【解決手段】可変容量型ベーンポンプ100は、シャフト20に連結されたロータ30と、スリット31と、ベーン40と、カムリング50と、ポンプ室33と、吸込ポート73と、吐出ポート74と、ベーン40の基端部41に区画される背圧室32と、ロータ30の側面に摺接する摺接面71とシャフト20が嵌挿される貫通孔72とを有するプレート70と、吸込ポート73の作動流体を背圧室32に導く吸込側背圧ポート76と、吐出ポート74から吐出される作動流体を背圧室32に導く吐出側背圧ポート75と、吐出側背圧ポート75と貫通孔72との間から吸込側背圧ポート76と貫通孔72との間までにわたって摺接面71に延設される追加溝77と、追加溝77と吸込側背圧ポート76とを連通する接続溝78と、を備える。

Claims (4)
- 流体圧供給源として用いられる可変容量型ベーンポンプであって、
動力源の動力によって回転駆動するシャフトに連結されたロータと、
前記ロータの外周に開口部を有して放射状に複数形成されるスリットと、
前記スリットごとに摺動自在に収装されるベーンと、
前記ベーンが前記スリットから突出する方向の端部である前記ベーンの先端部が摺接する内周カム面を有し前記ロータの中心に対して偏心可能なカムリングと、
前記ロータと前記カムリングと隣り合う前記ベーンとの間に画成されるポンプ室と、
前記ポンプ室に吸い込まれる作動流体を導く吸込ポートと、
前記ポンプ室から吐出される作動流体を導く吐出ポートと、
前記スリット内に形成され、前記先端部とは反対側の端部である前記ベーンの基端部によって区画される背圧室と、
前記ロータの側面に摺接する摺接面と前記シャフトが嵌挿される貫通孔とを有するプレートと、
前記摺接面における前記貫通孔の外周側に形成され、前記ポンプ室が前記吸込ポートと連通する吸込区間において前記吸込ポートの作動流体を前記背圧室に導く吸込側背圧ポートと、
前記摺接面における前記貫通孔の外周側に形成され、前記ポンプ室が前記吐出ポートと連通する吐出区間において前記吐出ポートから吐出される作動流体を前記背圧室に導く吐出側背圧ポートと、
前記吐出側背圧ポートと前記貫通孔との間から前記吸込側背圧ポートと前記貫通孔との間までにわたって前記摺接面に延設される追加溝と、
前記追加溝と前記吸込側背圧ポートとを連通する接続溝と、
を備えることを特徴とする可変容量型ベーンポンプ。 - 前記接続溝の断面積は前記追加溝の断面積より小さい、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の可変容量型ベーンポンプ。 - 前記追加溝は、前記摺接面における前記貫通孔の外周側に全周にわたって円環状に形成される、
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の可変容量型ベーンポンプ。 - 前記プレートは、前記ロータの両側面の少なくとも一方側に設けられる、
ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3までのいずれか一項に記載の可変容量型ベーンポンプ。
