Abstract
【解決手段】回路を開閉するための可動接点アーム120が、スイッチレバー175により、回路保護用の回路遮断器機構から独立して開閉制御される。前記スイッチレバー175は、ソレノイド180または他の適切な手段により作動される。さらに複数の連動機構が構成要素間に存在して、安全機能を提供する。

Claims (20)
- 第1の接点と、
前記第1の接点に対する閉位置と前記第1の接点に対する開位置の間を移動可能であり、前記閉位置においてのみ前記第1の接点と接触するように配置される第2の接点と、
始動状態と非始動状態とを有し、前記回路遮断器機構が状態変更する際に前記接点の位置を変更するように配置される回路遮断器機構と、
オン状態とオフ状態とを有し、それが状態を変更する際に前記回路遮断器機構の状態を変えないで前記接点の位置を変更するように配置されるアクチュエータと、
を具備する回路遮断器。 - 前記回路遮断器機構が前記始動状態ならば、前記接点が前記開位置であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の回路遮断器。
- 前記回路遮断器機構が前記始動状態ならば、前記接点が前記閉位置へ移動できないことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の回路遮断器。
- 前記アクチュエータが前記オフ状態ならば、前記接点が前記開位置であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の回路遮断器。
- 前記アクチュエータが前記オフ状態ならば、前記回路遮断器機構が前記接点を前記閉位置へ移動できないことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の回路遮断器。
- 前記アクチュエータが、信号に応じて前記レバーの状態を変更するように配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の回路遮断器。
- 前記回路遮断器機構が、過電流状態に応じて、前記接点を前記閉位置から前記開位置に移動するように配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の回路遮断器。
- 前記回路遮断器機構が、手動操作に応じて、前記接点を前記閉位置から前記開位置へ移動するように配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の回路遮断器。
- 前記アクチュエータが、レバーを用いて、前記接点を前記閉位置と前記開位置の間で移動させることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の回路遮断器。
- 開位置と閉位置の間で相対的に移動可能な接点と、
回路遮断器が作動される際に、前記接点の位置を変更するように配置された回路遮断器機構と、
前記回路遮断器機構作動することなしに、前記接点を開くまたは閉じるように配置されたスイッチング機構と
を具備する回路遮断器。 - 前記アクチュエータがソレノイドあることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の回路遮断器。
- 前記接点が、ばねを用いて付勢されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の回路遮断器。
- 前記接点が、永久磁石を用いて付勢されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の回路遮断器。
- 前記ソレノイドが、前記接点を付勢するように配置された永久磁石を具備することを特徴とする請求項11に記載の回路遮断器。
- 前記永久磁石が、前記ソレノイドの電源が切断されるときに、前記接点を付勢するように配置されることを特徴とする請求項14に記載の回路遮断器。
- 前記ソレノイドが、このソレノイドの電源が切断されるときに、前記接点を前記開位置へ移動するように配置された永久磁石を具備することを特徴とする請求項14に記載の回路遮断器。
- 前記回路遮断器機構が脱進機を具備することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の回路遮断器。
- 前記回路遮断器機構がダッシュポットを具備することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の回路遮断器。
- 前記回路遮断器機構が前記アクチュエータとは別体であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の回路遮断器。
- 第1の接点と、
閉位置と開位置とを有する可動部材と、
前記可動部材が前記閉位置の際のみに前記第1の接点と接触するように配置される、前記可動部材上の、第2の接点と、
始動状態と非始動状態とを有し、前記可動部材に接続されて、前記回路遮断器機構が状態を変更する際に前記移動可能部材を移動するように配置された回路遮断器機構と、
オン状態とオフ状態とを有し、前記可動部材に接続されて、ソレノイドが状態を変更する際に、前記回路遮断器機構の状態を変えないで、前記移動可能部材を移動するように配置されたソレノイドと、
前記ソレノイドを前記オフ状態へと付勢する永久磁石と
を具備する回路遮断器。
