Abstract
Description

Claims (15)
- 複数のネットワーク装置を有するネットワークの自動試運転を行う方法であって、各装置は装置識別子により特徴付けられ、前記装置はデータパケットを交換するように構成され、前記方法は、
前記ネットワークの装置の物理的ロケーション記述子を含む、前記ネットワークのコンピュータ読み取り可能設置プランを取得するステップ;
前記装置間で交換されたデータパケットに基づき、前記装置により与えられるネットワーク記述情報から、前記ネットワークのネットワークトポロジを推論するステップ;及び
前記推論したネットワークトポロジを前記設置プラント比較して、装置識別子に物理的ロケーション記述子を割り当てるステップ、を有する方法。 - ネットワーク記述情報は、前記装置間で交換されたデータパケットに基づき、前記ネットワークの装置により集積される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 受信装置により集積された前記ネットワーク記述情報は、装置識別子のリストを含み、前記リストの各装置識別子は、その受信装置により受信されたデータパケットを送信した装置を示す、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 受信装置により集積された前記ネットワーク記述情報は、ポート識別子のリストを含み、前記リストの各ポート識別子は、その受信装置により受信されたデータパケットを装置が送信したポートを示す、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 装置により集積されるネットワーク記述情報は、データパケットが送信装置から送信された瞬間と、前記データパケットがその装置により受信された瞬間との間の経過時間を含む、請求項2ないし4いずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 送信装置により送信されるデータパケットは、前記データパケットが送信されたその送信装置のポートのポート識別子及び/又はその送信装置の装置識別子を含む、
請求項1ないし5いずれか一項に記載の方法。 - データパケットは位置受信装置のみにより受信され消費される、
請求項1ないし6いずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記受信装置は前記送信装置にすぐ隣接する、
請求項7に記載の方法。 - 前記ネットワークトポロジを推論するステップは、前記装置により提供される前記ネットワーク記述情報を分析して、前記ネットワークの各装置の隣接装置を特定するステップを有する、請求項1ないし8いずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 複数のネットワーク装置を有するネットワークを自動的に試運転する試運転システムであって、各装置は装置識別子により特徴付けられ、前記装置はデータパケットを交換するように構成され、前記試運転システムは、
前記ネットワークの各装置の物理的ロケーション記述子を含む、前記ネットワークのコンピュータ読み取り可能設置プランを提供するように構成されたソース;
前記装置により提供されるネットワーク記述情報を集積するように構成された装置制御インタフェース;
前記提供されたネットワーク記述情報から前記ネットワークのネットワークトポロジを推論するように構成されたトポロジディスカバリ部;及び
前記推論したネットワークトポロジを前記設置プランと比較して、装置識別子に物理的ロケーション記述子を割り当てる試運転部、を有する試運転システム。 - 前記装置制御インタフェースは、前記ネットワークの装置を制御してデータパケットを交換するように構成された、請求項10に記載の試運転システム。
- 前記装置制御インタフェースは、有線ネットワークの、好ましくはイーサネット(登録商標)ネットワークの装置を制御するように構成された、
請求項11に記載の試運転システム。 - 前記装置制御インタフェースは、ブリッジルータを有する装置を制御するように構成され、及び/又はインターネットプロトコルルータを有する装置を制御するように構成された、請求項10または12に記載の試運転システム。
- 装置識別子と、その装置識別しに関連する装置の物理的ロケーション記述子とを、制御システムに供給する制御システムインタフェースを有する、
請求項10ないし13いずれか一項に記載の試運転システム。 - 請求項10ないし14いずれか一項に記載のプログラム可能試運転システムのプロセッサで実行されると、前記プロセッサに請求項1ないし9いずれか一項に記載の方法のステップを実行させるコンピュータプログラム。
