Abstract
【解決手段】原料ガスから酸素と窒素とを分離する空気分離装置3に原料ガスを供給する前処理装置2であって、ガスを通過させて少なくとも該ガス中のCO2を除去する第1吸着塔4a及び第2吸着塔4bと、吸着塔を通過する前のガス中のCO2の濃度を測定するCO2センサ5と、吸着塔を通過したガスの量を計測するガス量計6と、CO2の濃度とガスの量に基づいて、吸着塔の1つを通過したCO2の総量を積算するCO2量積算部7と、CO2の総量が所定値に達する以前に吸着塔を切り替える。

Description
本発明の実施形態1に係る前処理装置は、原料ガスから酸素と窒素とを分離する空気分離装置に、該原料ガスを供給する前処理装置であって、ガスを通過させて、少なくとも該ガス中のCO2を除去する吸着塔を少なくとも2つと、前記吸着塔を通過する前のガス中のCO2の濃度を測定するCO2センサと、前記吸着塔を通過したガスの量を計測するガス量計と、前記CO2の濃度と、前記ガスの量に基づいて、前記吸着塔の1つを通過したCO2の総量を積算するCO2量積算部と、前記CO2の総量が、所定値に達する以前に、前記吸着塔を切り替えることを特徴とする。
本発明の実施形態2に係る前処理装置は、実施形態1に係る前処理装置の構成において、前処理装置には、飽和温度のガスが導入され、前記吸着塔を通過する前のガスの温度を測定する温度センサと、該ガスの圧力を測定する圧力センサと、前記温度センサにより測定された温度と前記圧力センサにより測定された圧力とから算出されるH2Oの濃度と前記ガスの量とに基づいて、前記吸着塔の1つを通過したH2Oの総量を積算するH2O量積算部とを備え、前記吸着塔は、さらに、H2Oを除去し、前記CO2の総量と前記H2Oの総量との合計が、所定値に達する以前に、前記吸着塔を切り替える。

Claims (6)
- 原料ガスから酸素と窒素とを分離する空気分離装置に、該原料ガスを供給する前処理装置であって、
ガスを通過させて、少なくとも該ガス中のCO2を除去する吸着塔を少なくとも2つと、
前記吸着塔を通過する前のガス中のCO2の濃度を測定するCO2センサと、
前記吸着塔を通過したガスの量を計測するガス量計と、
前記CO2の濃度と、前記ガスの量に基づいて、前記吸着塔の1つを通過したCO2の総量を積算するCO2量積算部と、
前記CO2の総量が、所定値に達する以前に、前記吸着塔を切り替えることを特徴とする前処理装置。 - 前記CO2の総量に基づいて、切り替えた後の前記吸着塔の、加熱再生時間、再生ガス量及び再生温度のうちの少なくとも1つを算出する請求項1に記載の前処理装置。
- 該前処理装置には、飽和温度のガスが導入され、
さらに、
前記吸着塔を通過する前のガスの温度を測定する温度センサと、
該ガスの圧力を測定する圧力センサと、
前記温度センサにより測定された温度と前記圧力センサにより測定された圧力とから算出されるH2Oの濃度と前記ガスの量とに基づいて、前記吸着塔の1つを通過したH2Oの総量を積算するH2O量積算部とを備え、
前記吸着塔は、さらに、H2Oを除去し、
前記CO2の総量と前記H2Oの総量との合計が、所定値に達する以前に、前記吸着塔を切り替える請求項1に記載の前処理装置。 - 前記CO2の総量と前記H2Oの総量との合計に基づいて、切り替えた後の前記吸着塔の、加熱再生時間、再生ガス量及び再生温度のうちの少なくとも1つを算出する請求項3に記載の前処理装置。
- 原料ガスから酸素と窒素とを分離する空気分離装置に、該原料ガスを供給する前処理装置における前処理方法であって、
少なくとも2つの吸着塔のうちの1つにガスを通過させて、該ガス中のCO2を除去するステップと、
前記吸着塔を通過する前のガス中のCO2の濃度を測定するステップと、
前記吸着塔を通過したガスの量を計測するステップと、
前記CO2の濃度と、前記ガスの量とに基づいて、前記吸着塔の1つを通過したCO2の総量を積算するステップと、
前記CO2の総量が、所定値に達する以前に、前記吸着塔を切り替えるステップとを含むことを特徴とする前処理方法。 - 前記前処理装置には、飽和温度のガスが導入され、
さらに、
前記吸着塔を通過する前のガスの温度と圧力とを測定するステップと、
前記ガスの温度と圧力から算出されるH2Oの濃度と、前記ガスの量とに基づいて、前記吸着塔の1つを通過したH2Oの総量を積算するステップとを含み、
前記吸着塔は、さらに、H2Oを除去し、
前記吸着塔を切り替えるステップは、
前記CO2の総量と前記H2Oの総量との合計が、所定値に達する以前に、前記吸着塔を切り替える請求項5に記載の前処理方法。
