Claims (20)
- 接着継手の検査方法であって、
発熱反応型接着剤を第1の外皮材及び/又は第2の外皮材に塗工する工程と、
発熱反応型接着剤を介して第1の外皮材を第2の外皮材に取り付けて接着継手を形成する工程と、
発熱反応型接着剤を硬化させる工程と、
接着継手に沿って発熱反応型接着剤から放出された熱をイメージングする工程と
を含む方法。 - 接着継手がタービンブレードの接着継手を含んでいて、発熱反応型接着剤を第1の外皮材及び/又は第2の外皮材に塗工する工程が発熱反応型接着剤を第1のタービンブレード外皮材及び/又は第2のタービンブレード外皮材に塗工することを含む、請求項1記載の方法。
- 第1の外皮材を第2の外皮材に取り付ける工程が第1のタービンブレード外皮材を第2のタービンブレード外皮材に取り付けることを含む、請求項2記載の方法。
- 第1のタービンブレード外皮材を第2のタービンブレード外皮材に取り付ける工程が、第1の前縁外皮材を第2の前縁外皮材に取り付け、第1の後縁外皮材を第2の後縁外皮材に取り付けることを含む、請求項3記載の方法。
- 第1のタービンブレード外皮材を第2のタービンブレード外皮材に取り付ける工程がスパーキャップ及びシアウェブを取り付けることを含む、請求項3記載の方法。
- 発熱反応型接着剤から放出された熱をイメージングする工程が発熱反応型接着剤から放出された熱を赤外線カメラで撮像することを含む、請求項1記載の方法。
- 発熱反応型接着剤から放出された熱をイメージングする工程が接着継手に沿って赤外線カメラを移動させることを含む、請求項6記載の方法。
- 発熱反応型接着剤から放出された熱をイメージングする工程が接着継手における欠陥をイメージングすることを含む、請求項1記載の方法。
- 発熱反応型接着剤から放出された熱をイメージングする工程が接着継手の幅をイメージングすることを含む、請求項1記載の方法。
- 接着継手を含む複数のタービンブレードであって、接着継手が発熱反応型接着剤を含んでいる複数のタービンブレードと、
サーモグラフィー装置と
を含むタービンブレード検査システムであって、発熱反応型接着剤から放出された熱をサーモグラフィー装置でイメージングして接着継手の健全性を決定する、タービンブレード検査システム。 - 複数のタービンブレードが、接着継手で接合した第1の外皮材と第2の外皮材とを含む、請求項10記載のタービンブレード検査システム。
- 複数のタービンブレードが、接着継手で接合したスパーキャップとシアウェブとを含む、請求項10記載のタービンブレード検査システム。
- 発熱反応型接着剤がメチルメタクリレートモノマー、シアノアクリレート、又は二液型エポキシを含む、請求項10記載のタービンブレード検査システム。
- サーモグラフィー装置が赤外線カメラを含む、請求項10記載のタービンブレード検査システム。
- 複数のタービンブレードが複合材料、繊維−樹脂マトリックス、及びコア材料からなる群から選択される、請求項10記載のタービンブレード検査システム。
