Abstract
【解決手段】摺動板3は、鋼板等からなるバック材31と、バック材31上に配置されたパンチングメタル32と、パンチングメタル32を覆うようにバック材31の上面310上に形成された金属粉末焼結層33と、を備える。金属粉末焼結層33は、焼結用合金粉末を焼結・圧延することにより形成され、加熱溶融によって潤滑性樹脂が含浸されている。パンチングメタル32の金属部分321の上に形成される金属粉末焼結層33は、高圧にて圧縮されるため、焼結密度が高く、耐衝撃性、耐荷重性、耐摩耗性に優れる。一方、パンチングメタル32の空間部分322に形成される金属粉末焼結層33は、低圧にて圧縮されるため、焼結密度が低く、潤滑性樹脂の含浸率が高くなり、潤滑性に優れる。

バック材と、
前記バック材の一方の面に配置されて、当該一方の面上に凹凸を形成する補強部材と、
前記補強部材によって前記バック材の一方の面上に形成された凹部を少なくとも被覆するように形成され、潤滑性樹脂および潤滑油の少なくとも何れか一方が含浸された金属粉末焼結層と、を備える。
一方の面に基本レールを載置して固定するための基板と、
前記基板に固定され、前記基本レールの一方の面側においてトングレールを摺動可能に支持するための上述の摺動板と、を備える。
Claims (8)
- バック材と、
前記バック材の一方の面側に配置されて、当該一方の面上に凹凸を形成する補強部材と、
前記補強部材によって前記バック材の一方の面側上に形成された凹部を少なくとも被覆するように形成され、潤滑性樹脂あるいは潤滑油が含浸された金属粉末焼結層と、を備える
ことを特徴とする摺動板。 - 請求項1に記載の摺動板であって、
前記補強部材は、メッシュ構造を有する金属板である
ことを特徴とする摺動板。 - 請求項2に記載の摺動板であって、
前記メッシュ構造を有する金属板は、エキスパンドメタルおよびパンチングメタルのいずれかである
ことを特徴とする摺動板。 - 請求項1ないし3のいずれか一項に記載の摺動板であって、
前記金属粉末焼結層には、固体潤滑剤が分散されている
ことを特徴とする摺動板。 - 請求項4に記載の摺動板であって、
前記金属粉末焼結層の、前記バック材の一方の面側と、前記メッシュ構造を有する金属板の前記バック材と対面する面側との間に介在する部分には、固体潤滑剤が分散されていない
ことを特徴とする摺動板。 - 請求項1ないし5のいずれか一項に記載の摺動板であって、
前記潤滑性樹脂は、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン、パーフルオロアルコキシアルカン、ポリアミドイミド、ポリイミド、ポリエチレンおよびポリプロピレンのいずれかである
ことを特徴とする摺動板。 - 請求項1ないし6のいずれか一項に記載の摺動板であって、
前記潤滑性樹脂には、固体潤滑剤が分散されている
ことを特徴とする摺動板。 - 一方の面に基本レールを載置して固定するための基板と、
前記基板に固定され、前記基板の一方の面側においてトングレールを摺動可能に支持するための請求項1ないし7のいずれか一項に記載の摺動板と、を備える
ことを特徴とする分岐器用床板。
