Description
a.基体を準備し、
b.ラジカルの経路を介して重合可能な少なくとも1つのモノマー、少なくとも1つの切断可能なアリール塩、少なくとも1つの還元剤及び少なくとも1つの溶媒を含む容器を準備し、容器内の液体に電位差を与え、
c.前記基体を前記容器内の液体に浸し、
d.前記基体の表面にグラフトされたポリマーを得る。
以下の実施例は、ポリエチレン(PE)等の熱可塑性材に潤滑剤コーティング(PDMS−アクリル)をグラフトする方法を示す。
ポリエチレン基体に対してUV/オゾンの前処理を行う。UV処理は、固体担体の表面及び/又は固体担体にUV光に当てることからなる。
以下の実施例は、ポテンシオスタットの存在下におけるポリエチレン(PE)等の熱可塑性材に潤滑剤コーティング(PDMS−アクリル)をグラフトする方法を示す。
非電気化学的経路を介した比較のためのグラフト試験を行う。
PEサンプルを、噴出させたエタノールにより室温で予め洗浄した。
以下の実施例は、ポテンシオスタットの存在下におけるポリエチレン(PE)等の熱可塑性材に潤滑剤コーティング(PDMS−アクリル)をグラフトする方法を示す。
以下の実施例は、ポテンシオスタットの存在下におけるナイロン基体(ポリアミド6,6)に対する潤滑剤コーティング(PDMS−アクリル)のグラフトを示す。
以下の実施例は、ポテンシオスタットの存在下におけるステンレス鋼基体に対するPHEMA膜のグラフトを示す。
以下の実施例は、ポテンシオスタットの存在下におけるカーボン基体(カーボンフェルト)に対するPAA膜のグラフトを示す。
以下の実施例は、ポテンシオスタットの存在下におけるポリエチレン基体に対するPSSNA膜のグラフトを示す。
Claims (15)
- ポリマー層を基体の表面に電気触媒反応で化学的にグラフトさせるコーティング方法であって、
a.基体を準備するステップと、
b.ラジカルの経路を介して重合可能な少なくとも1つのモノマー、少なくとも1つの切断可能なアリール塩、少なくとも1つの還元剤及び少なくとも1つの溶媒を含む容器を準備し、容器内の液体に電位差を与えるステップと、
c.前記基体を前記容器内の液体に浸すステップと、
d.前記基体の表面にグラフトされたポリマーを得るステップとを備え、
前記ラジカルの経路を介して重合可能なモノマーは、少なくとも1つのエチレン結合を含む分子から選択されるコーティング方法。 - 前記基体は、導電性、半導電性又は非導電性の基体であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記基体は、金属、ステンレス鋼、鋼、貴金属及びそれらの合金から選択される材料からなる導電性基体であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記基体は、天然ポリマー、人工ポリマー、合成ポリマー、熱可塑性ポリマー、熱硬化性ポリマー、熱安定性ポリマー、弾性ポリマー、一次元ポリマー及び三次元ポリマーを含む群から選択される非導電性基体であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記ラジカル経路を介して重合可能なモノマーは、アクリレート及びその誘導体に基づく分子から選択されることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの切断可能なアリール塩は、アリールジアゾニウム塩、アリールアンモニウム塩、アリールホスホニウム塩、アリールスルホニウム塩及びアリールヨードニウム塩からなる群から選択されることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記切断可能なアリール塩は、前記ステップbにおいてインサイチュ(in situ)で調製されることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記還元剤は、鉄、亜鉛又はニッケル由来の還元金属、メタロセンの形となり得る金属塩、及び次亜リン酸又はアスコルビン酸である有機還元剤からなる群から選択されることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記電位差は、前記ステップbにおいて容器内に浸された同一又は異なる2つの電極に接続された発電機により生成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記発電機により生成される電位差は、0.1V以上2V以下であることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記電位差は、前記ステップbにおいて容器内に浸された2つの異なる電極の間に設けられた化学セルにより生成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記電極は、ニッケル、亜鉛、鉄、銀若しくは銅の純金属又はそれらの合金から選択される材料からなることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記化学セルにより生成される電位差は、0.1V以上1.5V以下であることを特徴とする請求項11又は12に記載の方法。
- 前記ステップbにおいて前記容器内の液体のpHは酸性であることを特徴とする請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜14のいずれか1項に記載の方法により得られた基体であって、
非導電性であり、表面がポリマーで被覆されていることを特徴とする基体。
