Abstract

Description
本発明の組成物は、色素沈着過剰の処置、調節、改善及び/又は予防用である。組成物は、哺乳動物の皮膚表面、特にヒトの皮膚に塗布されるためのものである。組成物は、溶液、懸濁液、ローション、クリーム、ゲル、化粧水、スティック、ペンシル、スプレー、エアゾル、軟膏、クレンジング洗剤液およびクレンジング棒状固形物(cleansing liquid washes and solid bars)、シャンプー及びヘアコンディショナー、ペースト、フォーム、パウダー、ムース、髭剃りクリーム、ティッシュ、細片(strip)、パッチ、電気駆動パッチ、創傷被覆材及び粘着性包帯、ヒドロゲル、フィルム形成製品、顔及び皮膚マスク(不溶性シートを有する及び有さない)、ファンデーション、アイライナー及びアイシャドウ等の化粧品等が挙げられるがこれらに限定されない、非常に様々な製品形態を有することができる。組成物の形態は、組成物中に存在する場合、選択された皮膚科学的に許容可能な特定のキャリアに従い得る。
本発明の組成物は、安全かつ有効な量のカラフトコンブ抽出物、即ち褐藻類抽出物を含有する。好ましい抽出物は、Marine Biotech,Franceから入手可能なPhlorogine及び/又はPhlorogine BGである。別の好適なカラフトコンブ抽出物は、Ennagram,Franceから製品コードHG 657により入手可能である。組成物は、組成物の少なくとも約0.001重量%、0.0006重量%、0.2重量%又は1重量%の量のPhlorogine及び/又はPhlorogine BGを含有してもよい。組成物は、組成物の約50重量%、20重量%、10重量%、5重量%又は1重量%未満の量のPhlorogine及び/又はPhlorogine BGを含有してもよい。Phlorogine及び/又はPhlorogine BG使用の例示的な範囲は、組成物の0.008重量%〜50重量%、約0.04重量%〜20重量%、0.2重量%〜10重量%、1重量%〜5重量%及び1重量%〜3重量%を含む。
組成物は、安全かつ有効な量の1つ以上のN−アシルアミノ酸化合物を含有してもよい。アミノ酸は、当該技術分野において既知のいかなるアミノ酸の1つでもあることができる。N−アシルアミノ酸化合物は、N−アシルアミノ酸、それらの異性体、それらの塩、及びそれらの誘導体を含む。本発明のN−アシルアミノ酸化合物は、式Iの化合物に相当する。
本発明の組成物は、安全かつ有効な量のビタミンB3化合物を含有してもよい。ビタミンB3化合物は、米国特許第5,939,082号に記載されるように、皮膚状態を調整するのに特に有用である。組成物は、組成物の約0.01重量%〜約50重量%、約0.1重量%〜約20重量%、約0.5重量%〜約10重量%、約1重量%〜約5重量%、又は約2重量%〜約5重量%のビタミンB3化合物を含有する。
本発明の組成物は、組成物用の皮膚科学的に許容可能なキャリア(「キャリア」と称してもよい)も含有し得る。本明細書で使用するとき、「皮膚科学的に許容可能なキャリア」という語句は、キャリアがケラチン組織への局所塗布に好適であり、良好な審美特性を有し、組成物中の活性物質と適合性があり、安全性又は毒性についていかなる不当な問題も起こさないことを意味する。一実施形態において、キャリアは、組成物の約50重量%〜約99重量%、約60重量%〜約98重量%、約70重量%〜約98重量%、又は代替的に約80重量%〜約95重量%のレベルで存在する。
いくつかの実施形態では、カラフトコンブ抽出物と組み合わせて、組成物中に皮膚色調剤を含ませることが望ましい場合がある。皮膚色調剤は、全体的な皮膚色調を更に改善するよう含められてもよい。存在する場合、本発明の組成物は、組成物の約50重量%、40重量%、30重量%、20重量%、10重量%、5重量%又は3重量%迄の皮膚色調剤を含有する。存在する場合、本発明の組成物は、組成物の少なくとも約0.001重量%、0.01重量%、0.1重量%、0.2重量%、0.5重量%又は1重量%の皮膚色調剤を含有する。好適な範囲は、組成物の約0.1重量%〜約50重量%、約0.2重量%〜約20重量%、又は約1重量%〜約10重量%の皮膚色調剤の好適な範囲を含む、下限及び上限の任意の組み合わせを含む。皮膚色調剤の効力がかなり多様であるため、皮膚色調剤の最適な量は選択される特定の活性物質に依存することにより、本明細書に列挙した量は、規準としてのみ使用されるべきである。
以下は、本発明の組成物の非限定的な実施例である。これらの実施例は単に説明のために示すものであり、本発明を限定するものと解釈すべきでなく、本発明の趣旨及び範囲から逸脱することなく、多くの改変が可能であり、当業者にはこれらのことが理解されよう。実施例においては、特に指定のない限り、全ての濃度が重量%として列挙されており、希釈剤、充填剤等の微量物質は除外し得る。そのため、列挙した配合は、列挙した成分及びこのような成分に関連するいかなる微量物質をも含む。当業者にとって明白なように、このような微量物質の選択は、本明細書に記載したように本発明を作るために選択した特定成分の物理的及び化学的特質によって変わることになる。

処置、塗布、調節又は改善の様々な方法として、前述した組成物を使用することができる。組成物は、皮膚表面に塗布されてもよい。組成物は、PAR2阻害を必要とする皮膚表面に塗布されてもよい。例えば、組成物は、色素過剰スポット又はまだらな色調を含む皮膚表面に塗布されてもよい。組成物は、メラニン調節及び/又は低減を必要とする皮膚表面に塗布されてもよい。最も問題の皮膚表面は、顔の皮膚表面、手及び腕の皮膚表面、足及び脚の皮膚表面、並びに首及び胸の皮膚表面(例えば、デコルタージュ)等の、衣服で覆われない皮膚表面である傾向がある(が、これらに限定されない)。特に、色素過剰スポットの識別は額、口周囲、頤、眼窩周囲、鼻及び/又は頬の皮膚表面を含む顔の皮膚表面であってもよい。
以下の方法は、本発明の様々な実施形態の所定の特徴及び利点を説明するために提供され、本発明の範囲を限定するものと解釈されるべきではない。

Claims (11)
- 角化細胞のPAR2活性化を阻害するための美容方法であって、ビタミンB3化合物、N−アシルアミノ酸化合物及びカラフトコンブ抽出物を含有する組成物を皮膚表面に塗布する工程を含む、美容方法。
- 前記組成物が、前記角化細胞のPAR2活性化を阻害するのに十分な期間、皮膚表面に塗布される、請求項1に記載の美容方法。
- 前記皮膚表面が顔の皮膚表面である、請求項1または2に記載の美容方法。
- 前記組成物が、前記皮膚表面上の色素過剰スポットに塗布される、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の美容方法。
- 前記組成物が、前記皮膚表面に少なくとも1日1回又は2回、少なくとも4週間又は8週間塗布される請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の美容方法。
- 前記組成物が、皮膚科学的に許容可能なキャリアを更に含有する、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の美容方法。
- 前記組成物が、皮膚色調剤、日焼け止め活性物質、抗炎症活性物質、又はそれらの組み合わせを更に含有し、前記皮膚色調剤が、糖アミン、アルブチン、デオキシアルブチン、1,3−ジヒドロキシ−4−アルキルベンゼン、ジラウリン酸スクロース、バクコイル(4−[(1E,3S)−3−エテニル−3,7−ジメチル−1,6オクタジエニル]フェノール又はモノテルペンフェノール)、ピレノイン、キビ種子抽出物、アーラトン二酸、ケイ皮酸、フェルラ酸、アクロマキシル、メチルニコチンアミド、油可溶性甘草抽出物、葉酸、ウンデシレン酸、ウンデシレン酸亜鉛、チアミン及びその塩酸塩、L−トリプトファン、ヒマワリ及びブドウ葉抽出物、カルノシン、ゲンチシン酸メチル、1,2−ヘキサンジオール及び1,2−オクタンジオール、イノシトール、コウジ酸、ヘキサミジン化合物、サリチル酸、並びにレチノイドからなる群から選択される、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の美容方法。
- 前記方法が、視覚的検査又は撮像装置により、PAR2阻害を必要とする皮膚表面を識別する工程を更に含む、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の美容方法。
- 前記組成物が少なくとも毎日、少なくとも1時間の接触時間で塗布される、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の美容方法。
- ビタミンB3化合物、N−アシルアミノ酸化合物及びカラフトコンブ抽出物を含有する、角化細胞のPAR2活性化阻害用組成物。
- 角化細胞のPAR2活性化阻害用組成物であって、
a.0.5%〜10%のナイアシンアミドと、
b.0.001〜10%のN−ウンデシレノイル−L−フェニルアラニンと、
c.前記ナイアシンアミド及びN−ウンデシレノイル−L−フェニルアラニンのPAR2阻害を強化するのに十分な量のカラフトコンブ抽出物と、
を含有する、組成物。
