Description
Claims (10)
- 印刷システムにおいて転写筋を除去するための装置であって、
封止端部を含む中空転写バッカーバーを含み、
前記転写バッカーバーが、さらに複数の穴部を含み、
前記穴部が、前記転写バッカーバーの前記感光体支持面に沿って間隔を開けており、
前記中空転写バッカーバー内に空気圧を加えることによって、前記穴部を通って外への空気の流れが生じ、
前記空気の流れが、感光体の底面と接触し、画像を紙に転写する間、クッションとなる前記空気の流れに沿って前記感光体を浮動させる、装置。 - 前記空気の流れが、毎時約2標準立方フィート〜毎時約100標準立方フィートである、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記複数の穴部間には間隔が開いており、隣接している前記穴部間の前記間隔は、約1mm〜約20mmである、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記バッカーバーが固定されている、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 印刷システムにおける転写筋を除去するための装置であって、
封止端部を含む中空転写バッカーバーを含み、
前記転写バッカーバーがさらに、多孔質基板を含み、
前記多孔質基板が、前記転写バッカーバーの前記感光体支持面に沿って配置されており、
前記中空転写バッカーバー内に空気圧を加えることによって、前記多孔質基板を通って外への空気の流れが生じ、
前記空気の流れが感光体の底面と接触し、画像を紙に転写する間、クッションとなる前記空気の流れに沿って前記感光体を浮動させる、装置。 - 印刷システムにおける転写筋を除去するための装置であって、
前記装置が、封止端部を含む音響転写補助バーを含み、
前記音響転写補助バーがさらに、複数の穴部を含み、
前記穴部が、前記音響転写補助バーの前記感光体支持面に沿って間隔を開けており、
前記中空音響転写補助バー内に空気圧を加えることによって、前記穴部を通って外への空気の流れが生じ、
前記空気の流れが感光体の底面と接触し、画像を紙に転写する間、クッションとなる前記空気の流れに沿って前記感光体を浮動させる、装置。 - 前記空気の流れが、毎時約2標準立方フィート〜毎時約20標準立方フィートである、請求項6に記載の装置。
- 前記複数の穴部の直径がそれぞれ約.1mm〜約2mmである、請求項6に記載の装置。
- 前記音響転写補助バーが固定されている、請求項6に記載の装置。
- 前記音響転写補助バーが、左側部分と、中央部分と、右側部分とを含み、
前記左側部分が前記穴部を含んでいる、請求項6に記載の装置。
