Description
電池セルの電極端子がトレイ本体の開放された上部側に向かうように装着用隔壁に電池セルを装着する工程と、
熱線に電気を印加して加熱を行う工程と、
電池セルを充電する工程と、
を含むことを特徴とする製造方法を提供する。

Claims (19)
- 二次電池の製造過程で電池セルの移送及び充電のために電池セルが装着される電池セルトレイであって、
上部が開放されている構造のトレイ本体と、
電池セルの装着のためにトレイ本体の内側底部に設けられている装着用隔壁と、
トレイ本体の底部に設けられている熱線と、
を備えることを特徴とする、電池セルトレイ。 - 前記装着用隔壁は、電池セルの高さに対し20%〜90%の高さでトレイ本体の下端に設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池セルトレイ。
- 前記装着用隔壁は、横方向に電池セル間に位置する第1隔壁と、縦方向に電池セル間に位置する第2隔壁と、を含んでいることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池セルトレイ。
- 前記第1隔壁と第2隔壁とは、互いに垂直な配列になっていることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の電池セルトレイ。
- 前記トレイ本体は、長方形の構造であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池セルトレイ。
- 前記熱線は、電池セルへの電解液の含浸性が向上するよう、トレイ本体の底部において装着用隔壁の下端に設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池セルトレイ。
- 前記装着用隔壁の両側面に熱線がさらに設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の電池セルトレイ。
- 前記トレイ本体の一側端部には、熱線に電気を供給するためのコネクターが設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池セルトレイ。
- 前記熱線の温度は、50℃〜100℃であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池セルトレイ。
- 前記熱線の温度は、60℃〜70℃であることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の電池セルトレイ。
- 前記熱線は、ニッケル−クロム合金、鉄−クロム合金、鉄−クロム−アルミニウム合金、タングステン、炭化ケイ素及び黒鉛からなる群から選ばれる1種又は2種以上の素材からなることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池セルトレイ。
- 前記電池セルは、角形電池セル、パウチ形電池セル、又は円筒型電池セルであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池セルトレイ。
- 前記電池セルは、リチウム二次電池であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池セルトレイ。
- 請求項1から13のいずれか一項に記載の電池セルトレイを用いて二次電池を製造する方法であって、
電池セルの電極端子がトレイ本体の開放された上部側に向かうように装着用隔壁に電池セルを装着する工程と、
熱線に電気を印加して加熱を行う工程と、
電池セルを充電する工程と、
を含むことを特徴とする製造方法。 - 請求項14に記載の製造方法によって製造されたことを特徴とする二次電池。
- 前記二次電池は、リチウムイオン二次電池又はリチウムイオンポリマー二次電池であることを特徴とする、請求項15に記載の二次電池。
- 請求項15に記載の二次電池を単位電池として含んでいることを特徴とする電池パック。
- 請求項17に記載の電池パックを電源として備えることを特徴とするデバイス。
- 前記デバイスは、携帯電話、携帯用コンピュータ、スマートフォン、タブレットPC、スマートパッド、ネットブック、LEV(Light Electronic Vehicle)、電気自動車、ハイブリッド電気自動車、プラグインハイブリッド電気自動車、及び電力貯蔵装置からなる群から選ばれることを特徴とする、請求項18に記載のデバイス。
