Abstract
Description
Claims (21)
- 構造部品の製造方法であって、
基材が少なくとも2つの側壁とその間の空間とを備えるように前記基材を成形することと、
前記基材が所定の曲線形状を成すように前記基材を熱間ストレッチ成形することと、
少なくとも1つの補強部材が前記少なくとも2つの側壁の間の前記空間内に少なくとも部分的に配置されるように、前記少なくとも1つの補強部材を前記少なくとも2つの側壁へ線形摩擦溶接することと、
を含む方法。 - 前記基材と補強部材のうちの少なくとも1つはチタンまたはチタン合金で形成されている、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記基材と補強部材のうちの少なくとも1つはアルミニウムまたはアルミニウム合金で形成されている、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記基材と補強部材は同一材料で形成されている、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記基材と補強部材は異なる材料で形成されている、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 構造部品の製造方法であって、
少なくとも2つの側壁とその間の空間から成る形材を、ダイが配置されている断熱筐体中に、前記形材が前記ダイの成形距離にあるように配置することと、
前記形材中に電流を流すことにより前記形材を加工温度にまで抵抗加熱することと、
前記形材が前記加工温度にある間に前記形材と前記ダイを互いに相対的に移動して、所定の曲線形状を有する基材を成形することと、
前記曲線状基材を取付アセンブリ上に取り付けることと、
補強部材が前記少なくとも2つの側壁の間の前記空間内に少なくとも部分的に配置されるように、線形摩擦溶接を利用して前記補強部材を前記少なくとも2つの側壁へ貼り付けることと、
を含む方法。 - 前記貼り付けのステップが、
前記補強部材と第1の側壁との間の第1の界面と、前記補強部材と第2の側壁との間の第2の界面とを画定するよう、前記補強部材を前記基材と接触させて配置することと、
前記第1の溶接界面に対してある角度で所定の大きさの第1の圧接荷重を、前記第2の溶接界面に対してある角度で所定の大きさの第2の圧接荷重を印加することと、
前記補強部材と前記基材とを加熱するよう、前記補強部材を所定の振動振幅で振動させることと、
前記振動振幅を零まで減少させることと、
前記第1と第2の圧接荷重を所定の設定点にまで上昇させて所定の時間保持することと、
前記第1と第2の圧接荷重を零に減少させることと、
を含む、請求項6に記載の方法。 - 前記基材と補強部材のうちの少なくとも1つはチタンまたはチタン合金で形成されている、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記基材と前記補強部材のうちの少なくとも1つはアルミニウムまたはアルミニウム合金で形成されている、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記基材と補強部材は同一材料で形成されている、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記基材と補強部材は異なる材料で形成されている、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも2つの側壁とその間の空間とから成る基材であって、熱間ストレッチ成形を利用して成形された所定の曲線形状を有する基材と、
前記少なくとも2つの側壁の間の前記空間内に少なくとも部分的に配置されるように、少なくとも前記2つの側壁へ線形摩擦溶接された少なくとも1つの補強部材と、
を備える構造部品。 - 前記基材と前記補強部材のうちの少なくとも1つはチタンまたはチタン合金で形成されている、請求項12に記載の構造部品。
- 前記基材と前記補強部材のうちの少なくとも1つはアルミニウムまたはアルミニウム合金で形成されている、請求項12に記載の構造部品。
- 前記基材と補強部材は同一材料で形成されている、請求項12に記載の構造部品。
- 前記基材と補強部材は異なる材料で形成されている、請求項12に記載の構造部品。
- 基材であって、
少なくとも2つの側壁とその間の空間とから成る形材を、ダイが配置されている断熱筐体中に、前記形材が前記ダイの成形距離にあるように配置し、
前記形材中に電流を流すことにより前記形材を加工温度にまで抵抗加熱し、
前記形材が前記加工温度にある間に前記形材と前記ダイを互いに相対的に移動させる
ことにより成形される基材と、
前記基材に貼り付けられた少なくとも1つの補強部材であって、
前記補強部材と第1の側壁との間の第1の界面と、前記補強部材と第2の側壁との間の第2の界面とを画定するよう、前記補強部材を前記基材と接触させて配置し、
前記第1の溶接界面に対してある角度で所定の大きさの第1の圧接荷重を、前記第2の溶接界面に対してある角度で所定の大きさの第2の圧接荷重を印加し、
前記補強部材と前記基材とを加熱するよう、前記補強部材を所定の振動振幅で振動させ、
前記振動振幅を零まで減少させ、
前記第1と第2の圧接荷重を所定の設定点にまで上昇させて所定の時間保持し、
前記第1と第2の圧接荷重を零に減少させる、
ことにより貼り付けられる前記補強部材と、
を備える構造部品。 - 前記基材と前記補強部材のうちの少なくとも1つはチタンまたはチタン合金で形成されている、請求項17に記載の構造部品。
- 前記基材と前記補強部材のうちの少なくとも1つはアルミニウムまたはアルミニウム合金で形成されている、請求項17に記載の構造部品。
- 前記基材と補強部材は同一材料で形成されている、請求項17に記載の構造部品。
- 前記基材と補強部材は異なる材料で形成されている、請求項17に記載の構造部品。
