Abstract
【解決手段】高麗人参栽培ベッドの上部に、高麗人参栽培ベッドの長手方向に沿って設けられたガイドレールと、ガイドレールのガイドレールに結合され、ガイドレール上を移動する可動部と、一端が可動部に結合され、他端が可動部から高麗人参栽培ベッド上の高麗人参栽培空間に向かって可変長に延びるアーム部と、アーム部の他端に結合され、高麗人参栽培期間または高麗人参収穫期間の特定期間に高麗人参栽培ベッドに向かって紫外線を照射する紫外線照射部と、を備える植物栽培装置。

Description
表1で、Coは、比較例の高麗人参群の部位別(葉、茎、根)ジンセノサイド含量(平均値)を示し、T1ないしT8は、本実施形態の8個の高麗人参群対して、収獲前に1週間毎日5分ずつ高麗人参栽培空間21に植えてある高麗人参から紫外線照射部までの隔離距離100mmないし200mmに維持し、数μW/cm2ないし数mW/cm2の紫外線強度で紫外線を照射して得た高麗人参群の部位別ジンセノサイド含量(平均値)を示す。比較例の高麗人参群及び本実施形態の高麗人参群は、同じ露地(畑)で栽培した6年根高麗人参である。

Claims (10)
- 高麗人参栽培ベッドの上部に、前記高麗人参栽培ベッドの長手方向に沿って設けられたガイドレールと、
前記ガイドレールのガイドレールに結合され、前記ガイドレール上を移動する可動部と、
一端が前記可動部に結合され、他端が前記可動部から前記高麗人参栽培ベッド上の高麗人参栽培空間に向かって可変長に延びるアーム部と、
前記アーム部の他端に結合され、高麗人参栽培期間または高麗人参収穫期中の特定期間に前記高麗人参栽培ベッドに向かって紫外線を照射する紫外線照射部と、
を備えることを特徴とする植物栽培装置。 - 前記紫外線照射部は、
紫外線を照射するUV−LEDモジュールと、
前記UV−LEDモジュールが実装される基板と、
前記基板に結合され、前記UV−LEDモジュールで発生する熱を放出する放熱板と、
前記基板または前記放熱板に結合して前記UV−LEDモジュールの紫外線の照射範囲を規定する反射板と、を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の植物栽培装置。 - 前記UV−LEDモジュールは、前記基板に脱着式に結合することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の植物栽培装置。
- 前記紫外線照射部から前記高麗人参栽培ベッドまでの距離を測定するセンサをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の植物栽培装置。
- 前記センサからの出力信号に含まれた距離情報に基づいて前記アーム部の長さを制御する制御部をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の植物栽培装置。
- 前記制御部は、前記可動部の移動速度を既定の速度で制御することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の植物栽培装置。
- 収穫した高麗人参を載置する棚と、
前記棚を支えるフレームと、
前記棚に向かって紫外線を照射するように前記棚上部のフレームに支持された紫外線照射部と、
を備え、
前記紫外線照射部は、前記収穫した高麗人参の保存期間または加工工程以前の一定期間中に、葉を含む高麗人参植物体全体または前記収獲された高麗人参の根域に紫外線を少なくとも1回照射することを特徴とする植物栽培装置。 - 前記紫外線照射部は、
前記紫外線を照射するUV−LEDモジュールと、
前記UV−LEDモジュールが実装され、前記棚の上部側フレームに設けられた基板と、
を備えることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の植物栽培装置。 - 前記棚上に照明を照らすように前記UV−LEDモジュールに一体に配されたLED照明部をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の植物栽培装置。
- 植物体を栽培するための植物栽培ベッドの上部に前記植物栽培ベッドの長手方向に沿って配置されたガイドレールと、
前記ガイドレールに結合され、前記ガイドレール上を移動する可動部と、
一端が前記可動部に結合され、他端が前記可動部から前記植物栽培ベッド上の植物栽培空間に向かって可変長に延びるアーム部と、
前記アーム部の他端に結合され、前記植物体の栽培期間または前記植物体の収穫期中の特定期間に前記植物栽培ベッドに向かって紫外線を照射する紫外線照射部と、
を備えることを特徴とする植物栽培装置。
