Abstract
【解決手段】本発明は、複数のLEDが実装されたプリント回路基板と、上記LEDを収容する収容溝が貫通する構造で形成された光ガイド部材とを含み、上記光ガイド部材は、一面及び上記一面に対向する他面を含み、上記収容溝の内部及び上記光ガイド部材の一面には樹脂物質が塗布される構造で形成できる。
本発明によると、光ガイド部材の内部にLEDを収容する収容溝を備え、収容溝の内部に流動性樹脂物質を充填して光ガイド部材、反射フィルム、プリント回路基板などの構成部品の熱膨張率の違いによるLEDの損傷を防止する効果がある。

Description
以下、添付した図面を参照して本発明に係る構成及び作用を具体的に説明する。但し、本発明はこれらにより限定されるものではない。本明細書に亘って同じ構成要素に対しては同じ符号を付し、これについての重複説明は省略する。
図2は、本発明に係る照明ユニットの構造を示す概念図である。
図3は、本発明に係る第2の実施形態としての照明ユニットの構造を示す概念図である。
図4を参照すると、図3で上述した本発明に係る照明ユニットの構造の変形実施形態を示すものである。
図5を参照して上述した本発明に係る照明ユニットの他の変形実施形態を説明する。
以下では、上述した第2〜第4の実施形態で光ガイド部材の他面に形成される第1及び第2密度パターン領域、又は樹脂層の上面又は光学フィルム層の上面に形成される第3及び第4密度パターン領域を形成する光学パターンの形状について説明する。
本発明に係る第1の実施形態〜第4の実施形態の収容溝の内部又は上部に積層される樹脂物質は、紫外線硬化型の流動性を備えた樹脂などの様々な樹脂を適用できるが、光拡散性を向上させ、ホットスポットを減らすためには、次のような一例の物質を用いることもできる。

Claims (18)
- 複数のLEDが実装されたプリント回路基板と、
上記LEDを収容する収容溝が備えられた光ガイド部材とを含み、
上記収容溝の内部には樹脂物質が充填される照明ユニット。 - 上記収容溝は光ガイド部材を貫通する構造で形成され、
上記光ガイド部材は一面及び上記一面に対向する他面を含み、
上記樹脂物質は上記光ガイド部材の一面により塗布される請求項1に記載の照明ユニット。 - 上記樹脂物質は紫外線硬化型樹脂物質である請求項1に記載の照明ユニット。
- 上記樹脂物質内に光を拡散させる複数のビードをさらに含む請求項3に記載の照明ユニット。
- 上記ビードは、
全樹脂物質の総重量に対して0.01〜0.3重量%含まれる請求項4に記載の照明ユニット。 - 上記光ガイド部材の他面には、
第1密度パターン領域と上記第1密度パターン領域よりもパターン密度が高い第2密度パターン領域とが形成され、
上記第1密度パターン領域が、上記第2密度パターン領域よりも上記LEDの光出射面に近い領域に配置される請求項2に記載の照明ユニット。 - 上記第1及び第2密度パターン領域は、凹状の複数の凹みパターンが互いに重なって配置されるか、互い離隔して配置される請求項6に記載の照明ユニット。
- 上記凹状(concave)の凹みパターンは、
光ガイド部材の表面内部方向に凹状の多角錐状のパターン又は半球状のパターンが形成される請求項7に記載の照明ユニット。 - 上記光ガイド部材の一面又は上記光ガイド部材の一面に形成される樹脂物質層の上部面には、第3密度パターン領域と上記第3密度パターン領域よりもパターン密度が高い第4密度パターン領域とが形成され、
上記第4密度パターン領域が、上記第3密度パターン領域よりも上記LEDの光出射面に近い領域に配置される請求項6に記載の照明ユニット。 - 上記第3及び第4密度パターン領域は、
複数の凸状(convex)の突出パターンが互いに重なって配置されるか、互いに離隔して配置される請求項9に記載の照明ユニット。 - 上記凸状の突出パターンは、
多角錐状のパターン又は半球状のパターンである請求項10に記載の照明ユニット。 - 上記第1〜第4密度パターン領域は、
凸状又は凹状の多角錐状のパターンを含んで形成され、
上記多角錐状のパターンの下部傾斜角(σ)が35〜70度の値を備える請求項9に記載の照明ユニット。 - 上記第1及び第2密度パターン領域は、
凸状の多角錐状のパターンを含んで形成され、
上記第1密度パターン領域を構成する上記多角錐状のパターンの下部傾斜角(σ)は、35〜50度、上記第2密度パターン領域を構成する上記多角錐状のパターンの下部傾斜角(σ)は、50〜70度の値を備える請求項6に記載の照明ユニット。 - 上記光ガイド部材の一面又は上記光ガイド部材の一面に形成される樹脂物質層の上部面には、マイクロレンズアレイパターンを含む光学フィルム層が積層される請求項2に記載の照明ユニット。
- 上記光学フィルム層は、
第5密度パターン領域と上記第5密度パターン領域よりもパターン密度が高い第6密度パターン領域とが形成され、
上記第6密度パターン領域が、上記第5密度パターン領域よりも上記LEDの光出射面に近い領域に配置される請求項14に記載の照明ユニット。 - 上記樹脂物質は、
ウレタンアクリレートオリゴマー10〜21重量%、ポリアクリル10〜21重量%の混合物を含む請求項15に記載の照明ユニット。 - 上記樹脂物質は、
IBOA(Isobornyl Acrylate)10〜21%、HPA(Hydroxypropyl Acrylate)10〜21重量%、2-HEA(2-Hydroxyethyl Acrylate)10〜21重量%をさらに含む請求項16に記載の照明ユニット。 - 上記樹脂物質は、
光開始剤1〜5重量%、酸化防止剤0.5〜1重量%をさらに含む請求項17に記載の照明ユニット。
