Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a fluorescent tube case and a fluorescent tube device for attaching a high-frequency lighting fluorescent tube to a starter-type fluorescent lamp facility.
Currently, there are glow starter type lighting methods, rapid starter type lighting methods, and inverter type (high frequency lighting type) lighting methods for fluorescent lamps.
Conventionally, a glow starter type lighting system composed of a glow lamp and a ballast has been adopted in many cases, but at present, a rapid starter type lighting system capable of shortening the lighting time is often used.
On the other hand, the inverter-type lighting system has a demand for switching from existing glow starter type or rapid starter type fluorescent lamps because it has less flickering and can save power by improving lamp efficiency.
However, since it is necessary to newly install a lighting circuit for every fluorescent tube in order to do so, cost is high.
Therefore, a detachable high-frequency lighting system that can be switched to an inverter-type (high-frequency lighting type) lighting system without replacing existing starter-type equipment has been considered (Patent Document 1).
FIG. 11 shows an inverter type (high frequency lighting type) fluorescent tube apparatus described in
This fluorescent tube device includes a light-transmitting

In addition, in order to use the fluorescent tube apparatus as shown in FIG. 11 for existing facilities, it is necessary to separate some devices such as existing ballasts. Easy work.
In the configuration of the fluorescent tube device of
The present invention has been made in view of the above, and an object of the present invention is to attach a high-frequency lighting type fluorescent tube to a starter-type fluorescent lamp facility, and the length of the light emitting portion is the same as that of an existing fluorescent tube. An object of the present invention is to provide a fluorescent tube case that can prevent a decrease in durability while ensuring the thickness.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides, as described in
It is a fluorescent tube case that is a straight tube type and has a plurality of cap pins at both ends and a fluorescent tube dedicated for high-frequency lighting that is housed inside and lit.
An outer tube formed of a material having a cylindrical shape and capable of accommodating the fluorescent tube;
A tubular inner tube that is housed in the upper region on the opposite side when the region corresponding to the fluorescent tube is located inside the outer tube;
A lighting circuit unit detachably accommodated in the interior pipe;
A connector extending from the lighting circuit unit and detachably connectable to the cap pin of the fluorescent tube;
A pair of cap parts attached to both ends of the outer tube and having terminals that can be fitted to external fluorescent lamp sockets,
The inner pipe is
A partition wall portion that constitutes the lower side surface of the cylindrical shape and is curved downwardly concavely so as to cover the fluorescent tube in a shade shape, and both edges thereof abut against the inner surface of the outer tube,
A circuit protection part that is formed in a dome shape so as to surround the lighting circuit part, and at least a part of which is in contact with the inner surface of the outer tube,
On the other hand, the outer tube is detachably provided with stoppers that engage with both end faces of the fluorescent tube and restrict the movement of the fluorescent tube in the longitudinal direction inside the both ends in the longitudinal direction. Provided is a fluorescent tube case in which a stopper is provided with a rotation restricting portion capable of engaging with the cap pin of the fluorescent tube and restricting the rotation of the fluorescent tube around its axis.
Further, as described in
Further, as described in claim 3, the light reflecting film of the fluorescent tube is provided on the inner surface on the upper side with respect to the tube center in an opening angle range of about 80 degrees or less. A fluorescent tube case is provided.
According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, a part of the circuit protection part of the inner pipe abuts on the inner surface of the outer tube, and a shaft is provided between the remaining part of the circuit protection part and the inner surface of the outer pipe. The fluorescent tube case according to any one of
In addition, as described in
According to a sixth aspect of the present invention, there is provided a fluorescent tube device comprising the fluorescent tube mounted on the fluorescent tube case according to any one of the first to fifth aspects.
In the present invention, the region corresponding to the fluorescent tube is on the bottom and the opposite side is on the top. Needless to say, these are for convenience of explanation and do not specify an absolute direction. .
Since the fluorescent tube case of the present invention can be turned on simply by connecting the lighting circuit portion and the fluorescent tube inside and attaching to the existing fluorescent lamp socket, an inverter type lighting circuit is used for the existing starter type equipment. A high-frequency lighting type fluorescent tube can be used.
In addition, the fluorescent tube case of the present invention divides the interior of the outer tube into upper and lower regions and houses the lighting circuit portion on the upper side and the fluorescent tube on the lower side, so that a sufficient installation space for both can be secured. it can. Therefore, the length of the fluorescent tube can be set to be almost the same as the fluorescent tube of the existing equipment so as not to cause a shortage of light quantity at the end portion, and the lighting circuit portion is designed to be relaxed so as to generate heat of the circuit. Can be suppressed.
In addition, the fluorescent tube case of the present invention has an interior tube inside the exterior tube, and the interior tube is firmly attached so that the dome-shaped circuit protection portion and both edges of the lower side face the inner surface of the exterior tube. Since it is fixed, it has a double tube structure of an outer tube and an inner tube as a whole. Therefore, it is difficult to bend even for long-term use.
In the fluorescent tube case of the present invention, the fluorescent tube housing region and the lighting circuit unit housing region are divided into upper and lower parts, and the fluorescent tube and the lighting circuit unit are separately detachably disposed in the outer tube. Therefore, it is possible to easily check the deterioration state of the circuit that has passed the service life, replace it, and replace the fluorescent tube that has reached the end of its life.
In addition, the fluorescent tube case of the present invention stabilizes the fluorescent tube by restricting movement in the longitudinal direction with a stopper provided on the outer tube, and further, a rotation restricting portion provided on the stopper is used as a cap pin of the fluorescent tube. Since it is possible to regulate the rotation of the fluorescent tube around the axis, the stability of the fluorescent tube within the outer tube can be further improved.
In addition, as described in
Such an effect can be maximized by accurately controlling the orientation of the fluorescent tube in the outer tube, but the fluorescent tube case of the present invention is provided in a stopper that restricts the movement of the fluorescent tube in the longitudinal direction. Since the rotation restricting portion also restricts the rotation of the fluorescent tube around the axis, the effect of the light reflecting film provided on the upper inner surface of the fluorescent tube can be further ensured.
In addition, as described in claim 3, the light reflecting film exhibits an excellent effect when it is provided on the inner surface on the upper side with respect to the tube center in an opening angle range of about 80 degrees or less.
That is, when the opening angle is larger than about 80 degrees, the illuminance below the fluorescent tube is numerically increased due to reflection by the light reflecting film, but the partition wall portion looks dark to the naked eye. In general, the overall impression is dark.
On the other hand, when the opening angle is gradually reduced from about 80 degrees, the light reflecting film becomes smaller and the amount of light reflected to the lower side of the fluorescent tube is reduced. Compared with a general fluorescent tube having no film, the amount of light directed toward the indoor side is larger.
In the fluorescent tube case described in
Further, when the outer tube is made of plastic as described in
[Embodiment 1]
The
Inside the
The
FIG. 2 shows a three-dimensional exploded view of the
That is, since the other can be exchanged without interfering with each other while the other is accommodated in the
The
In this way, a fluorescent tube device in which the high-frequency lighting
FIG. 3 is a block diagram showing a wiring state in which the
A portion indicated by a dotted line in FIG. 3 is a portion to be separated when the
In this way, in contrast to the glow starter type fluorescent lamp apparatus and the rapid starter type fluorescent lamp apparatus that have been widely used in the past, the fluorescent light having the high-frequency lighting type (inverter type)
Next, the
In addition, the
Generally, since a filament is provided at the end of the
In addition, since the through
On the other hand, a part of the end face of the
Further, as shown in FIGS. 4 (a) and 4 (b), the above-described through
The heat dissipation effect and the foreign matter intrusion prevention effect as described above can be appropriately selected by using the
FIG. 5 is a perspective view of the inside of the
Next, the
Both edge portions of the
Then, the arrangement | positioning in the
As can be seen from FIG. 7, an inner
In addition, two inner
Further, a fluorescent
Further, as shown in FIG. 8,

[Embodiment 2]
FIG. 10 is a longitudinal sectional side view showing the fluorescent tube device of the second embodiment. In FIG. 10, the same reference numerals are given to elements having the same or the same functions as those in the first embodiment.
The second embodiment is different from the first embodiment mainly in the configuration of the
That is, the
As described above, when the

Therefore, the above-described effect is maximized by keeping the orientation of the

As mentioned above, although this invention was demonstrated about
