(1) preparing the fixing device 1, which comprises a plurality of embedded angle steels 101, bolt assemblies 102 and transverse baffles 103, embedding the embedded angle steels 101 at equal intervals along the inner periphery of the special-shaped foundation pit during the construction of the concrete structure 8, and vertically connecting the transverse baffles 103 to the outer end side walls of the embedded angle steels 101 through the bolt assemblies 102;
(2) preparing the sliding rail 2, forming a notch 202 on the side wall of a hollow rectangular steel pipe to form a slotted rectangular pipe 201, placing the slotted rectangular pipe 201 on a plurality of embedded angle steels 101, enabling the side wall with the notch 202 to abut against the transverse baffle 103, and welding and fixing the slotted rectangular pipe 201 and the embedded angle steels 101 after adjustment;
(3) mounting the sliding device 3 on the sliding rail 2, wherein the sliding device 3 comprises a ball stud 301 and a U-shaped bracket 303; a spring disc 306 with a spiral spring 307 is sleeved and mounted in the U-shaped bracket 303 through an extension bolt 304 in advance, and then a rod body part of the ball stud 301 is connected with the U-shaped bracket 303 through a plurality of ball stud nuts 302 to complete the assembly of the sliding device 3; then the head of the ball stud 301 is sleeved into the slotted rectangular pipe 201 from the inlet of the slot 202, so that the rod body part between the ball stud 301 and the U-shaped bracket 303 slides on the slot 202;
(4) connecting the steel wire ropes 401 of the traction device 4 with the dustproof device 5, enabling two ends of each steel wire rope 401 to extend out of the dustproof device 5, and respectively connecting two ends of each steel wire rope 401 with scroll springs 307 which are oppositely arranged in a foundation pit and slidably assembled through chuck locks 402;
(5) installing the traction rope 6, connecting one end of the traction rope 6 with the rod body part of the ball stud 301 of the sliding device 3, and hanging the other end of the traction rope on the upright column 701 of the adjacent edge protection 7 through a hook;
the sliding device 3 is adjusted to move on the sliding track 2 through the traction rope 6, and the dust-proof device 5 is managed to be stored; when the spiral spring 307 is positioned on the long side of the special-shaped foundation pit, the steel wire rope 401 is pulled by the steel wire rope 401 and stretched and tightened, and when the spiral spring 307 is positioned on the short side of the special-shaped foundation pit, the steel wire rope 401 is released in tension and tightly wound on the spring disc 306 under the action of the spring force, so that the dustproof device 5 is controlled to be retracted and released.

Claims (10)

The special-shaped foundation pit dustproof canopy curtain as claimed in claim 1, wherein the fixing device comprises embedded angle steel embedded in the concrete structure, and a transverse baffle is arranged on one side of the embedded angle steel; the sliding rail is arranged above the embedded angle steel and is a slotted rectangular pipe, a notch of the slotted rectangular pipe faces towards the dustproof device, and the notch end of the slotted rectangular pipe is abutted to the transverse baffle.

The special-shaped foundation pit dustproof canopy according to claim 1, wherein the traction device comprises a steel wire rope and a chuck lock, the steel wire rope penetrates through the dustproof device, and two ends of the steel wire rope are respectively connected with the two opposite sliding devices and fixed through the chuck lock.

The special-shaped foundation pit dustproof canopy curtain as claimed in claim 1, wherein the dustproof device is a dense mesh safety net or plastic color strip cloth, an edge seal is arranged around the dustproof device, and a ring buckle is arranged on the edge seal and used for penetrating through a steel wire rope of the traction device.

The special-shaped foundation pit dustproof canopy curtain as claimed in claim 1, wherein the edge protection comprises a plurality of detachable columns arranged on the concrete structure, a guardrail net is arranged between adjacent columns, and each column is provided with a hook; one end of the traction rope is hung on the hook, and the other end of the traction rope is connected with the ball stud of the sliding device.

(1) preparing the fixing device which comprises a plurality of embedded angle steels, bolt assemblies and transverse baffles, embedding the embedded angle steels at equal intervals along the inner periphery of the special-shaped foundation pit during the construction of the concrete structure, and vertically connecting the transverse baffles to the side walls of the outer ends of the embedded angle steels through the bolt assemblies respectively;
(2) preparing the sliding track, forming a notch on the side wall of a hollow rectangular steel pipe to form a slotted rectangular pipe, placing the slotted rectangular pipe on a plurality of embedded angle steels, enabling the side wall with the notch to abut against the transverse baffle, and welding and fixing the slotted rectangular pipe and the embedded angle steels after adjustment;
(3) installing the sliding device on the sliding rail, wherein the sliding device comprises a ball stud and a U-shaped bracket; a spring disc with a volute spiral spring is sleeved in the U-shaped support in advance through an elongated bolt, and a rod body part of the ball stud is connected with the U-shaped support through a plurality of ball stud nuts to complete the sliding device; sleeving the head of the ball stud into the slotted rectangular tube from the inlet of the slot so that the rod body part between the ball stud and the U-shaped bracket slides on the slot;
(4) connecting the steel wire ropes of the traction device with the dustproof device, enabling two ends of each steel wire rope to extend out of the dustproof device, and connecting two ends of each steel wire rope with opposite volute springs through chuck latches respectively;
(5) installing the traction rope, connecting one end of the traction rope with the sliding device, and hanging the other end of the traction rope on the upright post of the adjacent edge protection through a hook;
