Description

Claims (23)
- 少なくとも1つのシャフトと、
前記シャフトの遠位端に接続される切除要素と、
を備える、皮膚組織を美容的に再表面化するための装置であって、
前記切除要素の幅は約1mm未満であり、
前記切除要素は皮膚組織の表面と接触して、前記皮膚組織の少なくとも一部を除去するように構成される、装置。 - 前記切除要素の幅が約0.8mm未満である、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記切除要素の幅が約0.5mm未満である、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記切除要素の幅が約0.3mmから約0.5mmである、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つのシャフトが複数のシャフトを含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 基板をさらに備え、前記少なくとも1つのシャフトが前記基板に回転可能に接続される、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記シャフトの長手方向軸周囲に前記シャフトの各々を回転させるように構成される駆動構成部をさらに備える、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記駆動構成部が、前記シャフトの長手方向軸に実質的に沿った方向において前記シャフトの各々を移動させるようにさらに構成される、請求項7に記載の装置。
- 少なくとも1つの前記切除要素を、前記少なくとも1つのシャフトの長手方向軸に実質的に沿って前方の移動方向および後方の移動方向に繰り返して移動させるように構成される往復運動構成部をさらに備える、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記往復運動構成部が、アクチュエータおよび制御構成部を備える、請求項9に記載の装置。
- 前記往復運動構成部がトリガ機構およびバネ構成部を備える、請求項9に記載の装置。
- 前記往復運動構成部が、少なくとも1つの切除要素を、少なくとも特定の深さまで、または特定の力を使用して前記皮膚組織の表面と接触させるように構成される、請求項9〜11のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記基板に接続される導管をさらに備え、前記導管は、前記導管が低圧源と接続して配置される場合、前記皮膚組織の表面と少なくとも1つの前記切除要素との接触を容易にするように構成される、請求項6〜12のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 回転構成部を使用して皮膚組織において複数の穴を生成する工程を含む、皮膚組織を再表面化するための方法であって、
各穴は前記皮膚組織の一部を除去することによって生成され、
各穴の幅は約1mm未満である、方法。 - 各穴の幅が約0.8mm未満である、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 各穴の幅が約0.5mm未満である、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 各穴の幅が約0.3mmから約0.5mmである、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 除去した組織の表面積の割合が約0.1から0.7である、請求項14〜17のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 除去した組織の表面積の割合が約0.2から0.5である、請求項14〜17のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記回転構成部が、少なくとも1つのシャフトおよび前記シャフトの遠位端に設けられる切除要素を備える、請求項14〜19のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記回転構成部が、複数のシャフトおよび前記シャフトの各々の遠位端に設けられる切除要素を備える、請求項14〜19のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記回転構成部が、前記少なくとも1つのシャフトを、前記シャフトの長手方向軸に実質的に沿って前方の移動方向および後方の移動方向に繰り返して移動させるように適合または構成される往復運動構成部をさらに備える、請求項20または21に記載の方法。
- 前記穴の少なくとも1つが少なくとも真皮/上皮接合部の深さまで延びる請求項14〜22のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
