Abstract
【解決手段】本発明の一実施形態に係るモーターは、モーターハウジングと、モーターハウジングに固定結合されるステータと、ステータの中央に回転軸によって回転可能に設けられるローターと、モーターハウジングに外輪が固定され、内輪が回転軸と結合される上側及び下側軸受と、上側軸受の内輪と接触される出力クラッチと、を含むことを特徴とする。

Claims (11)
- モーターハウジングと、
前記モーターハウジングに固定結合されるステータと、
前記ステータの中央に回転軸によって回転可能に設けられるローターと、
前記モーターハウジングに外輪が固定され、内輪が前記回転軸と結合される上側及び下側軸受と、及び
前記上側軸受の内輪と接触される出力クラッチと、を含むことを特徴とするモーター。 - 前記出力クラッチは、
前記内輪と面接触し、前記回転軸と圧入結合される焼結部材と、
前記焼結部材を中心に配置して成形されるクラッチ部材と、を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のモーター。 - 前記焼結部材は、
前記上側軸受の内輪と対応する径を有する端部を含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のモーター。 - 前記焼結部材の端部は、
前記上側軸受の内輪と面接触することを特徴とする請求項3に記載のモーター。 - 前記焼結部材の端部は、
前記上側軸受の内輪と少なくとも一所以上で点接触されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のモーター。 - 前記焼結部材の端部は、
少なくとも一対以上の突起を含むことを特徴とする請求項5に記載のモーター。 - 前記突起は、
前記出力クラッチの中心を基準に対称となるように配置されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のモーター。 - 前記突起は、
それぞれの高さが同一に形成されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のモーター。 - 前記クラッチ部材は、
前記焼結部材をコアに配置して、インサート射出成形されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のモーター。 - 前記回転軸は、
前記上側軸受の内輪と対向する面に面接触される係止突起を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のモーター。 - 前記係止突起と焼結部材の先端との距離は、前記軸受の内輪の厚さと対応することを特徴とする請求項10に記載のモーター。
