Description
非特許文献1は、マイクロ波を用いた血球数パラメータ同定の多電極構成を記載する。多電極構成には電極間隔が異なる複数個の電極対が含まれ、これにより異なるマイクロ波信号が侵入(Eindringtiefe)しうる。血球数パラメータの検出は、インピーダンス測定、つまり1ポート測定により行われ、インピーダンスミスマッチのために誤差が生じうる。侵入が異なると、場合により毛細血管と静脈の血液を区別できず、測定結果が歪曲されうる。一般に、静脈血の血球数パラメータの測定は毛細血管血液の血球数パラメータの測定よりも正確であるが、これは例えば、毛細血管血液中の血糖の変化が静脈血に比べて遅いためである。

Claims (15)
- アームバンド(100、200、300)であって、
腕の1の血管内の血液の血球数パラメータを検出する検出装置(101、201、301)及び前記腕の前記アームバンドの規定の接触圧を調整する調整装置(103、203、303)を含む、アームバンド。 - 前記調整装置(103、203、303)は、少なくとも前記検出装置(101、201、301)による前記血球数パラメータの検出中、前記規定の接触圧に前記アームバンドの前記接触圧を調整するよう構成される、請求項1に記載のアームバンド。
- 前記調整装置(203、303)には、前記腕上の前記アームバンド(200、300)の最新の接触圧を測定するセンサ装置(205、305)及び前記測定された最新の接触圧に応じて前記規定の接触圧を調整する制御装置(207、307)がある、請求項1又は2に記載のアームバンド。
- 前記センサ装置(205、305)は、前記アームバンド(200、300)の内側(209、309)に構成される、請求項3に記載のアームバンド。
- 前記アームバンド(100、200、300)は膨張式アームバンドとして構成される、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のアームバンド。
- 前記調整装置(303)には、前記規定の接触圧を調整するために前記アームバンド(300)を膨張させるよう構成される空気ポンプ(311)がある、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のアームバンド。
- 前記調整装置(303)は、前記腕上の前記アームバンド(300)の最新の接触圧を測定するセンサ装置(305)、測定された前記最新の接触圧に応じて制御信号を提供する制御装置(307)及び前記アームバンド(300)を膨張させる、提供された前記制御信号により制御される空気ポンプ(311)を含む、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載のアームバンド。
- 前記検出装置(401)は、少なくとも1つの高周波信号を前記血管に注入するよう構成される電極(403、405)を含む、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載のアームバンド。
- 前記調整装置(103、203、303)は、前記腕上の前記電極(403、405)の前記接触圧を前記規定の接触圧に調整するよう構成される、請求項8に記載のアームバンド。
- 前記調整装置(103、203、303)は、前記検出装置(101、201、301)による前記血球数パラメータの検出中、前記アームバンド(100、200、300)の前記接触力を前記腕に均一に分散させるよう構成される、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載のアームバンド。
- 前記調整装置(103、203、303)は、前記検出装置(101、201、301)による前記血球数パラメータの検出中、前記アームバンド(100、200、300)が均一に接触できるように構成される、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載のアームバンド。
- 前記調整装置(103、203、303)は、前記検出装置(101、201、301)による前記血球数パラメータの検出中、前記アームバンド(100、200、300)の前記接触圧を一定に維持するよう構成される、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載のアームバンド。
- 前記規定の接触圧を提供するための記憶媒体をさらに含む、請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載のアームバンド。
- 少なくとも1つの前記血球数パラメータは、前記血中のグルコース濃度、乳酸塩濃度又は酸素濃度を含む、請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載のアームバンド。
- 腕の血管内の血液の血球数パラメータを検出する検出装置を備えるアームバンドを操作する方法(501)であって、前記腕上の前記アームバンドの規定の接触圧を調整する工程(503)を含む、方法。
