【解決手段】
食品鮮度保持用添加材は竹の粉末よりなり、紙材表面処理材に添加して使用し、食品用段ボール箱20は、竹の粉末を表面に付着した第1のクラフトライナー21と、竹の粉末が設けられていない第2のクラフトライナー22と、中芯23を有する段ボール板よりなり、第1のクラフトライナー21が箱の内側に向けられている。

Claims (6)
- 竹の粉末よりなり、紙材表面処理材に添加して使用する食品鮮度保持用添加材。
- 長さが10〜300μmの竹繊維である請求項1に記載の食品鮮度保持用添加材。
- 長さが200〜300μmの竹繊維である請求項2に記載の食品鮮度保持用添加材。
- 請求項1から請求項3のいずれかに記載の食品鮮度保持用添加材を表面に付着した食品包装用紙材。
- 5mm以下に切断された竹の繊維を含む食品用段ボール箱。
- 少なくとも竹の粉末を表面に付着した第1のクラフトライナーと、竹の粉末が設けられていない第2のクラフトライナーと、中芯を有する段ボール板よりなり、第1のクラフトライナーが箱の内側に向けられた食品用段ボール箱。
