Description
しかし、揮発性が比較的高いホスフィン酸塩の使用の場合の欠点は、射出成形の際に金型付着物が生ずること、湿気が高く暖かい貯蔵条件の際に滲出物が生じること、並びにコンパウンド化の際に放出物が生ずることである。
窒素含有相乗剤またはリン/窒素難燃剤、及び特定の金属化合物(成分C)を添加することによって、難燃作用を顕著に向上しそしてポリマー分解を防ぐことができる。更に、金型付着物及び滲出物は観察されない。
上記の例から、PHEPAL及びMPPもしくはメレム及びホウ酸亜鉛もしくはベーマイトの成分からなる本発明の混合物が、PHEPALの単独使用と比べて、向上した防火挙動(20%の添加でV−0が達成される)、良好な加工性(平滑なポリマーストランド)、ポリマー分解無し(高い耐衝撃性及びノッチ付き耐衝撃性)、及び湿気が高く暖かい貯蔵での滲出物無しという効果を示すこことが分かる。PHEPALを単独で使用した場合には、30%の添加量で初めてUL−94V−0が達成される(V−2)。
PA6.6へ難燃剤としてPHEPAL及びMPPを配合することは確かにUL94V−0を与えるが、滲出物及び粗いポリマーストランド、成形材料の灰色の着色、滲出物及び高いメルトインデックスを招く(B−1)。ホウ酸亜鉛を加えることによって、灰色の着色を防ぎ、そして滲出物を明らかに減少することができる。
