前記接着シートを繰り出す繰出手段と、
前記吸着面および前記複数の吸引孔を有し、前記繰出手段で繰り出された接着シートを保持する保持手段と、
前記吸引孔に吸引力を付与する減圧手段と、
前記保持手段で保持された接着シートを被着体に当接させて貼付する貼付手段と、
前記吸着面において吸引力が付与される吸引孔が存する領域を吸引領域として、当該吸引領域の大きさを変更可能な吸引領域変更手段とを備え、
前記吸引領域変更手段は、所定個数の吸引孔を1単位とし、当該1単位毎に設けられた複数の連通路と、当該複数の連通路を個別に前記減圧手段と断続可能な連通路開閉手段とを有することを特徴とするシート貼付装置。
