Claims (11)
- 供給ノズルであって、
外側熱シールド管の中に入れられている内側管、
第1直径を有しかつ排出孔としての役割を果たす、前記内側管に加工された、第1円形孔、
前記第1直径よりも大きい第2直径を有し、前記外側熱シールド管に加工された、第2円形孔、および、
下降角度で流路を延長させる溶接先端部であって、前記内側管と既定角度を成して前記排出孔まで延在している区域を含む、溶接先端部、
を備えていることを特徴とする供給ノズル。 - 管状反応器内に垂直に挿入されるものであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の供給ノズル。
- 前記内側管がステンレス鋼製であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の供給ノズル。
- 前記外側熱シールド管がステンレス鋼製であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の供給ノズル。
- 前記既定角度が90°であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の供給ノズル。
- 前記既定角度が45°であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の供給ノズル。
- 前記排出孔が、星型八角形パターンに従って成形されたものであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の供給ノズル。
- 前記排出孔が長円形であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の供給ノズル。
- 前記区域が鉛直なものであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の供給ノズル。
- 前記区域が斜めのものであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の供給ノズル。
- 前記内側管が、液体供給路と気体供給路とを有していることを特徴とする請求項1記載の供給ノズル。
