Description
10%超、好ましくは15%超かつ50%未満、好ましくは35%未満のAl2O3;
10%超、好ましくは15%超かつ50%未満、又は45%未満、又は40%未満、又は35%未満の酸化チタンTiO2;
21%超、好ましくは25%超、かつ50%未満、好ましくは45%未満のジルコニア(ZrO2+痕跡量のHfO2);
1%超、好ましくは1.5%超、好ましくは2%超、好ましくは2.5%超かつ10%未満、9%未満、好ましくは8%未満の、MgO、CaO、Fe2O3、Cr2O3、MnO2、La2O3、Y2O3、Ga2O3及びこれらの混合物からなる群から選択された化合物;
20%未満のシリカSiO2;
10%未満、好ましくは5%未満、4%未満、又は3%未満の、アルカリ金属酸化物、アルカリ土類金属酸化物、及びそれらの混合物からなる群から選択された化合物、特に元素Sr、Na、K及びBa及びそれらの混合物の酸化物からなる群から選択された化合物;
2%未満の他の種類の酸化物
を含む融解された粒子により達成される。上記百分率は酸化物に基づく重量百分率である。
MgOの重量含有量は1%超、好ましくは1.5%超、及び/又は9%未満、好ましくは8%未満である。
CaOの重量含有量は0.5%超、又は0.7%超、1%超、1.5%超、及び/又は9%未満、又は8%未満、又は5%未満、又は3%未満である。
Y2O3の重量含有量は0.5%超、又は0.7%超、1%超、1.5%超、及び/又は8%未満又は5%未満又は3%未満である。
MgO、CaO、及びY2O3は同時に存在する。
(Cr2O3+MnO2+La2O3+Ga2O3)の含有量は1%未満又は0.5%未満である。
酸化物、窒化物、オキシ窒化物、カーバイド、オキシカーバイド、カーボ窒化物及び鉄、バナジウム、及びクロムの金属種は不純物である。
該アルカリ金属及び/又はアルカリ土類金属の各酸化物は4%未満、又は3%未満、又は1%未満である。
酸化物、窒化物、オキシ窒化物、カーバイド、オキシカーバイド、カーボ窒化物及びナトリウム及び他のアルカリ金属の金属種は不純物である。
シリカの含有量は0.1%超、1%超、2%超、及び/又は18%未満、15%未満、12%未満、10%未満である。
a)原料物質を混合してフィードストックを用意する段階、
b)融解された物質が得られるまで該フィードストックを融解する段階、
c)該融解された物質を固化させる段階、
d)特に、もし段階c)が、粒子が得られるという結果をもたらさないならば、任意的に、該固体の集合体を粉砕して粒子の粉末を得る段階。
本明細書及び特許請求の範囲において、別に明記されない限り、全ての百分率は重量百分率である。特に粒子の全ての組成は粒子の酸化物に基づく重量百分率として与えられる。
以下の説明は、例示の目的のために与えられ、本発明を制限しない。本発明に従う溶融された粒子は上記の段階a)〜d)に従って製造され得る。
98%超のTiO2を含む、Altichem社により販売されているアナターゼ又は95%超のTiO2を含みかつ約120μmのメジアン直径d50を有する、ヨーロッパミネラルズ社により販売されているルチル、
98%超のAl2O3を含む、Alcan社により販売されておりかつ約85μmのメジアン直径d50を有するアルミンAR75、
99.5%超の純度を有しかつ208μmのメジアン直径d50を有する、Sifraco社により販売されているシリカSiO2
98%超の純度を有し、粒子の80%超が0.25〜1mmの直径を有する、Nedmag社により販売されているマグネシアMgO、
98.5%超の純度を有しかつ3.5μのメジアン直径d50を有する、サンゴバンジルプロ社により参照番号、CC10の下で販売されているジルコニア。
10%超、好ましくは15%超かつ50%未満、好ましくは35%未満のAl2O3;
10%超、好ましくは15%超かつ50%未満、又は45%未満、又は40%未満、又は35%未満の酸化チタンTiO2;
21%超、好ましくは25%超、かつ50%未満、好ましくは45%未満のジルコニア(ZrO2+痕跡量のHfO2);
1%超、好ましくは1.5%超、好ましくは2%超、好ましくは2.5%超かつ10%未満、9%未満、好ましくは8%未満の、MgO、CaO、Fe2O3、Cr2O3、MnO2、La2O3、Y2O3、Ga2O3及びこれらの混合物からなる群から選択された化合物;
20%未満のシリカSiO2;
10%未満、好ましくは5%未満、4%未満、又は3%未満の、元素Sr、Na、K及びBaの酸化物並びにそれらの混合物からなる群から選択された化合物;
2%未満の他の種類の酸化物
を含む融解された粒子により達成される。上記百分率は酸化物に基づく重量百分率である。
Claims (15)
- 100%の合計に対して以下の化学組成:
10%超かつ50%未満のAl2O3;
10%超かつ50%未満の酸化チタンTiO2;
21%超かつ50%未満のジルコニア;
1%超かつ10%未満の、MgO、CaO、Fe2O3、Cr2O3、MnO2、La2O3、Y2O3、Ga2O3及びこれらの混合物からなる群から選択された化合物;
20%未満のシリカSiO2;
10%未満の、アルカリ金属酸化物、アルカリ土類金属酸化物、及びそれらの混合物からなる群から選択された化合物;
2%未満の他の種類の酸化物;
を有する溶融された粒子、ただし上記百分率は酸化物に基づく重量百分率である。 - 酸化物に基づく重量百分率として
15%超のAl2O3;及び/又は
15%超の酸化チタンTiO2;及び/又は
25%超のジルコニア;
1.5%超の、MgO、CaO、Fe2O3、Cr2O3、MnO2、La2O3、Y2O3、Ga2O3及びこれらの混合物からなる群から選択された化合物;及び/又は
5%未満の、アルカリ金属酸化物、アルカリ土類金属酸化物、及びそれらの混合物からなる群から選択された化合物;
を含む請求項1に記載の溶融された粒子。 - 酸化物に基づく重量百分率として
35%未満のAl2O3;及び/又は
45%未満の酸化チタンTiO2;及び/又は
45%未満のジルコニア;及び/又は
9%未満の、MgO、CaO、Fe2O3、Cr2O3、MnO2、La2O3、Y2O3、Ga2O3及びこれらの混合物からなる群から選択された化合物;及び/又は
4%未満の、アルカリ金属酸化物、アルカリ土類金属酸化物、及びそれらの混合物からなる群から選択された化合物;
を含む請求項1又は2に記載の溶融された粒子。 - 酸化物に基づく重量百分率として
40%未満の酸化チタンTiO2;及び/又は
3%未満の、アルカリ金属酸化物、アルカリ土類金属酸化物、及びそれらの混合物である化合物からなる群から選択された成分;
を含む請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の溶融された粒子。 - MgOの重量含有量が、酸化物に基づく重量百分率として1.5%超かつ8%未満である、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の溶融された粒子。
- CaOの重量含有量が、酸化物に基づく重量百分率として1.5%超かつ8%未満である、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の溶融された粒子。
- Y2O3の重量含有量が、酸化物に基づく重量百分率として1.5%超かつ8%未満である、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の溶融された粒子。
- (Cr2O3+MnO2+La2O3+Ga2O3)の含有量が、酸化物に基づく重量百分率として1%未満である、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の溶融された粒子。
- 該アルカリ金属酸化物及び/又はアルカリ土類金属酸化物のそれぞれの含有量が、酸化物に基づく重量百分率として4%未満である、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の溶融された粒子。
- 該アルカリ金属酸化物及び/又はアルカリ土類金属酸化物のそれぞれの含有量が、酸化物に基づく重量百分率として1%未満である、請求項9に記載の溶融された粒子。
- シリカの含有量が、酸化物に基づく重量百分率として0.1%超である、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の溶融された粒子。
- シリカの含有量が、酸化物に基づく重量百分率として1%超である、請求項11に記載の溶融された粒子。
- シリカの含有量が、酸化物に基づく重量百分率として15%未満である、請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の溶融された粒子。
- シリカの含有量が、酸化物に基づく重量百分率として2%超かつ10%未満である、請求項13に記載の溶融された粒子。
- 請求項1〜14のいずれか1項に記載の粒子の少なくとも1の粉末を含む複数の粉末の混合物を焼結することにより得られた焼結製品。
