Abstract
【解決手段】 表面に官能基を有する好適には無機酸化物からなる多孔質材料を用いて随伴水に代表される非水溶性物質を含む水を処理する方法であって、前記官能基とイオン交換可能なイオンを含む水溶液を前記表面に接触させて前記表面に前記イオンを付着させる第1工程と、前記イオンが付着した表面から前記非水溶性物質を含む水を前記多孔質材料に透過させて前記非水溶性物質を含む水から前記非水溶性物質を除去する第2工程とからなる。前記第1工程の後、前記第2工程の前に、前記多孔質材料を300〜500℃の温度条件で1〜5時間焼成する工程を含んでもよい。

Description
先ず比較例として、アルミナを主成分とする外径3cm×長さ10cmのセラミック製多孔質膜モジュール(日本ガイシ株式会社製、孔径0.1μm)を図1に示すようなクロスフロータイプのろ過試験装置にセットし、下記表1に示す性状の油田随伴水を線速度3m/秒(クロスフローの線速度)、ろ過流束4m3/m2/dayの条件で180分間処理した。ろ過時間の経過に伴う水温補正膜差圧(水温が25℃であるときの膜差圧)を図3に、ろ過水の性状を下記表2に示す。
比較例で使用したものと同様のセラミック製多孔質膜モジュールを、先ず図4に示すようなデッドエンドタイプのろ過試験装置にセットし、16.7wt%のNa2SO4水溶液を6L/hrの流量で約2時間に亘って流し続けた。その後、セラミック膜をデッドエンドタイプのろ過試験装置から図1に示すようなクロスフロータイプのろ過試験装置に付け替えた。以降は比較例と同様にして油田随伴水の処理を行った。ろ過時間の経過に伴う水温補正膜差圧を上記比較例の結果と共に図5に示す。また、透過水の性状を下記表3に示す。
16.7wt%のNa2SO4水溶液に代えて26.1wt%のMgCl2水溶液を使用した以外は実施例1と同様にして油田随伴水の処理試験を行った。ろ過時間の経過に伴う水温補正膜差圧を上記比較例の結果と共に図6に示す。また、透過水の性状を下記表4に示す。

Claims (10)
- 表面に官能基を有する多孔質材料を用いて非水溶性物質を含む水を処理する方法であって、
前記官能基とイオン交換可能なイオンを含む水溶液を前記表面に接触させて前記表面に前記イオンを付着させる第1工程と、前記イオンが付着した表面から前記非水溶性物質を含む水を前記多孔質材料に透過させて前記非水溶性物質を含む水から前記非水溶性物質を除去する第2工程とからなることを特徴とする非水溶性物質を含む水の処理方法。 - 前記多孔質材料が無機酸化物からなることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の非水溶性物質を含む水の処理方法。
- 前記第1工程の後、前記第2工程の前に、前記多孔質材料を300〜500℃の温度条件で1〜5時間焼成する工程を含むことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の非水溶性物質を含む水の処理方法。
- 前記イオン交換可能なイオンが、アルカリ金属イオン、アルカリ土類金属イオン、及びMg2+からなる群より選ばれた1種以上の陽イオン、又はハロゲンイオン、SO4 2−、PO4 3−、NO3 −、CH3COO−、及び[C6H5O7]3−からなる群より選ばれた1種以上の陰イオンからなることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の非水溶性物質を含む水の処理方法。
- 前記非水溶性物質を含む水が随伴水であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の非水溶性物質を含む水の処理方法。
- 前記第2工程の後に、薬液により前記多孔質材料を洗浄する工程若しくは前記イオンを含む水溶液を前記多孔質材料の表面に接触させて前記表面に前記イオンを付着させる工程を含むか、又は薬液により前記多孔質材料を洗浄し、その後、前記イオンを含む水溶液を前記多孔質材料の表面に接触させて前記表面に前記イオンを付着させる工程を含む、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の非水溶性物質を含む水の処理方法。
- 表面に官能基を有する多孔質材料を用意し、前記官能基とイオン交換可能なイオンを含む水溶液を前記表面に接触させて前記表面に前記イオンを付着させることを特徴とする多孔質体の製造方法。
- 前記多孔質材料が無機酸化物からなることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の多孔質体の製造方法。
- 前記イオンが付着した多孔質材料を300〜500℃の温度条件で1〜5時間焼成することを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の多孔質体の製造方法。
- 前記イオン交換可能なイオンが、アルカリ金属イオン、アルカリ土類金属イオン、及びMg2+からなる群より選ばれた1種以上の陽イオン、又はハロゲンイオン、SO4 2−、PO4 3−、NO3 −、CH3COO−、及び[C6H5O7]3−からなる群より選ばれた1種以上の陰イオンからなることを特徴とする、請求項7〜9のいずれかに記載の多孔質体の製造方法。
