Claims (13)
- 隣接する2つの表面を有する排気ガス後処理装置、又は防音装置内にマットを装着する方法であって、
前記隣接する2つの表面の一方の周りに同一平面に沿って前記マットを巻き付けて、前記隣接する2つの表面の前記一方の周りに少なくとも1周完全に巻き付けるステップと、
続いて、前記マットの連続する巻付けがそれぞれ、前の巻付けの平面からある間隔でずれていくように、前記隣接する2つの表面の前記一方の周りに入れ子状に前記マットを巻き付けるステップと、
前記マットの最後の巻付けを行うステップであって、前記隣接する2つの表面の前記一方の周りに少なくとも1周完全に巻き付ける前記第1のステップの平面に概ね平行な平面に沿って、前記マットを巻き付けるステップと、
前記装置の前記隣接する2つの表面間で前記マットを圧縮するステップと
を含み、
前記圧縮ステップが、前記マットの前記ずらした巻付けが前記隣接する2つの表面に対して並進するにつれて、前記ずらした巻付けが一直線に並ぶステップを含む、

- 隣接する2つの表面を有する排気ガス後処理装置、又は防音装置内にマットを装着する方法であって、
前記マットが前記装置の前記隣接する2つの表面の一方を取り囲んで、前記隣接する2つの表面の前記一方の周りに少なくとも1周完全に巻き付けられるように、前記マットを装着するステップであって、前記マットが、前記隣接する2つの表面の前記一方を同一平面に沿って取り囲む、ステップと、
続いて、前記マットの連続する巻付けがそれぞれ、前記第1の巻付けから次第にずれていくように、前記隣接する2つの表面の前記一方の周りに前記マットを巻き付けるステップと、
前記マットの最後の巻付けを行うステップであって、前記第1の巻付けの平面に概ね平行な平面に沿って前記マットを巻き付ける、ステップと、
前記装置の前記隣接する2つの表面間で前記マットを圧縮するステップと
を含む、方法。 - 前記圧縮ステップが、前記マットの前記ずらした巻付けが前記隣接する2つの表面に対して並進するにつれて、前記マットの前記ずらした巻付けが一直線に並ぶステップを含む、請求項6に記載の方法。

続いて、前記マットの連続する巻付けがそれぞれ、前の巻付けから長手方向にずれていくように、前記装置の前記長手軸の周りに入れ子状に前記マットを巻き付けるステップと、
その後、前記マットが前記長手軸に沿って一定の長手方向位置に留まるように、前記装置の前記長手軸の周りに前記マットを巻き付けるステップと、
前記装置の前記内側表面と前記外側表面との間で前記マットを圧縮するステップと
を含む、方法。 - 前記圧縮ステップが、前記マットが前記内側表面及び前記外側表面に対して並進するにつれて、前記マットの前記ずらした巻付けが一直線に並ぶステップを含む、請求項10に記載の方法。
