Abstract

Claims (16)
- 体内脈管の狭窄の治療のための埋め込み可能なドレナージ装置において、
入口を含み、出口まで伸びて、前記入口から前記出口まで形成されているドレナージルーメンを画定するドレナージチューブを備え、前記ドレナージチューブは、膨潤されたポリマー層と、前記膨潤されたポリマー層の周囲に形成されている外側ポリマー層を含み、前記外側ポリマー層は半径方向で形成され前記膨潤されたポリマー層を露出させる複数の孔を有し、前記膨潤されたポリマー層は、前記ポリマー層の孔を通り抜ける、調整された薬物溶出のために、その周囲に分散された化学物質を有している、埋め込み可能なドレナージ装置。 - 前記化学物質は、抗菌剤と抗血栓剤のうち少なくとも1つを含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記抗菌剤は、以下のもの、即ち、
セファロポリン類、クリンダマイシン、クロラムフェニコール、カルバペネム類、ミノサイクリン類、リファンピン、ペニシリン類、モノバクタム類、キノロン類、テトラサイクリン、マクロライド類、サルファ系抗生物質、トリメトプリム、フシジン酸、アミノグリコシド類、アンフォテリシンB、アゾール類、フルシトシン、シロフンギン、及びニッコZのうちの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項2に記載の装置。 - 前記抗血栓剤は、以下のもの、即ち、ホスホリルコリンとヘパリンのうちの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項2又は3に記載の装置。
- 前記装置を前記体内脈管にアンカー固定するために、前記ドレナージチューブから伸びる半径方向に張り出したフラップの入口側アレイと出口側アレイを含むアンカー固定用構成要素を更に備えている、請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記入口側アレイは、前記入口に近接して配置されている、請求項5に記載の装置。
- 前記出口側アレイは、前記ドレナージチューブの前記出口に近接して配置されている、請求項5に記載の装置。

前記ドレナージチューブの前記出口と共同で動作可能な逆流防止部材であって、入口ボアと、前記入口ボアと流体連通している出口ボアとを有し、前記入口ボアと前記出口ボアは、前記逆流防止部材の前記出口ボアから前記入口ボアへの逆流を低減するために非整列関係にある逆流防止部材と、
を有するドレナージ装置。 - 前記第2の化学物質は、抗菌剤と抗血栓剤のうちの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項9に記載の装置。
- 前記抗菌剤は、以下のもの、即ち、

- 前記ドレナージチューブの前記キャスト層からの前記第2の化学物質の薬物溶出を遅らせるために、前記ドレナージチューブの前記キャスト層の周囲に配置された生体分解性被覆層を更に含む、請求項9乃至13のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
