Abstract
Description
a)電気絶縁性の第1のセラミック材料を用意する。
b)電気伝導性の第2のセラミック材料を用意する。
c)第1のセラミック材料からなる少なくとも1つの支持体部と、第2のセラミック材料からなる少なくとも1つの電極部とを含む複合未焼成体を作製する。
d)複合未焼成体を形成する第1と第2のセラミック材料を連結焼結する。

Claims (15)
- 少なくとも1つの導電性電極部(20)と、1つの絶縁性支持体部(10)とを備える電気外科器具の電極装置であって、
前記電極部(20)は前記支持体部(10)と同様にセラミック材料で作られており、
前記支持体部(10)の未焼成体と前記電極部(20)の未焼成体とが相互に、特に材料的に接続されていて、単一の複合未焼成体を形成して連結して焼結される、ことを特徴とする、電極装置。 - 前記電極部(20)と前記支持体部(10)とが、略同一の熱膨張係数を持つセラミック材料、特にはシリコン窒化物から作られており、ただし、導電性を生じる成分の添加または混合が異なっていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電極装置。
- 前記電極部のセラミック材料は、混合/添加成分としてアルミニウム酸化物、及び/又はイットリウム酸化物、及び/又はマグネシウム酸化物を含むことを特徴とする、上記請求項のいずれか1項に記載の電極装置。
- 焼結の前に、前記複合未焼成体は、特にレーザによって、または摺動研削などの機械的切断によって表面処理を施されることを特徴とする、上記請求項のいずれか1項に記載の電極装置。
- 安定性を向上させるために、前記電極部(20)が前記支持体部(10)とアンダーカット(22、23)によって連結されていることを特徴とする、上記請求項のいずれか1項に記載の電極装置。
- 前記電極部(20)は、特に電気めっきによってメタライズされて、少なくとも部分的に被覆されていることを特徴とする、上記請求項のいずれか1項に記載の電極装置。
- 電気外科器具の電極装置の製造方法であって、
a)電気絶縁性の第1のセラミック材料を用意し、
b)電気伝導性の第2のセラミック材料を用意し、
c)前記第1のセラミック材料からなる少なくとも1つの支持体部と、前記第2のセラミック材料からなる少なくとも1つの電極部とからなる複合未焼成体を作製し、
d)前記複合未焼成体を形成する前記第1と第2のセラミック材料を連結焼結する、
ステップを含む方法。 - 焼結の前に、前記複合未焼成体は、特にレーザによって、または摺動研削などの機械的切断によって表面処理を施されることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記第1と第2のセラミック材料は略同一の熱膨張係数を持ち、好ましくは同一セラミック材料、特にシリコン窒化物であって、ただし導電性を生じる成分の添加または混合が異なっていることを特徴とする、請求項7または8に記載の方法。
- 前記未焼成体は、2K射出成形法で製造されることを特徴とする、請求項7〜9のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の電極装置を電気外科的な切断及び/又は凝固のツールの一部として利用する方法であって、前記電極部を処置される組織に対して直接接触させる利用方法。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の電極装置を標本器具に利用する、特に請求項11に記載の利用方法であって、前記支持体部が、特に鉤形、球形または半球形、または円盤形の標本部として構成され、かつ前記電極部が前記標本器具の切断部または凝固部を形成する、利用方法。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の電極装置を水ジェット外科器具に利用する、特に請求項11または12のいずれか1項に記載の利用方法であって、前記電極部が切断流体の通路用の管を備える、利用方法。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の電極装置をプラズマ外科器具に利用する、特に請求項11〜13のいずれか1項に記載の利用方法であって、前記電極部が好ましくは灌流イオン化電極として配置されている、利用方法。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の電極装置を内視鏡外科器具に利用する、特に請求項11〜14のいずれか1項に記載の利用方法。
