Claims (15)
- ボディーと、
前記ボディー上に配置される発光素子と、
前記発光素子上に配置され、前記発光素子から照射される光を屈折させて出射するレンズ(lens)とを含み、
前記レンズは、
下面部と、
前記下面部と平行な上面部と、
前記下面部と前記上面部との間に位置し、複数の側面を含む側面部とを含み、
前記複数の側面は放物線形状である、照明装置。 - 前記複数の側面のそれぞれは、列方向に区分される複数の領域を含み、前記複数の領域のうち少なくとも一つは、一定の曲率を有する凹部(recess)を含み、前記列方向は、前記上面部から前記下面部に向かう方向である、請求項1に記載の照明装置。
- 前記側面のそれぞれに含まれる領域の区間の長さは互いに同一である、請求項2に記載の照明装置。
- 前記側面のそれぞれに含まれる領域のうち少なくとも一つの領域の区間の長さは、残りの区間の長さと異なる、請求項2に記載の照明装置。
- 前記側面に含まれる領域のそれぞれの区間の長さは5mm以下である、請求項2ないし4のいずれかに記載の照明装置。
- 前記凹部は、前記複数の領域のうち少なくとも一つの一端から他端にわたって同一の曲率を有するように形成される、請求項2ないし5のいずれかに記載の照明装置。
- 前記下面部はxyz座標系のxy平面上に位置し、前記下面部の中心は前記xyz座標系の原点に位置し、前記側面部の放物線の焦点距離は5mm以下である、請求項1ないし6のいずれかに記載の照明装置。
- 前記下面部と前記上面部との間の離隔距離は、10mmより大きいか又は同一であり、50mmより小さいか又は同一である、請求項1ないし7のいずれかに記載の照明装置。
- 前記複数の側面のうち互いに対向する側面を仮想の延長線で連結したものは、放物線形状である、請求項1ないし8のいずれかに記載の照明装置。
- 前記レンズの垂直方向の切断面のうち前記側面部に対応する曲線は放物線形状であり、前記垂直方向は、前記上面部及び前記下面部と垂直な方向である、請求項1ないし9のいずれかに記載の照明装置。
- 前記上面部は、複数の第1辺を含む多角形であり、
前記下面部は、前記第1辺と対応する複数の第2辺を含む多角形であり、
前記側面のいずれか一つは、互いに対応する第1辺と第2辺との間に位置する、請求項1ないし10のいずれかに記載の照明装置。 - 前記上面部の面積は、前記下面部の面積よりも大きい、請求項1ないし11のいずれかに記載の照明装置。
- 前記上面部及び前記下面部は四角形であり、前記側面部は4個の側面を含み、前記レンズから出射される光は十字形状である、請求項1ないし12のいずれかに記載の照明装置。
- 前記下面部は、前記発光素子から光が入射される半球状の入光部を有する、請求項1ないし13のいずれかに記載の照明装置。
- 前記レンズの下面部はxy平面上に位置し、前記下面部の中心は原点に位置し、前記レンズの切断面において前記側面部に対応する曲線は、数式1による放物線形状を有し、前記レンズの切断面はzy平面と平行であり、前記原点を通り、
