Abstract
【解決手段】手術用装置は、患者の骨に患者仕様の手術用器具を位置させるために使用される組立体を含み、前記組立体は、器具の指標を提供する放射線不透過性部分と放射線透過性部分とを有し、前記骨に対応するインプラントの整列だけでなく、内部にある骨の解剖学的構造に対する前記整列ガイドの配置を評価するための前記整列ガイドの投影角度(または視野の方向)を含む。前記放射線不透過性部分は複数のキルシュナー鋼線、基準マーカーを含み、前記放射線不透過性部分の第一の長さ方向に沿って整列する空洞を含む。実施例は、手術中の透視診断と共に使用される。

図面を参考にして、類似する構成が本発明対象の理解のために参考番号として与えられ、手術中の蛍光透視検査のために備えられた形状を有する整列ガイド及びインプラントを整列する方法の多様な実施例が開示される。
Claims (24)
- 患者の骨に手術用インプラントを配置するために用いられる組立体を含み、前記組立体は、放射線不透過性部分と放射線透過性部分とを有し、
前記放射線不透過性部分と前記放射線透過性部分は、前記骨に関して前記インプラントの位置指標を提供し、
前記組立体の一部は、前記装置が位置することになる前記患者の骨や軟骨の解剖学的構造の表面と一致する表面形状を有する手術用整列装置。 - 前記放射線不透過性部分は、三つのキルシュナー鋼線をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の手術用整列装置。
- 二つのキルシュナー鋼線は第一の平面に位置し、第三のキルシュナー鋼線は第二の平面に位置し、前記第一の平面と第二の平面は互いに平行であり、各々のキルシュナー鋼線は、他のキルシュナー鋼線と線形に平行であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の手術用整列装置。
- 前記第三のキルシュナー鋼線は、前記骨またはインプラントの縦軸に並んで配置されるように調整されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の手術用整列装置。
- 前記三つのキルシュナー鋼線は、照準視野を形成するために調整されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の手術用整列装置。
- 前記放射線不透過性部分は、複数の基準マーカーを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の手術用整列装置。
- 前記基準マーカーの個数が少なくとも三つであることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の手術用整列装置。
- 前記基準マーカーが十字線を形成することを特徴とする請求項6に記載の手術用整列装置。
- 前記放射線不透過性部分は、前記放射線不透過性部分の第一の長さ方向に沿って整列する空洞をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の手術用整列装置。
- 前記放射線不透過性部分の前記第一の長さ方向は、前記骨または前記インプラントの縦軸に垂直な平面上にあることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の手術用整列装置。
- 前記指標は、前記骨の縦軸における前記インプラント部分の整列、前記骨の横軸における前記インプラント部分の整列、切断面、穿孔位置、穿孔方向または前記インプラントの軸を示すことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の手術用整列装置。
- 前記放射線透過性部分は、放射線透過性ナイロンを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の手術用整列装置。
- 前記骨は、脛骨、大腿骨、上腕骨、とう骨、尺骨、椎骨、腓骨で構成される群から選択されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の手術用整列装置。
- 手術用整列ガイドに放射線不透過性部分と放射線透過性部分とを有する組立体を取り付ける段階と、
前記組立体の前記放射線不透過性部分と前記放射線透過性部分を用いて、前記骨に前記ガイドを整列する段階とを含むインプラントの整列方法。 - 前記放射線不透過性部分は、三つのキルシュナー鋼線を含み、第一のキルシュナー鋼線と第二のキルシュナー鋼線は第一の平面に位置し、第三のキルシュナー鋼線は第二の平面に位置し、前記第一の平面と前記第二の平面は互いに平行であり、各々のキルシュナー鋼線は他のキルシュナー鋼線と線形に平行であることを特徴とする請求項14に記載のインプラントの整列方法。
- 前記整列する段階は、前記第二の平面にある前記第三のキルシュナー鋼線に前記第一の平面にある前記第一のキルシュナー鋼線と前記第二のキルシュナー鋼線を整列することをさらに含み、前記第一の平面上に垂直軸に沿って前記第一の平面への前記第三のキルシュナー鋼線は、前記第一のキルシュナー鋼線と前記第二のキルシュナー鋼線との間で投影されることを特徴とする請求項15に記載のインプラントの整列方法。
- 前記放射線不透過性部分は、複数の基準マーカーを含むことを特徴とする請求項14に記載のインプラントの整列方法。
- 前記整列する段階は、十字線を形成するために前記基準マーカーを整列することをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項17に記載のインプラントの整列方法。
- 前記放射線不透過性部分は、空洞を含むことを特徴とする請求項14に記載のインプラントの整列方法。
- 前記整列する段階は、前記放射線不透過性部分の第一の長さ方向に沿って前記空洞を整列することを含み、前記第一の長さ方向は、前記骨または前記インプラントの縦軸に垂直な平面にあることを特徴とする請求項19に記載のインプラントの整列方法。
- 前記整列する段階は、前記骨の縦軸における前記インプラント部分の整列、前記骨の横軸における前記インプラント部分の整列、切断面、穿孔位置、穿孔方向または前記インプラントの軸を示す指標を提供することを特徴とする請求項14に記載のインプラントの整列方法。
- 前記骨は、脛骨、大腿骨、上腕骨、とう骨、尺骨、椎骨、腓骨で構成される群から選択されることを特徴とする請求項14に記載のインプラントの整列方法。
- 前記整列する段階は、手術前の整列報告書を用いて、前記骨に前記インプラントの整列を補助することをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項14に記載のインプラントの整列方法。
- 前記手術前の整列報告書は、解剖学的構造から得たコンピュータ断層撮影(CT)や磁気共鳴映像(MRI)の走査像を含む請求項23に記載のインプラントの整列方法。
