下記a〜dの評価項目について、専門パネル20名による使用テストを行った。パネル各人が実施例1〜6及び比較例1〜5の各チークブラッシュを指で使用し、下記の絶対評価基準にて7段階に評価し評点をつけ、各試料についてパネル全員の評点の合計からその平均値を算出し、下記4段階判定基準により判定した。
a.ぼかしやすさは、指でまぶたに塗布する際に自然な仕上がりになるかを、b.フィット感は、肌への密着感があるかを、c.肌への負担感のなさは、仕上がった後につっぱるような違和感を感じるかどうかを、それぞれ評価した。また、d.化粧持ちについては、各試料を塗布し、パネルに通常の生活をしてもらった後、6時間後に涙や汗などで化粧膜がくずれていないかを評価した。
(Evaluation method)

(結果)
表1の結果から明らかな如く、本発明の実施例1〜6のチークブラッシュは、比較例1〜5に比べ、ぼかしやすさ、フィット感、肌への負担感のなさ、化粧持ちの全てにおいて優れたものであった。これに対して、成分(B)のリン脂質を含まない比較例1は、安定性の面でも懸念があり、全ての項目において評価が劣るものであった。成分(C)のコレステロールおよびフィトステロールを含まない比較例2では、フィット感以外は満足のいくものが得られなかった。また、成分(D)の板状粉体を含まず、代わりに不定形粉体であるタルクを配合した比較例3では、ぼかしにくくフィット感も感じにくく、板状粉体の代わりに球状粉体である(ビニルジメチコン/メチコンシルセスキオキサン)クロスポリマーを配合した比較例4は、化粧料が伸び広がりすぎてぼかしにくく、フィット感も感じにくく、化粧持ちの点においても満足のいくものが得られなかった。化粧持ち向上のため、皮膜形成剤であるアクリル酸アルキル共重合体エマルジョンを配合した比較例5は、ぼかしやすさや負担感のなさの点で劣るものであった。

A.成分(1)を成分(2)の一部にて均一に加温膨潤する。
B.成分(2)の残部、(3)〜(5)、(11)、(12)を均一に加温分散する。
C.成分(13)〜(19)を加温溶解する。
D.A、Bを混合し、そこにCを加えて乳化する。
E.Dに成分(6)〜(10)を添加し混合する。
F.Eを脱泡し、容器に充填して、ゲル状アイカラーを得た。
(結果)
実施例7のアイカラーは、ぼかしやすさ、フィット感、肌への負担感のなさ、化粧持ち、全ての項目に優れたアイカラーであった。

C.A,Bを60℃で加温混合し、冷却する。
D.Cを50℃に再加温し、化粧料容器に充填して、ゲル状下地を得た。
(結果)
実施例10の下地化粧料は、ぼかしやすさ、フィット感、化粧持ち、肌への負担感のなさ全ての項目に優れた下地化粧料であった。
