Abstract
【解決手段】外部電源から単相3線式配線で2本の電源線12と中性線13として引き込まれた3本の引込線と、一方の電源線12と中性線13とのうち何れかを充電電路として選択可能な電路切替スイッチ14と、外部信号を受信して該電路切替スイッチ14の切替制御を行う制御部11とを有し、該電路切替スイッチ14により選択された一方の電源線または中性線と、他方の電源線を充電電路として充電電力を供給する。

Description
この状態において判定部17は、開閉器15に対し充電電路の閉路信号を出力し(以下、モード2制御という)、充電電路に電圧が印加れて車両19に搭載された車載電池への充電が可能な状態になる。
具体的には充電許容電力判定部8からの計測信号を受け、判定部17が第1段階の充電制限が必要を判定した場合には、CPLT信号のデューティ比を変調し車両側に充電電流を低減する情報を発信する。これを受けて車両側では充電電流を指定された電流値内に抑制する。
これにより分電盤全体の使用電力を契約電力内に抑えることができる。

Claims (4)
- 外部電源から単相3線式配線で2本の電源線と中性線として引き込まれた3本の引込線と、
一方の電源線と中性線とのうち何れかを充電電路として選択可能な電路切替スイッチと、
外部信号を受信して該電路切替スイッチの切替制御を行う制御部とを有し、
該電路切替スイッチにより選択された一方の電源線または中性線と、他方の電源線を充電電路として充電電力を供給することを特徴とする充電装置。 - 外部信号として、分電盤の使用電流に基づき出力される信号を受信し、制御部にて充電制限の要否を判定することを特徴とする請求項1記載の充電装置。
- 充電電路は、充電電路を開閉する開閉器を電路切替スイッチの負荷側に備える
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の充電装置。 - 制御部は電路切替スイッチの切替制御を行うに先立って充電電流を制限することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の充電装置。
