Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that, in a spray slope frame construction for constructing a lattice-shaped slope frame by disposing frame bodies in appropriate locations of reinforcing-bars disposed in a lattice shape and spraying mortar or the like with the frame body as a measure, there is flowability in spite of high viscosity of mortar or the like to be used and cleaning may be required often since spouted droplets are scattered, such that useless materials may be thrown in and work cost of cleaning or the like may be increased.SOLUTION: According to the method, two or more reinforcing-bars are disposed, respectively, in a horizontal direction and a direction orthogonal therewith on a slope and on a stage where a frame body for a spray measure formed by bending one metal wire is then appropriately fixed and disposed in a portion of the reinforcing-bars, the reinforcing-bars with the frame body are covered as a whole by consecutively providing cover members with legs. Then, mortar or concrete of low slump is sprayed, thereby constructing a slope frame. The cover member with the leg is removed after curing and structured from at least two metal wires which are bent to spread over the reinforcing-bars with the frame body, and a plate-like body connecting lower end portions of the metal wires with each other.

Description

The present invention relates to a method for constructing a frame in a slope protection method by spraying mortar.

Various protection methods have been proposed and implemented for the purpose of reinforcing and preventing the collapse of natural slopes or slopes formed by building residential land, roads, railways, dams, etc., and improving aesthetics.
Among them, there is a “framework” that constructs a concrete structure in a mesh form on a slope that has been leveled to some extent in advance, and is widely implemented. For the frame work itself, there is a method of arranging precast structures (so-called concrete blocks) consecutively because the construction period is short, but the spraying method that can cope with remarkable unevenness freely and maintains a constant strength Frame work is also widely adopted.

This spraying method frame works by placing a wire mesh on a slope that has been cleaned to some extent (shaping of irregularities), arranging reinforcing bars in a grid shape, and further reinforcing bars arranged in a grid shape. This is a construction method in which a frame body is arranged at an appropriate position of this, and a low slump mortar or concrete (hereinafter referred to as “mortar etc.”) is sprayed using this frame body as a guide to construct a grid-like frame.

That is, it can be said that the width and height of the frame formed by the spraying work are formed by the frame as designed. The frame itself is basically formed by bending a metal wire, and if the shape of the frame is semicircular, the shape of the normal frame is semicircular in cross section, and if it is trapezoidal It has a trapezoidal cross section.

However, since it is an operation performed by spraying mortar or the like, it is fluid even though the viscosity is high, and it tends to flow in a form in which the lower part swells before curing. In addition, since mortar, etc. is ejected toward the reinforcing bars and the frame, what is reflected by them scatters as splashes, and hollow parts other than the lattice part that is the legal frame (also mortar etc. are sprayed on this part) In some cases, a mortar layer may be formed, but usually a vegetation base and plant seeds are sprayed to place a so-called in-frame greening spray), which may require cleaning work. Many.
And of course, if mortars flow, wasteful materials will be thrown in, and it will be costly to clean the scattered mortar, but no measures have been taken with the conventional methods. .

Accordingly, the present inventors have finally made the method of the present invention as a result of intensive studies in view of the above-mentioned points, and the feature of the present invention is that one is each in the horizontal direction on the slope and the direction orthogonal thereto. At the stage where the above-mentioned reinforcing bar is disposed, and then the spray guide frame formed by bending the metal wire is appropriately fixed and disposed on the reinforcing bar part, the entire reinforcing bar with the frame is attached to the legged cover member. It is a method of constructing a frame by covering by covering and then spraying low-slump mortar or concrete, and the legged cover member is removed after curing, and its structure is the frame body. It is in the point which consists of the plate-shaped body which connected at least 2 metal wires bent in the shape which straddles the reinforcing bar accompanied by, and the lower end parts. It should be noted that the actual legal framework construction includes processes not described in the claims, for example, anchor placing work, frame sheet work for preventing scattering adhesion of mortar, and the like. However, the description of the steps unnecessary for explaining the characteristics of the present invention is omitted.

That is, according to the method of the present invention, after the reinforcing bars are arranged and the frame body is installed, the cover member with legs is continuously arranged and sprayed to prevent wasteful discharge of mortar and the like, thereby preventing splashing of the splash. The legged cover member to be used is easy to install and can be removed after curing, so it can be used repeatedly, so it is suitable for efficient and economical legal framework construction. is there.

Here, as described above, the frame body is a member used as a guide for the width and height of the frame body formed by the spraying operation, and the metal wire is bent (bending is an essential requirement. However, since welding is not an indispensable requirement, it is also formed by bending and welding. A plurality of them are appropriately arranged on the arranged reinforcing bars and then fixed. Naturally, if the quantity is large, it is easy to perform the spraying work as designed, but it takes time and cost to install.
However, since the spray guide frame itself has been proposed and implemented in the past, such a frame may be appropriately selected and used.

The cover member with legs is a new member proposed in the method of the present invention, and it is the same up to the installation and fixing of the reinforcing bar arrangement and the frame for spraying guide when described on the basis of the conventional cast-in-place concrete method. Immediately after that, the mortar spraying operation is not performed, but this legged cover member is arranged and the spraying operation is performed later.
The structure is composed of at least two metal wires bent in a shape straddling a reinforcing bar with a spray guide frame and a plate-like body connecting lower ends thereof. These two plate-like bodies function as a mold that stops outflow of mortar and the like. If the height of the plate-like body is too high, the spraying operation becomes troublesome, and if it is too low, the function as a mold becomes difficult to exhibit. However, these are not limited because they vary depending on the width and height of the legal frame, the viscosity of mortar, and the like. For example, when the size of the frame is 360 mm in width and 160 mm in height, it seems that the optimal height of the plate-like body is around 100 mm.

The plate-like body may be made of wood, metal, or plastic, and basically does not limit the material / structure. However, since the plate-like body used in the method of the present invention is to be removed after curing such as mortar, the contact surface with the placing mortar or the like is preferably smooth. Therefore, a structure having a complicated surface, punching metal, wire mesh or the like is not suitable because it is not easy to remove after curing.
In addition, plastic corrugated cardboard was particularly suitable within the range in which the inventor made a trial experiment. The plastic corrugated cardboard is a corrugated cardboard made of plastic, and is usually an integrally formed product having a shape in which two sheets are closely opposed to each other and a large number of gaps are partitioned at a narrow pitch. Therefore, it has a structure in which a large number of holes communicating in a straight line are arranged.
Therefore, for example, two metal wires bent in a U-shape are placed so that the end portions of the metal wires are on the bottom, and arranged so that the U-shapes face each other, and the right end portions and the left end portions are plate-like bodies. When the plastic cardboard is manufactured so that the communication hole is arranged in the longitudinal direction as the plate-like body when the legged cover member is manufactured by connecting with, the linear wire is inserted into the communication hole. It becomes a reinforcing material. Since this wire is in the hole and not exposed, there is no concern that mortar or the like will adhere to the wire, and there will be no hindrance during the work. The number of wires to be inserted into one plate-like body may be one, but a plurality is preferable.
It should be noted that the number of metal wires bent into a U-shape may be only two that constitute both ends of the legged cover member as described above. good.

The legged cover member is composed of at least two metal wires bent in a shape straddling a reinforcing bar with a frame and a plate-like body connecting lower ends thereof, and has a self-supporting structure. Yes. However, since a suitable pressure is applied when placing mortar or the like, it is fixed to the slope itself or a wire mesh (lath) laid on the slope. And when the curing of mortar is completed, this fixation is released. In order to improve workability, it is desirable that both fixation and release be simple. However, the details are not particularly limited.

After the legged cover member is continuously provided, mortar or the like is sprayed. This spraying operation itself is not different from the conventional one. However, it is necessary to keep in mind that the work is performed with the legged cover member installed.
Remove the cover member with legs after curing. The removal work is performed after curing mortar.

In the method of the present invention, one or more reinforcing bars are arranged on the slope surface in a horizontal direction and in a direction orthogonal to the horizontal direction, and then a blowing guide frame formed by bending a metal wire is provided to the reinforcing bar portion. A method of constructing a legal frame by covering the entire rebar with the frame by connecting a legged cover member continuously, and then spraying low-slump mortar or concrete, The cover member with the leg is removed after curing, and the structure thereof is a plate in which at least two metal wires bent in a shape straddling the reinforcing bar with the frame and the lower ends thereof are connected to each other. It is an extremely advanced invention having the following effects.
(1) After the rebar is installed and the frame is installed, the cover member with legs is placed continuously and sprayed to prevent wasteful discharge of mortar and the like to minimize splashing Can be fastened.
(2) The legged cover member is composed of two metal wires bent in a shape straddling a reinforcing bar with a frame and a plate-like body connecting lower ends thereof. It can be installed simply by covering and fixing, and it is an extremely simple operation.
(3) Since the cover member with legs is removed after curing, it can be reused and is economical.

FIG. 1 shows an example of a slope 1 in which a method for constructing a frame according to the present invention is applied. This slope 1 has been subjected to slope cleaning in advance, Floating soil, weeds, etc. are removed, and the surface irregularities are leveled to some extent, and a wire mesh 2 is stretched here. At the time of tensioning, a main anchor and an auxiliary anchor are driven in (not shown) so that the wire mesh 2 is securely attached to the slope 1.
A reinforcing bar 3 is disposed on the stretched wire mesh 2. Since the reinforcing bars 3 are arranged in the horizontal direction and in a direction perpendicular to the horizontal direction, the reinforcing bars 3 have a lattice shape as a whole.
In the figure, the reinforcing bars 3 are arranged in pairs, but may be one, or may be a set of three or more.

Next, the frame 4 is used as a guide for the spraying operation. This is shown in FIG. The frame 4 is formed by bending a wire. The frame body 4 of this example is for constructing a frame-like legal frame. As shown in the figure, create two metal wires with the upper side bent in a circular arc shape, weld the uppermost parts in a crossed state, and rebar 3 (two in this example) at one of the lower ends The locking portions 41 (two) that can be easily locked through are connected by a metal wire formed by bending. In other words, it is made by bending and connecting three metal wires, but it is not difficult to make one or two metal wires.
By adopting such a structure, the self-supporting stability of the frame body 4 is increased, reliable installation can be facilitated, and blasting work such as mortar can be performed very efficiently.
The installation work of the frame body 4 is completed once if the two rebars 3 are placed with care so as to be hung on the locking portion 41. If a further fixing force is required, it is sufficient to connect the wire mesh 2 and the frame body 4 on the slope 1 with a number line or the like.

One or more (two in this example) frame bodies 4 are arranged on the slope in the horizontal direction and the vertical direction (actually in a direction perpendicular to the horizontal method along the slope of the reference surface, not vertical). Fixed and placed at appropriate locations on the reinforcing bar. The frame 4 is used as a standard for the spray reference plane when a mortar or the like is sprayed to form a legal frame. An aerial surface connecting the outer shape of one frame 4 and the frame 4 adjacent thereto is used. Naturally, the spraying work proceeds while envisioning, but naturally the work becomes easier if the interval is reduced, but the cost increases as the number of installations increases. Therefore, the arrangement interval is a matter that should be appropriately determined in consideration of the situation at the site, the skill level of the spraying worker, and the like.

Next, the legged cover member 5 is continuously provided and covered over the entire rebar 3 where the frame body 4 has been installed. FIG. 3 shows the legged cover member 5. In the case of the legged cover member 5 of this example, three metal wires 51 bent at two places are opposed to each other with a space therebetween, and lower ends thereof are connected by a plate-like body 52. Therefore, it becomes a shape straddling the reinforcing bar 3 on which the frame body 4 is arranged. The straddling width (that is, the distance between the inner surfaces of the opposing plate-like bodies 52) is equal to the width of the normal frame designed in advance.

In this example, a plastic corrugated board 522 in which two wires 521 are passed through the communication hole is used as the plate-like body 52. The metal wire 51 and the plate-like body 52 were connected by welding the metal wire 51 and the wire 521. Of the three wires 51, the wire 521 may be slightly longer than the length of the plastic cardboard 522 and welded at the protruding portion from the plastic cardboard 522 with respect to the two ends. Regarding the central one, a plastic corrugated cardboard 522 at the intersection with the wire 521 was made to have a through hole so that the wire 521 was exposed and welded to the wire 51.
The reason for adopting a combination of wire and plastic cardboard is
(1) The structure in which straight communication holes are arranged is the most typical structure for plastic corrugated board, and is produced and sold in large quantities.
(2) The point that it is easy to pass the wire through the communication hole, the point that the plastic corrugated cardboard having the wire inside is strong,
(3) Fixing (adhering) plastic corrugated cardboard to the metal wire 51 is cumbersome, but fixing (welding) is easy if it is made of metal,
(4) The weight can be easily reduced,
Etc. Since the legged cover member 5 has such advantages, the work efficiency is extremely improved.

The cover member 5 with a leg of this example is about 1100 mm in length, and this is continuously provided without a gap. This length is not limited and may be appropriately determined in consideration of the site conditions, work efficiency, transport efficiency, and the like.
Regarding width and height, it is necessary to correspond to the designed frame structure. First of all, since it is to be removed after curing, there should be no part buried when mortar is sprayed. Further, the width (the distance between the inner surfaces of the opposing plate-like bodies 52) is set equal to the width of the designed normal frame as described above.

The sprayed mortar or the like gradually solidifies and becomes solid, but has high fluidity when sprayed. Since the plate-like body 52 of the legged cover member 5 functions as a mold that prevents the plate-like body 52 from flowing downward and attempting to swell, the plate-like body 52 must be able to step on the pressure. On the other hand, since it is removed when curing of mortar or the like is completed, removal workability must be taken into consideration.

Therefore, the present inventor used a dedicated metal fitting 6 as shown in FIGS. 4 (a), 4 (b) and 4 (c). This dedicated metal fitting 6 is made by bending a single metal wire. Both ends are bent so that they are opposite to each other, and one of the bent parts is bent again in the opposite direction in the middle. This is a simple structure. The hairpin portions 61 and 62 and the lever portion 63 are formed by bending. The metal mesh 2 and the legged cover member 5 are connected by the dedicated metal fitting 6.
The exclusive metal fitting 6 is used by first inserting the hairpin 61 of the exclusive metal fitting 6 into the wire mesh 2 located at the lower end position of the plate-like body 52 of the legged cover member 5 [FIG. The hairpin portion 62 is fitted into the upper end of the plate-like body 52 while rotating the dedicated metal fitting 6 around the hairpin portion 61. This completes the installation.
When removing the dedicated bracket 6, hold the lever 63 with your finger and pull it forward.
