Abstract
Description
従来技術に係る呼気分析器は、特定の状況および適用分野に向けて設計されている。スクリーニングおよび臨床診断の用途、ならびに呼気アルコール濃度判定の証拠目的のための様々な製品が存在する。後者のカテゴリにおいては、優先度の高い要件として、測定の精度および特定性が挙げられる。スクリーニングの目的においては、陽性反応がわずかである、すなわち特定の閾値を超える濃度が小さいと見込まれる場合は特に、反応速度および試験者にとっての簡易性がより重要となる。車両の運転手に対して飲酒検査を行う場合においては、アルコロックまたは類似の装置が含まれる。
好ましい実施形態において、本発明に係る呼気分析器は、試験者の位置、姿勢、および状態とは関係なく使用される簡易な自立型携帯ユニットを含む。
図1は、本発明に係る呼気分析器の好ましい実施形態の構成ブロックを示す。分析器は、筺体1内に物理的に組み込まれ、手に持って使用されるように設計される。外的な物理的寸法は適度なものであり、典型的には150×50×30mmである。必要な耐久性を得るためには、極端な温度、湿度、圧力、衝撃、震動、および電磁干渉などを含む様々な種類の環境的ストレスに対して耐性を有する必要がある。特に、筺体1は、その機能的な要件を満たすために、構造化された金属材料、または耐衝撃性重合体を含む。
Claims (9)
- 多機能呼気分析器であって、
被験者から呼気サンプルを受け取るための受容部ユニット(4)と、
前記サンプル内の少なくとも1つの揮発性物質の濃度に対応する信号を提供する感知ユニット(2)と、
前記呼気サンプル内の前記揮発性物質を識別および定量化するための信号処理ユニット(3)とを備え、
前記感知ユニット(2)は、前記サンプルの希釈を示す信号を提供するための手段(8,12,16)を含み、
前記信号処理ユニット(3)は、定量化のための少なくとも2つの異なる計算を行うように構成され、
前記分析/処理ユニット(3)は、選択された計算の結果を自動的に表示するように構成され、この選択は、希釈を示す前記信号の結果に基づいている、多機能呼気分析器。 - 前記計算は、前記サンプル内の、たとえば二酸化炭素または水蒸気などのトレーサー物質の濃度を同時に判定することによって推定される希釈の度合いを含む、請求項1に記載の呼気分析器。
- 前記物質は、エタノールもしくはメタノール、アセトン、一酸化炭素、二酸化炭素、アンモニア、窒素酸化物、および前記呼気と周囲空気とを識別するためのマーカーとしてのたとえば二酸化炭素もしくは水蒸気などのトレーサー物質である、請求項1に記載の呼気分析器。
- 前記手段(8,12,16)は、たとえば二酸化炭素もしくは水蒸気などのトレーサー物質に反応するセンサ(8)、または前記被験者の呼吸器官と前記感知ユニット(2)との間の結合の密着度合いを示す手段(12,16)を含み、前記手段(12,16)は、明確に規定された流れ抵抗(12)と、前記抵抗(12)の上流および下流に開口(16′,16″)を有する差圧センサ(16)とを含み、前記開口は、前記サンプルの主要な流れ方向に対して垂直に向けられる、請求項1に記載の呼気分析器。
- 前記受容部(4a,4b)は、漏斗状(4a)、スコップ状、カップ状、もしくはマグ状の形状、または前記被験者の口もしくは鼻の開口に向けて密着させることによる筒状(4b)の形状を有する、請求項1に記載の呼気分析器。
- 前記感知ユニット(2)は、形状が明確に規定された測定空間を含み、測定空間の入口(5)は、前記受容部(4a,4b)に対する結合と、前記サンプル内の液滴および固体粒子を分離するための粒子フィルタ(12)とを含み、測定空間の出口は、周囲空気と結合され、前記測定空間は、100mlより小さく、前記感知ユニット(2)は、空気流に対して小さいが特徴的な抵抗を有し、前記流れは、ポンプ、ファン、または弁(10,11)によって制御可能である、請求項1に記載の呼気分析器。
- 前記感知ユニット(2)は、5Hz以上の繰り返し周波数で繰り返し信号を生成し、前記信号は、形状的に規定された測定空間内の前記物質の濃度に対応する、請求項1に記載の呼気分析器。
- 前記感知および信号処理ユニット(2,3)は、触媒測定原理、または規定された測定空間内において高い反射率で表面に対して複数回にわたって反射した電磁放射の伝送測定に基づいており、前記分析は、たとえばエチルアルコールなどの前記物質の判定については、たとえば9〜10μmの規定された波長間隔内の吸収を含み、たとえば二酸化炭素などのトレーサー物質の判定については、たとえば4.2〜4.3μmの規定された波長間隔内の吸収を含む、請求項1に記載の呼気分析器。
- 前記解析器は、環境的ストレスに対する耐性を有する筺体(1)内に収容され、前記感知および分析ユニットと、電源としてのバッテリー(13)と、分析結果を表示するための表示部(14)と、データを記憶するためのメモリユニットと、データ入力のためのスイッチと、外部機器とデータ通信するための手段(15)とを含み、前記筺体は、サンプル採取および緊急分析用の自立型ユニットを含む、請求項1に記載の呼気分析器。
