特開2008−300203号公報(図1、段落0029、0030)Japanese Patent Laying-Open No. 2008-300203 (FIG. 1, paragraphs 0029 and 0030)

However, the conventional lighting fixture 100 described in Patent Document 1 has a problem that the waterproofness and moistureproofness of the LED light-emitting portion are not good because the light source body 103 made of a semiconductor light-emitting element is exposed.
In addition, since the LED light emitting unit repeats heat generation and cooling with blinking, the portion that receives heat from the LED light emitting unit repeats expansion and contraction.
Along with this, there is a problem that abnormal noise occurs.

The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide an LED lighting apparatus capable of ensuring waterproofness and moisture proofness and suppressing occurrence of abnormal noise. .

FIGS. 6A to 6C show the vicinity of the outer flange 35.
A cutout portion 44 is provided in the wall portion on the flange portion 35 side in the outer peripheral groove portion 43, that is, in the outer peripheral wall portion 43 </ b> B.
The notch dimension h1 of the notch part 44 is smaller than the wall height dimension H of the outer peripheral wall part 43B.
Accordingly, the partition wall 46 having a height h2 is formed in the notch 44. Here, the height h2 = H−h1.
In FIG. 6, only the configuration in the vicinity of the outer flange 35 has been described, but the same applies to the inner flange 36.

The effect of the lighting fixture 10 of this invention is demonstrated.
As shown in FIG. 6, a notch 44 and a notch 45 are provided in the outer peripheral wall 43B of the outer peripheral groove 43 and the inner peripheral wall 42A of the inner peripheral groove 42, respectively.
Since the notch dimension h1 of the notch part 44 is smaller than the wall part height dimension H of the outer peripheral wall part 43B, a partition wall part 46 having a height h2 is formed in the notch part 44.
Moreover, since the notch dimension h1 of the notch part 45 is smaller than the wall part height dimension H of the inner peripheral wall part 42A, a partition wall part 47 having a height h2 is formed in the notch part 45.

Therefore, when the sealing member 18 and the sealing member 19 are formed by filling the inner circumferential groove portion 42 and the outer circumferential groove portion 43 with an elastic member such as a resin, the resin or the like is removed from the inner circumferential groove portion 42 and the outer circumferential groove portion 43. It can be prevented from flowing out.
As a result, insufficient filling of resin or the like can be avoided, and when the LED cover 17 is attached to the lower surface 11A of the instrument body 11, sealing failure can be prevented, so that waterproof and moisture-proof properties are ensured and abnormal noise is generated. Can be suppressed.

6C, when the screw (fixing means) is screwed into the instrument main body 11 through the through hole 35A of the flange 35, the seal member 19 is deformed and fixed. The At this time, unlike the present embodiment, in the case where the wall portion is present in the portion of the notch portion 44 (hereinafter referred to as a comparative example), this wall portion is another portion (screw screwed) with respect to the instrument body 11. It will be pressed more strongly than the part other than the periphery of the collar part 35). In addition, the tip of the collar portion 35 may be bent and come into contact with the instrument body 11.
In this comparative example, in this state, when the LED light emitting unit 14 is turned on and generates heat, the LED cover 17 is thermally expanded and deformed.
Since the LED cover 17 made of resin and the metal instrument main body 11 have different expansion coefficients, the tip or wall of the collar 35 that is in contact with the instrument main body 11 is the instrument as the LED cover 17 is thermally expanded. An abnormal noise (squeak noise) is generated when the main body 11 slides continuously or stepwise.
Next, when the LED light emitting unit 14 is turned off, in the process of cooling the heat, the flange 35 and the wall are thermally contracted so as to return to the initial shape. An abnormal noise is generated when sliding contact is made continuously or stepwise. This phenomenon is the same for the flange 36 side.

The phenomenon as described above becomes conspicuous in the flange portion 35 and the flange portion 36 where stress is concentrated by being fixed to the instrument main body 11 by screws (fixing means) and their peripheral portions. On the other hand, in this embodiment, since the notch 44 and the notch 45 are provided in the inner peripheral wall 42A and the outer peripheral wall 42B, respectively, unlike the comparative example, the flange 35, the flange 36, and their peripheral portions. The stress at is dispersed, and the generation of abnormal noise (squeak noise) can be greatly relieved.

Also, generally, lighting fixtures for home use, such as the ceiling type that is attached to the ceiling, are preferred to have a round shape, and in order to obtain uniform light distribution characteristics from the lighting fixture, It is desirable to arrange the LEDs in a circle along the planar shape of the main body.
And since the LED light emission part 14 and the LED cover 17 are substantially circular, the lighting fixture 10 of this embodiment can satisfy | fill the preference and light distribution characteristic which were mentioned above.

The lighting fixture 10 of the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and appropriate modifications and improvements can be made.
For example, in the above-described embodiment, the case where a screw is used as a fixing means for attaching the LED cover 17 to the instrument body 11 is illustrated, but the present invention is also applicable to rivets, heat caulking, fitting, and the like.
Further, in the present embodiment, the form in which the inner peripheral side groove part and the outer peripheral side groove part are filled with resin or the like to form the elastic member is exemplified, but the present invention includes a form in which a so-called O-ring is adopted as the elastic member.
