本体に、内部空間が形成されてあり、内部空間に収納室が仕切られ、収納室の両側から外方向へ本体底部と周壁に、それぞれ、位置制限溝と開口が形成され、
駆動装置が、モーターであり、本体の収納室に収納され、連動軸に接続された偏心部材を利用して、パワーを伝達板に伝達し、
伝達板に、長尺溝が形成されてあり、伝達板の両側に、それぞれ、伸長アームが設けられ、前記伝達板が、本体の内部空間に収納され、長尺溝に偏心部材を嵌入し、本体の前後側周壁により伝達板を位置制限させることにより、伝達板が、本体の内部空間において、制限された範囲内で直線方向に変位することができ、
結合帯の一端が、開口から貫通して、本体の内部空間において、組み立て部材により、伝達板の伸長アームと連結され、結合帯のもう一端が、調整結合部とされ、
組み立て部材が、伝達板の伸長アームと本体の位置制限溝に貫通されることにより、結合帯と伝達板が連結され、前記二つの組み立て部材が、本体の底部の下方において、結合されて、結合帯の両側からの力を安定化させる
