Abstract
【解決手段】実施形態の被曝線量管理システムは、画像記憶手段、第1記録手段、位置ずれ補正手段及び第2記録手段を備えている。前記画像記憶手段は、人体三次元画像を記憶する。前記第1記録手段は、前記人体三次元画像上に第1の放射線照射工程における被検体の被曝線量及び被曝領域を記録する。前記位置ずれ補正手段は、前記第1の放射線照射工程より後の第2の放射線照射工程における被検体の位置と、前記人体三次元画像の位置との間の位置ずれを補正する。前記第2記録手段は、前記位置ずれを補正した前記人体三次元画像上に、前記第2の放射線照射工程内における被曝線量及び被曝領域を更に記録する。

Description
図1は第1の実施形態に係る被曝線量管理システム及びその周辺構成の一例を示す模式図であり、図2はX線アンギオ装置20の主要部の構成を示す模式図である。図1に示すように、CT装置10、X線アンギオ装置20、X線透視撮影(X-ray R/F)装置30及びX線一般撮影装置40は、ネットワークを介して被曝線量管理システム50に接続されている。
次に、第2の実施形態に係る被曝線量管理システムについて、前述した図1を参照しながら説明する。
図11は第3の実施形態に係る被曝線量管理システム及びその周辺構成の一例を示す模式図であり、図1とほぼ同一部分には同一符号を付してその詳しい説明を省略し、ここでは異なる部分について主に述べる。なお、以下の各実施形態も同様にして重複した説明を省略する。

Claims (13)
- 人体三次元画像を記憶する画像記憶手段と、
前記人体三次元画像上に第1の放射線照射工程における被検体の被曝線量及び被曝領域を記録する第1記録手段と、
前記第1の放射線照射工程より後の第2の放射線照射工程における被検体の位置と、前記人体三次元画像の位置との間の位置ずれを補正する位置ずれ補正手段と、
前記位置ずれを補正した前記人体三次元画像上に、前記第2の放射線照射工程内における被曝線量及び被曝領域を更に記録する第2記録手段と
を備えたことを特徴とする被曝線量管理システム。 - 請求項1に記載の被曝線量管理システムにおいて、
前記人体三次元画像は、前記被検体のCT画像、又は放射線吸収係数で表現された人体構造モデルのいずれか一方であることを特徴とする被曝線量管理システム。 - 請求項2に記載の被曝線量管理システムにおいて、
前記人体三次元画像が前記人体構造モデルである場合、前記各放射線照射工程における被検体の放射線画像と前記人体構造モデルとの間で互いに局所的な部位を比較し、当該局所的な部位を互いに対応付ける手段と、
前記対応付けた結果に基づいて前記人体構造モデルを歪ませる手段と
を備えたことを特徴とする被曝線量管理システム。 - 請求項1に記載の被曝線量管理システムにおいて、
前記位置ずれ補正手段は、前記被検体の放射線画像を収集する毎に、前記位置ずれを局所的に補正することを特徴とする被曝線量管理システム。 - 請求項4に記載の被曝線量管理システムにおいて、
前記補正された量に基づいて被曝線量及び被曝領域を再計算する手段を更に備えたことを特徴とする被曝線量管理システム。 - 請求項4に記載の被曝線量管理システムにおいて、
前記位置ずれ補正手段は、前記位置ずれが一定量以下になると、前記位置ずれの補正を終了することを特徴とする被曝線量管理システム。 - 請求項1に記載の被曝線量管理システムにおいて、
前記記録された被曝線量及び被曝領域と、前記放射線照射工程を示す識別情報又は前記放射線照射工程の日時を示す日時情報とを関連付けて記憶する被曝線量記憶手段と、
前記識別情報、又は前記日時を含む時間範囲を示す時間範囲情報を指定した表示要求の入力を受け付けると、前記指定された識別情報又は時間範囲情報に基づいて、前記被曝線量記憶手段から被曝線量及び被曝領域を読出す手段と、
前記読出した被曝線量及び被曝領域の総和を前記人体三次元画像上に表示する被曝線量表示手段と、
を更に備えたことを特徴とする被曝線量管理システム。 - 請求項1に記載の被曝線量管理システムにおいて、
前記記録された被曝線量及び被曝領域と、前記放射線照射工程を示す識別情報と、前記放射線照射工程の日時を示す日時情報とを関連付けて記憶する被曝線量記憶手段と、
前記識別情報、又は前記日時を含む時間範囲を示す時間範囲情報を指定した表示要求の入力を受け付けると、前記指定された識別情報又は時間範囲情報に基づいて、前記被曝線量記憶手段から被曝線量、被曝領域及び日時情報を読出す手段と、
前記読出した被曝線量及び被曝領域と、前記読出した日時情報が示す日時からの経過時間によって決まる回復度とに基づいて、未回復の被曝線量及び被曝領域の総和をそれぞれ求める手段と、
前記それぞれ求めた被曝線量及び被曝領域を前記人体三次元画像上に表示する被曝線量表示手段と、
を備えたことを特徴とする被曝線量管理システム。 - 請求項8に記載の被曝線量管理システムにおいて、

前記位置ずれを補正した前記人体三次元画像上に、前記第2の放射線照射工程内における被曝線量及び被曝領域を更に記録するステップと
を備えたことを特徴とする被曝線量管理方法。
