Abstract
Description
気体状のシンチレータを内部に含み、加速器から供給される荷電粒子が通過するガスチャンバと、
前記ガスチャンバ内における前記荷電粒子の通過経路における光量を検出する光検出器とを備える
を特徴とするものである。
前記光検出器が検出した光量に基づいて、前記荷電粒子の強度を算出する算出部を、さらに備える
ことが好ましい。
前記ガスチャンバおよび前記光検出器の間に設けられ、前記シンチレータの種類に応じて定められる帯域の光を透過するフィルタを、さらに備える
ことが好ましい。
前記フィルタを透過する光の帯域は、不可視光の帯域である
ことが好ましい。

Claims (4)
- 気体状のシンチレータを内部に含み、加速器から供給される荷電粒子が通過するガスチャンバと、
前記ガスチャンバ内における前記荷電粒子の通過経路における光量を検出する光検出器とを備える
ことを特徴とする加速器用荷電粒子測定ユニット。 - 請求項1に記載の加速器用荷電粒子測定ユニットであって、
前記光検出器が検出した光量に基づいて、前記荷電粒子の強度を算出する算出部を、さらに備える
ことを特徴とする加速器用荷電粒子測定ユニット。 - 請求項2に記載の加速器用荷電粒子測定ユニットであって、
前記ガスチャンバおよび前記光検出器の間に設けられ、前記シンチレータの種類に応じて定められる帯域の光を透過するフィルタを、さらに備える
ことを特徴とする加速器用荷電粒子測定ユニット。 - 請求項3に記載の加速器用荷電粒子測定ユニットであって、
前記フィルタを透過する光の帯域は、不可視光の帯域である
ことを特徴とする加速器用荷電粒子測定ユニット。
