図1及び図2はそれぞれ、液状シリコーンの3D印刷により得られた、平行に配置した円形体の二層からの本発明の一次ドレッシングの平面図及び側面図を示す。矩形体の横断面の直径は0.7mmである(図2b)。矩形体は、0.8mmの間隔で配置されている(図1b、矩形体の中間点の間隔1.5mmに相応、図2b)。本発明の一次ドレッシングの垂直方向の寸法は1mmである(図2b)。一次ドレッシングは、100mmの側方長さを有する正方形の形で調製されている(図1a)。
実施例1からの本発明の一次ドレッシングは、一次ドレッシングが創傷周辺部を少なくとも1cm突出するように、創傷表面に配置されていた。本発明の一次ドレッシングの上に、多孔性吸収体の機能を満たすサイズのポリウレタンフォームが配置されていた。前記ポリウレタンフォーム上には、滅菌ESコンプレッセン(ES-Kompressen)を設け、そして、創傷ドレッシングをガーゼ包帯で固定した。
図3は、二層の平行矩形体からの格子構造における一次ドレッシングを示す。一次ドレッシングは、3D印刷を用いた押出により入手可能である。そのために、粘性シリコーン材料の個々のストランドからの格子構造を設ける。プルタブの構築のためにまず、部分ストランドを生じさせ、前記ストランドはプルタブの下方部分を形成する(図3D参照)。格子構造を生じさせるために、メアンダー状に配置させた、相互に平行の矩形体の第1の層を生じさせ、引き続き、この個々のストランドから更なる層を第1の層上に構築する。第2の層の完成後に、個々のストランドの端部を表面上に又は部分ストランドのすぐ隣に置く。これはプルタブ(図3b及びd)を形成し、前記プルタブは適用時に創傷のすぐ上には置かれず、そのため、創傷とは接着しない。それによって、創傷ドレッシングの除去は容易になる。平行矩形体のメアンダー状の配置によって、丸められた周辺構造が生じる。一次ドレッシングの裁断は必要でなく、その結果、周辺構造は切断エッジなしのままである。
Claims (18)
- 格子又はネットが非吸収性矩形体を含み、前記非吸収性矩形体が、シリコーンと、場合によって、薬理学的作用物質、コラーゲン、ヒドロコロイド及び/又は着色剤から選択された少なくとも1の添加剤とからなる、弾性矩形体からの格子又はネットの形の、湿潤創傷ケアのための弾性一次ドレッシング。
- 格子又はネットが、特にコラーゲン、ヒドロコロイド及び薬理学的作用物質から選択された、少なくとも1の吸収性かつ生物活性の有機化合物を含む吸収性矩形体をさらに含む請求項1記載の一次ドレッシング。
- シリコーンが、架橋性シリコーン、特に液状シリコーン、RTVシリコーンゴム、HTVシリコーンゴム又はUV架橋性シリコーンである、請求項1又は2記載の一次ドレッシング。
- 一次ドレッシングの矩形体が、円形又は楕円形の横断面を有する請求項1から3のいずれか1項記載の一次ドレッシング。
- 格子又はネットの表面に吸収性被覆が存在し、前記被覆は少なくとも1の薬理学的作用物質及び/又は少なくとも1の吸収性有機化合物、特にコラーゲン及びヒドロコロイドから選択された吸収性有機化合物を含む請求項1から4のいずれか1項記載の一次ドレッシング。
- 抗菌性作用物質及び/又は創傷ヒーリング促進作用物質は、非吸収性矩形体のシリコーン中へ埋め込まれている及び/又は格子又はネットの表面上の吸収性被覆中に存在する請求項1から5のいずれか1項記載の一次ドレッシング。
- 吸収性矩形体は、抗菌性作用物質、好ましくは創傷防腐剤、好ましくはポリヘキサニドを含む請求項2から6のいずれか1項記載の一次ドレッシング。
- 側方周辺部が切断エッジなしである請求項1から7のいずれか1項記載の一次ドレッシング。
- 非吸収性矩形体が、格子又はネットの側方に配置したプルタブを形成することを特徴とする請求項1から8のいずれか1項記載の一次ドレッシング。
- −使用時に創傷表面にある、請求項1から9のいずれか1項記載の一次ドレッシング、及び
−使用時に創傷表面とは反対側にある、前記創傷ドレッシングの側に配置されている二次ドレッシングを含み、
前記二次ドレッシングが、多孔質吸収体、好ましくはポリウレタン又はシリコーン製のフォームを含む、湿潤創傷ケアのための創傷ドレッシング。 - 格子の調製のために、互いに並行して配置される矩形体からの第1の層を設け、引き続き前記第1の層に、互いに並行して配置される矩形体からの第2の層を設け、その際、前記第1の層の矩形体及び前記第2の層の矩形体を相互に1〜90°の角度ずらして配置させて前記第1の層及び前記第2の層の矩形体を交差させ、前記矩形体は、粘性材料からの押出によって生じさせられ、前記材料は、架橋性シリコーン及び場合によって薬理学的作用物質及び/又は着色剤からなり、かつ、前記シリコーンの架橋後に弾性固形物質が得られる、
交差する矩形体の少なくとも2層からの格子の形にある、湿潤創傷ケアのための弾性一次ドレッシングの積層式製造方法。 - 格子を、粘性材料からのスクリーン印刷によって生じさせ、前記材料は、架橋性シリコーン及び場合によって薬理学的作用物質及び/又は着色剤からなる、
格子の形にある、湿潤創傷ケアのための弾性一次ドレッシングの製造方法。 - 架橋性シリコーン及び場合によって薬理学的作用物質及び/又は着色剤からの粘性材料は、10s-1の剪断速度で300000mPas〜1000000mPasの粘度を有することを特徴とする請求項11又は12記載の方法。
- 格子又はネットを、弾性矩形体の織り、編み、縫い取り又はニッティングにより生じさせ、前記弾性矩形体がシリコーン及び場合によって薬理学的作用物質及び/又は着色剤からなる、
格子又はネットの形にある、湿潤創傷ケアのための請求項1から9のいずれか1項記載の弾性一次ドレッシングの製造方法。 - 一次ドレッシングを、好ましくは最大1600cm2の表面積を有する適用サイズにおいて製造する、請求項11から14のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 格子又はネットの側方端部に、非吸収性矩形体からのプルタブが生じさせられる、請求項11から15のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1の薬理学的作用物質及び/又は少なくとも1の吸収性有機化合物、特にコラーゲン及びヒドロコロイドから選択される吸収性有機化合物を含む吸収性被覆が、格子又はネットの表面に設けられる、請求項11から16のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- シリコーン及び場合によって薬理学的作用物質、コラーゲン、ヒドロコロイド及び/又は着色剤から選択された少なくとも1の添加剤からなる非吸収性矩形体を含み、3D印刷、スクリーン印刷、編み、織り、縫い取り又はニッティングにより得られる格子又はネットの、湿潤創傷ケアのための、特に湿潤創傷ケアのための一次ドレッシングとしての使用。
