Description

TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a loading device for a temporary structure that is attached to a scaffold or the like assembled along a building and used to raise and lower building equipment and materials in various building works.

In construction work, it is absolutely necessary to raise and lower building equipment and materials, and in order to save labor and improve efficiency of lifting work, a lifting device is attached to a scaffold assembled along the building. ing.

As this unloading device, for example, Patent Document 1 (Japanese Patent No. 4473433) and Patent Document 2 (Japanese Patent No. 4397431) are known.

Each of the lifting devices disclosed in Patent Document 1 and Patent Document 2 is attached to a guide rail that is fixed to a temporary structure, a lifting member that can move up and down along the guide rail, and an upper end of the guide rail. And a hanging means for moving the lifting member up and down. And this loading / unloading device fixes a wire etc. to the raising / lowering member which loads construction equipment and materials, and winds or unwinds the wire to the winding drum provided in the hanging means, thereby raising / lowering member Is moved up and down along the guide rail. Japanese Patent No. 4397431

However, since all of these cargo lifting devices move one lifting device up and down, waiting time is generated for both workers above the cargo lifting device and on the ground. There was a problem that could not be planned.

In addition, since the length of the wire that can be wound on the winding drum is limited, there is also a limitation on the lift that is a height that can be raised and lowered, and there is a problem that it is not suitable for loading a high-rise building. In addition, since the entire weight of the lifting member and the equipment loaded on the lifting member is lifted and lowered by the winding torque of the hanging means, the hanging means becomes large and the assembly becomes complicated and much consumption is required. There was a problem of requiring electric power.

In addition, when the wire becomes long, when winding the wire on the winding drum, the wire may collapse from the winding pile, so-called stepping down, or the wire may get entangled in the winding drum, and so-called kinks may be generated. There was also.

There are chain types other than wires, but it is necessary to check each ring of the chain. Therefore, if the chain becomes long, it takes a lot of maintenance and is not practical. As a result, maintenance is neglected and the chain is often broken at the site, which is very dangerous.

Therefore, the technical problem to be solved by the present invention is to solve the various problems of the above-described suspension-type loading device, and to load a temporary structure that can carry more efficient equipment and the like. DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTS Hereinafter, a temporary structure unloading apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

As shown in FIG. 1, the temporary structure to which the lifting device according to the present embodiment is attached is formed of a scaffold 1 assembled using a vertical column 2 and a scaffold plate 3.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the loading device 11 of the present embodiment is capable of moving up and down along a pair of guide rails 12 (12 a, 12 b) attached to the vertical columns 4 and the respective guide rails 12. It has two raising / lowering members 13 provided, and a wire feeder 14 provided at the upper end of the vertical column 4 to move the raising / lowering members 13 (13a, 13b) up and down.

The vertical column 4 is provided with fixed portions 4a for attaching a horizontal frame of the scaffold at regular intervals. For example, the guide rail mounting bracket 15 for fixing the guide rail 12 is fixed to the fixing portion 4a so that the guide rail is attached to the vertical column 4. The guide rail mounting bracket 15 is a U-shaped bracket, and the corner portions on the back side of the guide rails 12a and 12b are fixed to both ends.

As shown in FIG. 3, the guide rail 12 uses a steel pipe having a rectangular cross section, and can sequentially add a plurality of rails having a vertical length corresponding to the height of the vertical column 4 upward. Yes.

As shown in FIG. 2, a wire feeder 14 is provided at the top of the vertical column 4. The wire feeding device 14 is a device for feeding a wire, and does not wind the wire around a winding drum so as to vary the feeding length, but the wire 16 wound around the roller unit 17 in the length direction. Send it out.

Both ends of the wire 16 are connected to the elevating members 13 (13a, 13b), respectively. Since the elevating member 13 (13a, 13b) is provided so as to be movable up and down along the respective guide rails 12, when one elevating member 13 is lifted by the wire feeding device 14, A so-called crossing operation in which the other lifting member descends is performed.

The wire feeder 14 is operated by a wireless or wired remote controller or the like, and moves the elevating member 13 when materials are loaded.

Each of the elevating members 13 (13a, 13b) is a cage-shaped member that is elongated in the vertical direction. The elevating members 13 (13a, 13b) have four corner posts 131, a bottom plate 132, and a side plate 133. ing.

In addition, guide brackets 18 for holding the guide rails 12 (12a, 12b) are provided at two locations on the upper and lower sides along one column 131, and are attached to the guide rails 12 (12a, 12b) in a cantilever manner. .

As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the guide fitting 18 includes two horizontal C-shaped brackets 19 fixed to the elevating member 13, and the bracket 19 holds the guide rail 12 together with the bracket 19. Two pairs of rollers 20 provided facing each other are configured to be movable along the guide rail 12.

The roller 20 has a drum shape with a central portion having a small diameter, and comes into contact with two adjacent outer surfaces of the guide rail 12. With this configuration, the rotation direction around the guide rail is restricted, and the cantilever lifting member 13 can be smoothly moved only in the vertical direction along the guide rail.

Further, as shown in FIG. 3, the elevating member 13 (13 a, 13 b) is provided with a fall prevention mechanism 21, and the elevating member 13 is fixed to the guide rail 12 when the wire 16 is cut. To do.

3, 6, and 7, the fall prevention mechanism 21 includes a suspension hanger 22 that is connected to the wire 16, and a stopper 23 that bites into the guide rail 12 when the wire 16 is dropped and prevents the elevating member 13 from dropping. With.

The hanging hanger 22 is provided with an annular portion 221 for connecting to a wire at the upper end, and a main body portion 222 extending downward from the annular portion 221. The hanging hanger 22 is supported by the elevating member 13 so as to be movable in the vertical direction, and is located on the upper side due to the tension of the wire when connected to the wire 16.

As shown in FIG. 5, the stopper 23 includes a substantially fan-shaped main body 231 provided with a rotation shaft 232, and the main body 231 is configured to be rotatable around the rotation shaft 232. As shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, the rotation axis of the stopper 23 is provided in a stopper mounting portion 134 provided in the support 131 of the elevating member 13, and the rear end 233 of the main body 231 is the main body portion of the hanging hanger 22. 222 is connected to the lower end. Therefore, the inclination angle of the stopper 23 differs depending on the position of the hanging hanger 22, and as shown in FIG. 6, when the hanging hanger 22 is positioned upward, the rear end 233 of the main body 231 faces upward, As shown in FIG. 7, when the hanging hanger 22 is positioned below, the rear end 233 of the main body 231 is directed downward.

A meshing protrusion 234 is provided on the front side of the main body 231 of the stopper 23. Guide walls 235 are provided on both sides of the meshing protrusion 234. The meshing protrusion 234 is disposed so as to face the corner portion of the guide rail 12, and is not in contact with the guide rail 12 when the rear end 233 of the main body portion 231 is positioned above, and the rear end 233 of the main body portion 231 is lower. It is comprised so that it may contact with the guide rail 12 when it is located in.

Therefore, when the wire 16 and the hanging hanger 22 are connected and the hanging hanger 22 is positioned above due to the tension of the wire 16, the stopper 23 is not in contact with the guide rail 12, and the lifting member 13 can be smoothly moved. On the other hand, when the tension of the wire 16 is released, such as the cutting of the wire 16, the hanging hanger 22 moves downward, the meshing protrusion 234 of the stopper 23 comes into contact with the guide rail 12, and the elevating member 13 Is fixed to the guide rail 12 to restrict the movement of the elevating member 13.

A method of using the temporary structure unloading apparatus having the above configuration will be described. First, the material is carried into the elevating member 13a in a state where one elevating member 13 (hereinafter referred to as 13a) is lowered on the ground portion of the scaffold 1. Since the up-and-down member 13a is open on the upper side, the long member is stored so as to lean against the upper frame. When the member has been carried in, the remote controller (not shown) is operated to activate the wire feeder 14 and feed the wire 16 in the direction in which the elevating member 13a is raised. At this time, the other elevating member 13b is lowered according to the feed of the wire 16 from the upper position.

When the elevating member 13a reaches a predetermined position on the scaffold 1, the stop button on the remote controller is pressed to stop the elevating member 13a. The material is taken out from the elevating member 13a located at a predetermined position.

It should be noted that the removal of the member when the work is completed can be performed in the reverse procedure. If the predetermined position is a position that is half or more of the lift, the lifting member 13a is lifted as it is, and the other lifting member 13b is sent to the ground, so that the waste of operation can be reduced. When the material is subsequently unloaded, the same operation may be performed using the other lifting member 13b.

The wire feeding device 14 feeds the wire 16 wound around the roller unit 17 in the length direction thereof, and does not cause turbulent winding or kinking unlike a winch in which a wire is wound around a drum. For this reason, it is possible to eliminate the wear of the wire strands due to the friction between the wires and the occurrence of an instantaneous sudden drop of the elevating member 13 due to the step-down, and the safety is improved.

In the unlikely event that the wire 16 breaks at a position closer to the roller unit than one of the lifting members 13, the fall prevention mechanism 21 works to stop the lifting member 13, so that an accident can be prevented. And safe. On the other hand, since the wire 16 is supported by the roller unit 17 when the wire behind the roller unit is cut, the elevating member does not fall. Moreover, since the tension of the wire is still working, the fall prevention mechanism 21 does not operate.

In addition, this invention is not limited to the said embodiment, It can implement in another various aspect. For example, the guide rail 12 may have a polygonal shape that is not a rectangle but a quadrangle or more.
