Abstract
【解決手段】蓄電池管理装置10は、電力変換部11、判別部12、配分設定部13、分配部14を備える。電力変換部11は、蓄電池20へ電力を蓄積する動作と蓄電池20から電力を放出させる動作とを行う。判別部12は、蓄電池20から放出された電力の用途を判別する。配分設定部13は、用途ごとに定められる分配比率を用いて、用途ごとに供給可能な電力量の上限値を定める。分配部14は、蓄電池20に蓄積された電力を、配分設定部13が定めた上限値を限度として、判別部12が判別する用途に供給させる。したがって、蓄電池20の電力を、複数の用途に分配する際に、各用途に必要な電力量を蓄電池20から供給できるように、蓄電池20の電力を分配することが可能になる。

以下では、防災に関する警報が発令される地域を「着目地域」と呼び、警報が発令されない地域を「外部地域」と呼ぶ。警報は、台風、竜巻、雷、大雪のように事象が生じる前に発令される警報(注意報を含む)と、噴火、地震のように予測が困難であり事象が生じてから発令される警報とがある。

Claims (7)
- 蓄電池へ電力を蓄積する動作と前記蓄電池から電力を放出させる動作とを行う電力変換部と、
前記蓄電池から放出された電力の用途を判別する判別部と、
前記用途ごとに定められる分配比率を用いて、前記用途ごとに供給可能な電力量の上限値を定める配分設定部と、
前記蓄電池に蓄積された電力を、前記配分設定部が定めた前記上限値を限度として、前記判別部が判別する前記用途に供給させる分配部とを備える
蓄電池管理装置。 - 防災に関する警報情報を取得する取得部と、
前記警報情報に対処する対処期間を定める期間設定部とをさらに備え、
前記配分設定部は、前記対処期間と前記対処期間以外とでは、前記分配比率を変更する

電力系統からの給電が停止したときに需要家の電気負荷に前記蓄電池から電力を供給する第1の用途と、
前記電力系統から需要家が受電する電力量を低減させるように前記電気負荷に前記蓄電池から電力を供給する第2の用途とが選択可能である
請求項2記載の蓄電池管理装置。 - 前記取得部は、電気事業者が電力を供給する地域ごとに前記警報情報を取得し、
前記配分設定部は、前記警報情報の対象である着目地域において、
前記第1の用途に対する分配比率を、前記対処期間において前記対処期間以外よりも大きく設定し、かつ前記第2の用途に対する分配比率を、前記対処期間において前記対処期間以外よりも小さく設定する

前記配分設定部は、前記警報情報の対象ではない外部地域において、
前記第1の用途に対する分配比率を、前記対処期間において前記対処期間以外よりも小さく設定し、かつ前記第2の用途に対する分配比率を、前記対処期間において前記対処期間以外よりも大きく設定する
