Abstract
Description

−ガス拡散層の熱特性及び電気特性を改善する
ことを可能する、PEMFC用のガス拡散層を開発した。
−60から80℃の範囲のPEMFCの動作温度、及び
−0.1から1.2A・cm2、好ましくは0.5A/cm2の範囲の電流密度、及び、1から2バール、好ましくは1.5バールの圧力、
に対する糸を備えるガス拡散層の平面の総表面積の1から20%に及ぶようなものである。
−触媒床上の反応ガス供給、
−活性領域(触媒床)及び導電板(電流コレクタ)の間の電気的及び熱的接続、
−これにもかかわらず膜の乾燥なしにカソード還元反応によって生成される水の放出、
に関して、従来技術に対して改善された特性を有するPEMFCタイプの燃料電池におけるガス拡散層を提供する。

Claims (10)
- PEMFCのガス拡散層(7、8)であって、
前記ガス拡散層の表面に実質的に垂直に位置する少なくとも1つの親水性の導電性糸(11)を含む、PEMFCのガス拡散層。 - カーボンファブリック、カーボンフェルト、カーボンペーパー、グラファイトから作られることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のガス拡散層
- 前記導電性糸(11)が、炭素糸、親水性の導電性材料の糸、又は、導電性粒子が充填された高分子糸を含む群から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載のガス拡散層。
- 前記糸(11)が、炭素糸であることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のガス拡散層。
- 前記糸(11)が、10から100マイクロメートル、より有利には、45から55マイクロメートルの範囲の直径を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から4の何れか一項に記載のガス拡散層。
- 前記糸(11)が、前記PEMFCの反応性ガス(9、10)を供給するための流路の構造体に続くように位置する、請求項1から5の何れか一項に記載のガス拡散層。
- 前記拡散層が、前記ガス拡散層の総表面積の1から50%、有利には1から20%に等しい、前記糸の導入によって修正された表面積を有する、請求項1から6の何れか一項に記載のガス拡散層。
- 少なくとも1つの親水性の導電性糸(11)を用いて縫うことによって行われる前記ガス拡散層(7、8)の構造化の段階を含む、請求項1から7の何れか一項に記載のガス拡散層を形成する方法。
- 請求項1から7の何れか一項に記載の少なくとも1つのガス拡散層を備えるPEMFC。
- 前記PEMFCのカソード(4)に接触するガス拡散層(8)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載のPEMFC。
