Description

The present invention relates to a watch band mounting structure for mounting a watch band to a watch case.

Conventionally, the structure shown in the cross-sectional view of FIG. 3 can be exemplified as a general structure for attaching the watch band to the watch case.

In the conventional example shown in FIG. 3, a mounting shaft body 3 such as a spring bar is inserted into a through hole 2 a formed in the end piece 2 of the watch band 1, and a receiving hole (not shown) of the band attaching portion 5 of the watch case 4. The watch band 1 is attached to the watch case 4 by fitting the end portion of the attachment shaft body 3 into the watch case 4.

However, in the conventional example, when the band attaching portion 5 of the watch case 4 and the end piece 2 of the watch band 1 are attached, the position of the through hole 2a of the end piece 2 and the processing accuracy of the hole diameter must be strictly controlled. A gap or play is generated between the band 1 and the watch case 4. The generation of these gaps and backlash leads to a decrease in product value. In particular, the higher the quality of the product, the more important it becomes to suppress the generation of the gaps and backlash.

As a technique for solving the above-described problem, Patent Document 1 discloses that a plate-shaped leaf spring is attached to a groove formed on the back surface of an end piece of a watch band at a portion where the watch band is attached to the watch case. A structure is described in which a spring is interposed between the end piece and the watch case as a biasing member to prevent the play between the watch case and the end piece.

Utility Model Registration No. 3149704

However, the structure of Patent Document 1 requires the formation of a groove on the back surface of the end piece of the watch band, the use of a substantially U-shaped leaf spring, or the attachment of this leaf spring to the groove. A small watch band has a complicated component structure, and a complicated operation is required to assure assembly / assembly.

Accordingly, the present invention solves the above-described conventional problems, and prevents the occurrence of gaps and backlash between the watch band and the watch case while having a simplified structure that does not require processing accuracy of the part position and hole diameter. An object of the present invention is to provide a watch band mounting structure that can be used.

In the watch band mounting structure of the present invention, the mounting shaft is inserted into the through hole formed in the end piece of the watch band, and the end of the mounting shaft is fitted into the receiving hole of the band mounting portion of the watch case. In the watch band mounting structure for attaching the watch band to the watch case, an elastic member is interposed between the inner wall of the through hole and the outer wall of the mounting shaft body, and the elastic member is elastically contacted with the inner wall and the outer wall. It is characterized by that.

In the invention, it is preferable that the elastic member has a plate shape extending in the axial direction of the mounting shaft body.

Further, the present invention is characterized in that the mounting shaft body is a spring bar that expands and contracts in the axial direction.

According to the watch band mounting structure of the present invention, between the inner wall of the through hole formed in the end piece of the watch band and the outer wall of the mounting shaft body inserted into the through hole and fitted with the end portion of the watch case. By interposing the elastic member and elastically contacting the elastic member to the inner wall of the through hole and the outer wall of the mounting shaft body, the end piece of the watch band and the watch case are brought into close contact with each other via the elastic member and the mounting shaft body. Thus, there is no gap or play between the watch band and the watch case.

Furthermore, since the elastic member is interposed between the parts as described above, high-precision part position processing and hole processing are not necessary in the part.

It is sectional drawing of the assembly state of the principal part in embodiment of the timepiece band attachment structure which concerns on this invention. It is a disassembled perspective view of embodiment shown in FIG. It is sectional drawing for demonstrating the general structure of the conventional watch band attachment structure.

DESCRIPTION OF EXEMPLARY EMBODIMENTS Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the invention will be described with reference to the drawings. In the following description, members corresponding to those described in the conventional example of FIG.

1 and 2 are diagrams for explaining an embodiment of the present invention, where 1 is a watch band, 2 is an end piece provided at an end of the watch band 1, and 2a is one side of the end piece 2 from the other side. The one side wall part of the through hole 2a is formed in the flat surface 2b.

Reference numeral 3 denotes an attachment shaft body for attaching the end piece 2 of the watch band 1 to the watch case 4. In this example, a known spring rod that expands and contracts in the axial direction is used.

Reference numeral 4 denotes a watch case, 5 denotes a band attachment portion integrally formed so as to protrude from both side portions of the watch case 4, and 5 a denotes a receiving hole that is formed in the band attachment portion 5 and receives an end portion of the attachment shaft body 3. .

Reference numeral 6 denotes a long plate-like elastic member made of a rubber material or an elastic metal material inserted into the through hole 2 a together with the mounting shaft body 3. The length of the elastic member 6 in the axial direction is shorter than the entire length of the mounting shaft 3 and is substantially the same length as the through hole 2 a of the end piece 2.

In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 2, the attachment shaft body 3 and the elastic member 6 are inserted into the through hole 2 a of the end piece 2, and both end portions 3 a of the attachment shaft body 3 project from the side portion of the end piece 2. Are fitted into the receiving holes 5a of the band attaching portion 5, respectively. In this example, since a spring rod is used for the mounting shaft body 3, the mounting shaft body 3 is attached in such a manner that the end 3 a of the mounting shaft body 3 is fitted in the receiving hole 5 a while being contracted.

FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional view of the present embodiment when the assembly is completed. An elastic member 6 is interposed between the flat surface 2b of the inner wall of the through hole 2a of the end piece 2 and the outer wall of the mounting shaft body 3, and the elastic member 6 Elastically contacts the flat surface 2b and the outer wall of the mounting shaft 3. In this state, the elastic member 6 presses and urges the end piece 2 toward the timepiece case 4, and presses and urges the attachment shaft body 3 to the inner wall of the end piece 2.

Thus, by inserting the elastic member 6 into the through hole 2 a together with the mounting shaft 3, the end piece 2 of the watch band 4 and the side wall of the watch case 4 are brought into close contact with each other via the elastic member 6 and the mounting shaft 3. As a result, no gap or play occurs between the watch band 4 and the end piece 2, and no play occurs between the mounting shaft 3 and the end piece 2.

In this embodiment, since it is a simple structure of interposing an elastic member between components, high-precision component position processing and hole processing are not required in the part, and cost reduction and improvement in work efficiency can be expected.

Note that the material, shape, and the like of each member in the embodiment are not limited to those described above in the implementation, and need to be appropriately selected and determined according to the usage pattern / specification of the watch case and the watch band.

The present invention is particularly useful when applied to a piece in which a piece member constituting a watch case and a watch band is formed of a ceramic material.
