Description
Claims (13)
- 同じ装置内に液体燃料の供給源と気体燃料の供給源を含むガラス溶融炉のためのバーナーであって、二つの供給源が別個にまたは同時に操作されることができ、バーナーの温度がバーナー内の冷却流体の循環により制御されることを特徴とするバーナー。
- 炉の室中への空気のための取り入れ導管の出口の近くで蓄熱装置上を通過することにより予熱された空気のための取り入れ導管内に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバーナー。
- 予熱された空気の流れ内に設けられた外側壁が、この空気の乱流を制限するプロファイルを持つことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のバーナー。
- 燃料の供給源が、熱空気流内で下流に面するバーナーの壁の一部の上に設けられた噴射器を通して熱空気流中に排出することを特徴とする請求項3に記載のバーナー。
- 液体燃料の少なくとも噴射が、バーナーの外側壁内に配置された補強材から発生することを特徴とする請求項4に記載のバーナー。
- 液体燃料が噴霧流体の助けなしに噴射されることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一つに記載のバーナー。
- 液体燃料の供給が、冷却流体の循環から少なくとも部分的に分離されているパイプを介して実施されることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一つに記載のバーナー。
- 気体燃料の噴射が、液体燃料噴射の両側に配置されている少なくとも二つの部分で行なわれることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか一つに記載のバーナー。
- 気体燃料の二つの供給源が、液体燃料噴射器と垂直面内に整列された噴射器の上に排出することを特徴とする請求項8に記載のバーナー。
- 気体燃料供給源の噴射器が、液体燃料の噴射の軸と収斂するように配向された軸の上にあることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか一つに記載のバーナー。
- 少なくとも一つの気体燃料噴射器が、水平方向に開口する楕円形を持つことを特徴とする請求項9または10に記載のバーナー。
- 実質的に水平面内で延びる炎を発生するために気体燃料の流れが方向及び流速で調節されることを特徴とする請求項10または11に記載のバーナー。
- ガラス溶融タンク炉内で行なわれる燃焼であって、請求項1〜12のいずれか一つに記載の少なくとも一つのバーナーが、酸素搬送体の供給源に連結され、その酸素含有量が少なくとも50%であることを特徴とする燃焼。
