Description
いかなる理論にも縛られるものではないが、増粘剤として使用されるアルミニウム石鹸の球状ゲル構造(該構造は、脂肪酸の他の金属石鹸(特にリチウム)の繊維状構造と区別される)が、添加剤の作用機序および性能に影響を与えると考えられる。
なお、本発明は、実施の態様として以下の内容を含む。
〔態様1〕
下記を含んで成るグリース組成物:
(a)鉱物、合成または天然起源の1つ以上の基油;
(b)1つ以上の単純または複合アルミニウム石鹸から主に成る増粘剤;
(c)1つ以上のモリブデンジチオカルバメート;および
(d)グラファイト。
〔態様2〕
態様1において、単独でまたは混合物として1つ以上の鉱物基油、および任意に1つ以上の合成基油を、基油(a)として含んで成る組成物。
〔態様3〕
態様1または2のいずれか1態様において、少なくとも1つの複合アルミニウム石鹸を、増粘剤(b)として含んで成る組成物。
〔態様4〕
態様1〜3のいずれか1態様において、単純または複合アルミニウム石鹸が、前記組成物中の増粘剤(b)の少なくとも80wt%を占める組成物。

態様1〜4のいずれか1態様において、耐摩耗性および/または極圧添加剤(好ましくはリンおよび硫黄、より好ましくはジチオホスフェートを含有する耐摩耗性および/または極圧添加剤)から選択される1つ以上の添加剤をさらに含んで成るグリース組成物。

態様1〜5のいずれか1態様において、1つ以上のポリマー(好ましくはポリイソブテンから選択されるポリマー)をさらに含んで成るグリース組成物。
〔態様7〕
態様1〜6のいずれか1態様において、モリブデン含有量が、500〜5000ppm(好ましくは1000〜4800ppm)である組成物。
〔態様8〕
態様1〜7のいずれか1態様において、グラファイトの質量による含有量が、0.5〜3%(好ましくは0.7〜2%)であるグリース組成物。
〔態様9〕
開放システム(好ましくは、オープンギアセット、メタルケーブル、チェーンドライブ)の潤滑化のための、態様1〜8のいずれか1態様に記載のグリース組成物の使用。
〔態様10〕
態様9において、工業分野(好ましくは、セメント、砂糖もしくはスチール工業)、または公共事業の分野における使用。
〔態様11〕
単純または複合アルミニウム石鹸で増粘されたグリースの、規格DIN 51350/4に従って
測定される焼き付け荷重を増加させるための、モリブデンジチオカルバメートおよびグラファイトを含んで成る添加剤組成物の使用。
〔態様12〕
態様1〜8のいずれか1態様に記載のグリース組成物が適用されている開放システム、(好ましくは、オープンギアセット、メタルケーブル、チェーンドライブ)。

Grease composition comprising:
(A) one or more base oils of mineral, synthetic or natural origin;

[Aspect 2]
In embodiment 1, a composition comprising, as base oil (a), one or more mineral base oils, and optionally one or more synthetic base oils, alone or as a mixture.

In one embodiment of either embodiment 1 or 2, the composition comprising at least one complex aluminum soap as thickener (b).
[Aspect 4]
In any one of aspects 1-3, the composition wherein the simple or complex aluminum soap accounts for at least 80 wt% of the thickener (b) in the composition.
[Aspect 5]
In any one of embodiments 1-4, selected from antiwear and / or extreme pressure additives (preferably antiwear and / or extreme pressure additives containing phosphorus and sulfur, more preferably dithiophosphate). A grease composition further comprising one or more additives.
[Aspect 6]
In any one of embodiments 1-5, a grease composition further comprising one or more polymers, preferably a polymer selected from polyisobutene.
[Aspect 7]
In any one embodiment of Embodiments 1 to 6, the molybdenum content is 500 to 5000 ppm (preferably 1000 to 4800 ppm).
[Aspect 8]
A grease composition according to any one of aspects 1 to 7, wherein the content of graphite by mass is 0.5 to 3% (preferably 0.7 to 2%).
[Aspect 9]
Use of the grease composition according to any one of aspects 1-8 for lubrication of an open system (preferably an open gear set, metal cable, chain drive).
[Aspect 10]
In embodiment 9, use in the industrial field (preferably the cement, sugar or steel industry) or in the field of public works.
[Aspect 11]
According to standard DIN 51350/4 for grease thickened with simple or complex aluminum soap
Use of an additive composition comprising molybdenum dithiocarbamate and graphite to increase the measured bake load.
[Aspect 12]
An open system to which the grease composition according to any one of aspects 1 to 8 is applied (preferably, an open gear set, a metal cable, a chain drive).
Claims (12)
