Abstract
【解決手段】リードタブは、突設されたボス部を備え、電気絶縁素材で形成される絶縁カバー;過熱遮断素子と、過熱遮断素子に電気的に結合される第1リード及び第2リードと、絶縁カバーのボス部に嵌め込まれる孔とを備える過熱遮断素子組立体;を備え、絶縁カバーのボス部は、絶縁カバーと過熱遮断素子組立体の分離が制限されるように、その端部が孔より大きく形成される。

Claims (11)
- 突設されたボス部を含み、電気絶縁素材で形成される絶縁カバーと、
過熱遮断素子と、前記過熱遮断素子に電気的に結合される第1リード及び第2リードと、前記絶縁カバーのボス部に嵌め込まれる孔とを含む過熱遮断素子組立体と、を含み、
前記絶縁カバーのボス部は、前記絶縁カバーと前記過熱遮断素子組立体の分離が制限されるように、その端部が前記孔より大きく形成されることを特徴とするリードタブ。 - 前記絶縁カバーは、第1貫通口を備え、
前記過熱遮断素子組立体の前記第1リードは、前記第1貫通口を通じて、前記絶縁カバーの底面に露出されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のリードタブ。 - 前記絶縁カバーは、第2貫通口をさらに備え、
前記過熱遮断素子組立体の前記過熱遮断素子は、前記絶縁カバーの前記第2貫通口を通じて、前記絶縁カバーの底面に露出されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のリードタブ。 - 前記過熱遮断素子組立体の前記孔は、前記第2リードから延設された結合部に位置することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のリードタブ。
- 前記絶縁カバーは、前記過熱遮断素子組立体の周囲の少なくとも一部を取り囲む側壁部を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のリードタブ。
- 端子を備える複数のバッテリーセルと、
前記バッテリーセルの端子に結合される、請求項1ないし5のうちいずれか一項に記載のリードタブと、を含むことを特徴とするバッテリーパック。 - 突設されたボス部を含み、電気絶縁素材で形成される絶縁カバーを設けるステップと、
過熱遮断素子と、前記過熱遮断素子に電気的に結合される第1リード及び第2リードと、前記絶縁カバーのボス部が嵌め込まれる孔とを含む過熱遮断素子組立体を設けるステップと、
前記過熱遮断素子組立体の前記孔が、前記絶縁カバーのボス部に嵌め込まれるように、前記過熱遮断素子組立体を、前記絶縁カバーの上側に配置するステップと、
前記過熱遮断素子組立体の前記孔を通じて突出した前記絶縁カバーの前記ボス部の端部を熱加圧するステップと、を含むことを特徴とするリードタブの製造方法。 - 前記絶縁カバーは、第1貫通口を備え、
前記過熱遮断素子組立体を、前記絶縁カバーの上側に配置するステップにおいて、前記過熱遮断素子組立体の前記第1リードは、前記第1貫通口を通じて、前記絶縁カバーの底面に露出されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のリードタブの製造方法。 - 前記絶縁カバーは、第2貫通口をさらに備え、
前記過熱遮断素子組立体を、前記絶縁カバーの上側に配置するステップにおいて、前記過熱遮断素子組立体の前記過熱遮断素子は、前記絶縁カバーの前記第2貫通口を通じて、前記絶縁カバーの底面に露出されることを特徴とする請求項8に記載のリードタブの製造方法。 - 前記過熱遮断素子組立体の前記孔は、前記第2リードから延設された結合部に位置することを特徴とする請求項7に記載のリードタブの製造方法。
- 前記絶縁カバーは、前記過熱遮断素子組立体の周囲の少なくとも一部を取り囲む側壁部を含むことを特徴とする請求項7に記載のリードタブの製造方法。
