結される請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記支持エレメント(130)が、ディスク形状の支持エレメント(130)、より具体的には円形のディスク形状の支持エレメント(130)、および特に好ましくは円環形状の支持エレメント(130)であり、前記試験化学(134)がコーティングとして支持エレメント(130)へと適用され、前記コーティングが分析用補助器具(112)のための試験フィールド領域(136)を提供する請求項9記載の方法。
- 複数の分析用補助器具(112)が製造され、前記分析用補助器具(112)が分析用マガジン(110)中に含まれるように行われる請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記分析用補助器具(112)が、共通のマガジンハウジング(118)内に収容され、前記分析用補助器具(112)の前記ハウジング(120)が、前記マガジンハウジング(118)の構成要素となるように行われる請求項11記載の方法。
- より具体的には請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の方法によって得られる、サンプル中の少なくとも1つの分析物の検出のための分析用補助器具(112)であって、前記分析用補助器具(112)が、少なくとも1つのハウジング部材(114)を備える少なくとも1つのハウジング(120)と、少なくとも1つの試験化学(134)を備える少なくとも1つの試験エレメント(122)とを備え、前記試験エレメント(122)が、前記ハウジング部材(114)の成形プロセスによって前記ハウジング部材(114)へ連結される分析用補助器具(112)。
- 前記分析用補助器具(112)が、さらに、サンプルを生じさせるための少なくとも1つのランセットエレメント、より具体的には少なくとも1つのマイクロサンプラーを備える請求項13記載の分析用補助器具(112)。
- 前記ハウジング(120)が、前記ハウジング(120)の外側からアクセス可能な少なくとも1つの観察ウィンドウ(146)を備え、前記試験エレメント(122)の少なくとも1つの特性の変化、より具体的には少なくとも1つの色の変化および/または少なくとも1つの光学的特性における少なくとも1つの特性の変化が、前記観察ウィンドウ(146)を通じて外側から検出可能である、分析用補助器具に関連する請求項13または14記載の分析用補助器具(112)。
- 前記試験エレメント(122)の少なくとも1つの試験フィールド領域(136)が、前記試験エレメント(122)の少なくとも1つの、少なくとも部分的に光学的に透明である支持エレメント(130)を通じて観察可能であるように、前記観察ウィンドウ(146)が構成される請求項15記載の分析用補助器具(112)。
- 分析用補助器具(112)に関連する請求項13〜16のいずれか1項に記載の複数の分析用補助器具(112)を含む分析用マガジン(110)。
