Abstract
【解決手段】移動通信端末24において、調整送信スキームで協働する少なくとも第1および第2の基地局28A、28Bから、それぞれ第1および第2の通信チャネルを介して送信される信号を受信する方法。受信した信号に基づいて、通信チャネルの各チャネル評価値を算出する。第1および第2の通信チャネルの各チャネル評価値を示す第1および第2のフィードバックデータを、第1のフィードバックデータが第1のデータサイズを有し、第2のフィードバックデータが第1のデータサイズと異なる第2のデータサイズを有するように作成する。第1および第2のフィードバックデータを、移動通信端末から、基地局の少なくとも1つに送信する。

本願は、2009年11月9日に出願された米国仮特許出願第61/259,595号の利益を主張し、当該仮特許出願の開示内容を本明細書に参照として取り込む。
Claims (21)
- 移動通信端末において、調整送信スキームで協働する少なくとも第1および第2の基地局から、それぞれ第1および第2の通信チャネルを介して送信される信号を受信し、受信した前記信号に基づいて、前記第1および第2の通信チャネルの各チャネル評価値を算出する段階と、
前記第1および第2の通信チャネルの前記各チャネル評価値を示す第1および第2のフィードバックデータを、前記第1のフィードバックデータが第1のデータサイズを有し、前記第2のフィードバックデータが前記第1のデータサイズと異なる第2のデータサイズを有するように作成する段階と、
前記第1および第2のフィードバックデータを、前記移動通信端末から、前記第1および第2の基地局の少なくとも1つに送信する段階と
を含む方法。 - 前記第1および第2のフィードバックデータを作成する段階は、前記第1のフィードバックデータに、前記第2のフィードバックデータには含められない少なくとも1つのフィードバックパラメータを含める段階を含む請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第1および第2のフィードバックデータを作成する段階は、前記第1のフィードバックデータを第1の量子化により表し、前記第2のフィードバックデータを前記第1の量子化とは異なる第2の量子化により表す段階を含む請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第1および第2のフィードバックデータを作成する段階は、前記第1のフィードバックデータを第1のスペクトル分解能で算出し、前記第2のフィードバックデータを前記第1のスペクトル分解能とは異なる第2のスペクトル分解能で算出する段階を含む請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第1および第2のフィードバックデータを送信する段階は、前記第1のフィードバックデータを第1の更新レートで送信し、前記第2のフィードバックデータを前記第1の更新レートとは異なる第2の更新レートで送信する段階を含む請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の基地局が、前記移動通信端末が受発信を行うときに経由するサービング基地局として指定されている場合、前記第1および第2のフィードバックデータを作成する段階は、前記第2のデータサイズが前記第1のデータサイズより小さくなるようにする段階を含むことを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記第1および第2のフィードバックデータを作成する段階は、前記第1の基地局により生じる第1の干渉が前記第2の基地局により生じる第2の干渉より強いことを識別すると、前記第1のフィードバックデータを第1のデータサイズで算出し、前記第2のフィードバックデータを前記第1のデータサイズより小さい第2のデータサイズで算出する段階を含む請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記第1および第2のフィードバックデータを作成する段階は、前記第1および第2の通信チャネルについて、第1および第2の異なる階数を有する第1および第2のチャネル行列を算出する段階を含む請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記第1および第2のフィードバックデータを作成する段階は、前記第1のフィードバックデータを前記第1の通信チャネルの前記各チャネル評価値と定義し、前記第2のフィードバックデータを前記第2の通信チャネルの前記各チャネル評価値の陰関数(implicit function)と定義する段階を含む請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 別の移動通信端末において、前記第1の基地局から第3の通信チャネルを介して信号を受信し、前記第3の通信チャネル用の第3のフィードバックデータを、前記第3のフィードバックデータが前記第1のデータサイズと異なる第3のデータサイズを有するように作成し、前記第3のフィードバックデータを前記別の移動通信端末から前記第1および第2の基地局の少なくとも前記1つに送信する段階をさらに含む請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 調整送信スキームで協働する少なくとも第1および第2の基地局から、第1および第2の通信チャネルを介して送信される信号を受信する受信機と、
前記受信した信号に基づいて前記第1および第2の通信チャネルの各チャネル評価値を算出し、前記第1および第2の通信チャネルの前記各チャネル評価値を示す第1および第2のフィードバックデータを、前記第1のフィードバックデータが第1のデータサイズを有し、前記第2のフィードバックデータが前記第1のデータサイズと異なる第2のデータサイズを有するように作成する処理回路と、
前記第1および第2のフィードバックデータを前記第1および第2の基地局の少なくとも1つに送信する送信機と
を含む装置。 - 前記処理回路は、前記第1のフィードバックデータに、前記第2のフィードバックデータには含められない少なくとも1つのフィードバックパラメータを含める請求項11に記載の装置。
- 前記処理回路は、前記第1のフィードバックデータを第1の量子化により表し、前記第2のフィードバックデータを前記第1の量子化とは異なる第2の量子化により表す請求項11に記載の装置。
- 前記処理回路は、前記第1のフィードバックデータを第1のスペクトル分解能で算出し、前記第2のフィードバックデータを前記第1のスペクトル分解能とは異なる第2のスペクトル分解能で算出する請求項11に記載の装置。
- 前記処理回路は、前記第1のフィードバックデータを第1の更新レートで生成し、前記第2のフィードバックデータを前記第1の更新レートと異なる第2の更新レートで生成する請求項11に記載の装置。
- 前記第1の基地局が、前記受信機および前記送信機が受発信を行うときに経由するサービング基地局として指定されている場合、前記処理回路は、前記第2のデータサイズが前記第1のデータサイズより小さくなるようにする請求項11から15のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記処理回路は、前記第1および第2の通信チャネルについて、第1および第2の異なる階数を有する第1および第2のチャネル行列を算出することにより前記第1および第2のフィードバックデータを作成する請求項11から15のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記処理回路は、前記第1のフィードバックデータを前記第1の通信チャネルの前記各チャネル評価値と定義し、前記第2のフィードバックデータを前記第2の通信チャネルの前記各チャネル評価値の陰関数(implicit function)と定義する請求項11から15のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 請求項11に記載の装置を含む移動通信端末。
- 請求項11に記載の装置を含む、移動通信端末において信号を処理するチップセット。
- 調整送信スキームで協働し、移動通信端末に信号を送信する少なくとも第1および第2の基地局と、
前記第1および第2の基地局から、それぞれ第1および第2の通信チャネルを介して前記信号を受信し、受信した前記信号に基づいて前記第1および第2の通信チャネルの各チャネル評価値を算出し、前記第1および第2の通信チャネルの前記各チャネル評価値を示す第1および第2のフィードバックデータを作成し、前記第1のフィードバックデータを第1のデータサイズで、前記第2のフィードバックデータを前記第1のデータサイズと異なる第2のデータサイズで前記第1および第2の基地局の少なくとも1つに送信する移動通信端末と
を備えるシステム。
