Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a scratch seal, and more specifically, the concealing layer formed on the surface is scraped off by scratching with a coin, a nail or the like, and the ink layer printed with a predetermined pattern formed on the lower surface is visible. The present invention relates to a scratch seal formed between seal-like materials.
Conventionally, there are two-fold seals with written descriptions represented by serial numbers affixed to beverage packaging containers in campaigns.
Since the seal is a peelable seal and can be reattached, it can be reattached after a third party obtains the serial number.
In addition, a scratch card manufacturing method has been proposed in which confidential information provided on a card substrate is concealed and a transfer layer having at least a hologram layer and a transparent reflective layer is transferred onto the surface of a scratchable scratch layer. . (See Patent Document 1).
For example, in a two-fold seal describing the serial number affixed to a beverage packaging container in a campaign, etc., it can be peeled off and re-adhered, so after a third party obtains the serial number, There is a problem of unauthorized use because it can be re-bonded.
On the other hand, in the case of scratch printing as seen in Patent Document 1, unauthorized use can be prevented by the presence of the hologram layer, but if the conditions of the distribution process are bad, the scratch printing portion may be damaged. There is a problem that sex remains.
Accordingly, the scratch seal according to the present invention solves the above-described problems by the following aspects.
According to the first aspect of the present invention, an ink layer (13) on which a predetermined pattern is printed is provided in a predetermined region of the base material surface of the first base material (11), and the ink layer (13) is provided on the ink layer (13). According to a second aspect of the present invention, there is provided a scratch seal (10) characterized in that, in the first aspect, a pseudo adhesive layer (16) is formed on the scratch layer (14).
According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the first or second aspect, the adhesive layer (15) is formed in a region excluding a region in contact with the scratch layer (14) or the pseudo adhesive layer (16). A scratch seal (10) characterized by
According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, in the first or second aspect, the adhesive layer (15) is formed in a region excluding the region where the ink layer (13) is formed. Seal (10).
According to a fifth aspect of the present invention, in the first to fourth aspects, the first base material (11) and the second base material (12) are integrated bases connected via a folding line X. The scratch seal (10) is made of a material and is folded in two along a fold line X.
According to a sixth aspect of the present invention, in any one of the first to fifth aspects, the adhesive layer (17) is provided on a surface opposite to the ink layer (13) in contact with the first base material (11). The scratch seal (10) is characterized in that a release paper (18) is formed on the adhesive layer (17).
By providing the scratch layer (14) so as to be sandwiched between the peelable adhesive layers formed between the opposing substrates, the scratch layer (14) is exposed for the first time by peeling the substrate, and the scratch layer By removing (14), it is possible to obtain characters, symbols, or variable information such as personal information and serial numbers that indicate a hit, so that it is possible to prevent unauthorized use.
Furthermore, when a third party peels off the base material and scrapes off the scratch layer (14), there is an effect of leaving a trace.
Furthermore, by forming the adhesive layer (15) capable of peeling the scratch layer (14) between the opposing base materials, the base material is peeled off and then double scratched. There is also an effect.
Furthermore, since it is composed of an integral base material connected via the fold line X, an adhesive can be formed at a time, and furthermore, since there is a fold line X, alignment is facilitated and manufacturing is possible. There is an effect that it becomes easy.

The pseudo-adhesion seems to be normally adhered at first glance, but actually it means a “bonded state”. The reason for providing the pseudo-adhesive layer is that the
Among these, rubber-based, acrylic-based, vinyl acetate-based, and dextrin-based adhesives are preferable because adhesiveness can be arbitrarily controlled in a wide range, and can be appropriately selected in consideration of adhesive strength and the like.
