Claims (10)
- 入力面を提供し、遮光領域と複数個の開口領域とに区分される第1表示基板と、
前記第1表示基板と対向する第2表示基板と、
前記遮光領域上に配置され、第1動作モードで第1スキャン信号を受信し、第2動作モードで第2スキャン信号を受信する複数個の第1タッチセンサーと、
前記遮光領域上に配置されて前記複数個の第1タッチセンサーと絶縁されるように交差され、前記第1動作モードで靜電容量変化に対応する第1感知信号を出力し、前記第2動作モードで入力手段の共振周波数に対応する第2感知信号を出力する複数個の第2タッチセンサーと、を含み、
前記複数個の第1タッチセンサーの各々は、前記第2スキャン信号の中で対応する第2スキャン信号に応答する磁気場を誘導し、第1方向に配列された第1センサー部及び前記第1センサー部を連結する第1連結部を含み、
前記複数個の第2タッチセンサーの各々は、前記入力手段の前記共振周波数を受信し、前記第1方向と交差する第2方向に配列された第2センサー部及び前記第2センサー部を連結する第2連結部を含む表示装置。 - 前記第1表示基板は、
第1ベース基板と、
前記第1ベース基板上に配置され、前記複数個の開口領域に対応する複数個の第1開口部を具備する遮光層と、
前記複数個の第1開口部に重畳するように配置された複数個のカラーフィルターと、
前記第1ベース基板上に配置された少なくとも1つの絶縁層を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の表示装置。 - 前記複数個の第1タッチセンサーは、前記第1ベース基板の一側に配置され、前記複数個の第2タッチセンサーは、前記第1ベース基板の他側に配置されたことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の表示装置。
- 前記複数個の第1タッチセンサー及び前記複数個の第2タッチセンサーは、クロム酸化物(Chromium oxide)、クロム窒化物(Chromium nitride)、チタニウム酸化物(Titanium oxide)、及びチタニウム窒化物(Titanium nitride)の中でいずれか1つ又はこれらの合金等を含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の表示装置。
- 前記複数個の第1タッチセンサー及び前記複数個の第2タッチセンサーは、前記第1ベース基板の一側に配置されたことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の表示装置。
- 前記複数個の第1タッチセンサーと前記複数個の第2タッチセンサーとは、互いに異なる層上に配置されたことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の表示装置。
- 前記第1センサー部と前記第2センサー部とは、同じ層上に配置されたことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の表示装置。
- 前記第1連結部は、前記第1センサー部と同じ層上に配置され、
前記少なくとも1つの絶縁層は、前記第1センサー部、前記第1連結部、及び前記第2センサー部をカバーし、前記第2連結部は、前記少なくとも1つの絶縁層を貫通するコンタクトホールを通じて前記第2センサー部に連結されたことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の表示装置。 - 前記第2連結部は、前記少なくとも1つの絶縁層を介して前記第1センサー部の一部分と交差することを特徴とする請求項8に記載の表示装置。
- 前記第1連結部は、前記第1センサー部と同じ層上に配置され、
前記遮光層は、前記第1センサー部、前記第1連結部、及び前記第2センサー部をカバーし、前記第2連結部は、前記遮光層を貫通するコンタクトホールを通じて前記第2センサー部に連結されたことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の表示装置。
