Abstract

Claims (10)
- 骨プレートの少なくとも一部に確実に取り付け可能な押込器具であって、前記骨プレートは、第一端、第二端、上面、底面、及び前記第一端に近接して設けられる少なくとも二つのフック部材を有する細長い本体を有し、前記少なくとも二つのフック部材は、それぞれ長手方向の軸を有する突起領域を有し、
前記押込器具は、前記押込器具の打ち付け面にかけられる力を前記少なくとも二つのフック部材に近接して前記骨プレートに移動させる、押込器具。 - 前記押込器具の少なくとも一部は、前記骨プレートの表面輪郭の少なくとも一部と一致する表面輪郭を有する、請求項1の発明。
- 前記押込器具は、前記細長い本体の前記上面の少なくとも一部及び前記細長い本体の前記底面の少なくとも一部と係合する、請求項1の発明。
- 前記押込器具の少なくとも一部は、前記骨プレートの二つの対向側端に係合することによって、前記骨プレートの少なくとも一部を確実に把持する、請求項1の発明。
- 前記押込器具の少なくとも一部は、前記骨プレートの少なくとも一部に螺合する、請求項1の発明。
- 前記打ち付け面にかけられる前記力を、前記少なくとも二つのフック部材の前記長手方向の軸に対して実質的に同一線上に移動させる、請求項1の発明。
- 前記押込器具は、前記押込器具によって前記骨プレートの少なくとも一部にかけられる把持力の調整を可能にする調整機構をさらに含む、請求項1の発明。
- 前記少なくとも二つのフック部材は、それぞれ先端が尖っており、それにより皮質骨領域内にパイロット穴をあけることなく骨折部位の前記皮質骨領域を通って前記少なくとも二つのフック部材を押し込ませることができる、請求項1の発明。
- 前記突起領域はそれぞれ、前記突起領域の少なくとも一部に沿って延在する少なくとも一つの長手方向の端部を有し、前記フック部材はそれぞれ、前記少なくとも一つの長手方向の端部の少なくとも一部に沿って尖っており、それにより皮質骨領域内にパイロット穴をあけることなく骨折部位の前記皮質骨領域を通って前記フック部材をそれぞれ押し込ませることができる、請求項1の発明。
- 前記骨プレートは、橈骨遠位端の少なくとも一つの小さい末梢片がある骨折を固定するように構成されている、請求項1の発明。
